Lots of pools! The rooms were large and the resort was immaculate. Also loved that there were designated smoking areas so you were smoked around all the time! Right on the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent location, a lot of facilities offered by the hotel

There was a compulsory additional deposit upon arrival as a guarantee, despite the fact that everything was booked through booking.com. This was done on 26th of July. Today 9th of August the amount withheld has not been returned yet , plus currency exchange fees i was charged. This is bothersome.

Second visit. Perfect location, right next to the beach, walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. Multiple big swimming pools. A nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Patong, but close enough to visit by taking a quick taxi ride. The best part is the staff who seem genuinely kind and friendly.

Sunprime is a gorgeous adults only pool..As the resort is huge there is always a sunbed available and there no leaving towels out in the morning to reserve beds. The breakfast is fantastic with gorgeous staff, especially Sakip . He made us smile and laugh every day at breakfast. The beachfront outside the resort is gorgeous and the direct access from the hotel is fantastic with plenty of restaurants all the way along the beach to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Perfect location. Our room was upgraded to closest to the beach & only a few steps from 1 of their 4 pools. Restaurant food was the best we have eaten in a Thailand. The Acoustic band at sunset with a cocktail looking at the beach!!! What a resort.

Chose here is it was listed to have 4 bars, 2 restaurants, 4 pools & daily activities. Which is correct but it failed to state that only 1 restaurants was open is the dates we stayed it was low season, activities were speed between this hotel & the one next door that was full of kids. We specifically choose Sunprime as its adult only. Hard to get served at the pool bars. One end of the hotel was very clean, super quiet & relaxing. Then the far end closer to the beach was extremely busy music playing all day more of partying style. Conventionally a little shop onsite but paying hotel prices. Room service was fast, food was hot & tasty. Good menu to choose from. Lots of variety to choose from at breakfast. Reception staff were great they helps us book some trips & shows

When we checked in we were told we had a free room upgrade but our room had the most awful smell coming from a drain in the bathroom. Smelt like sewage it was awful & got worse by the day. The cleaners were trying to cover the drain with cloth or a towel. It was horrific Cocktail were also not good at all

Very friendly and helpful personnel, always ready to help you. Excellent restaurant with local and European cuisine. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with very good noise protection:despite of renovation of another building, we haven't heard any noise. Owing to very good location you can easily walk to main tourist street with souvenirs and cafes and it takes not more than 10 mins. There is an ATM and a grocery store at the the territory. Very good swimming pools. Very clean beach with guards.

Russian tourists. I expected that people who support the war which their own country started against Ukraine, are not welcomed in the world, but they are still there

Calm location and walking distance to Kamala Beach village and beach is right infront of the hotel and its stunning. Brilliant vibes to relax and wind down . Facilties at hotel are available and if you need to go into Patong or Phuket or the airport download Grab or Bolt which is like Uber they are reliable and cheaper then hotels taxi. Staff are helpful and go extra mile to help you and have a warm welcoming each time. The food at the restaurant is delicious and variety of choices for breakfast. The coconuts during the day at the bar yummy and cocktails yummy too. Always sunlounges available and they have 4 pools across the hotel and big ones so no need to fight for towel reservation. Thank you Kamala Beach hotel you've been brilliant 🙏🏼

Perhaps the hotel cannot offer excursions unless your part of a group or a tour operator but they do have depliants and they can advise you but that's all. But overall now the information is all online now and with QR code which we did and went easy if you know what your doing to organise yourself your tours and excursions.

Location and beach access ! Staff were friendly and pools were beautiful! Great rooms with big fridges and balconies .

Food at hotel was a bit expensive and average . Limited selection of room service. More lighting around the pool at night would be great so you can swim a bit later and perhaps a bit music and atmosphere around the pool .

Perfect location and four pools meant plenty of space to get a sunbed and quiet spot to relax. Staff were exceptional, friendly and caring. Great flat surface around hotel and along beachfront and lovely tropical setting in hotel grounds. Although large hotel never felt crowded and always quiet and tranquil. Very short walk along beachfront to plenty of shops and amenities. Walk from front of hotel to night markets. The perfect place.

Not much. Maybe a little better signage to where things were but staff always willing to show you.
