Good dealing with the hotel staff except the room cleaner, she was tough

Room cleaner, she was her attitude is not good. The wall of toilet fixed with glass only and no privacy while using the toilet & shower at all.

We had a lovely time, the staff were lovely, breakfast was good albeit a little repetitive. The pool was lovely, our room was big and light and with a small balcony (even though our booking said no balcony). The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly and made some good recommendations of where to eat! We had a great stay and sunset from the roof was lovely.

Nothing really - cleaning times were a bit hit and miss so was a little tricky to work around it (not a problem just us being in our room more than usual due to rain). Our sheets weren’t changed during the week (we missed a day or two’s cleaning because we were in the room so may have been us). Not complaints as such… we’d go back anytime so don’t let this put off! The cleans were great and we’d go back again anytime.

Location 5 min walk to beach. Hotel is located on a lovely road with lots of bars, restaurants,cafes, and shops. Staff, especially Mr Lee and Sao on reception .. so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast set you up for the day. Rooftop pool was fantastic. Rooms where very big and very comfortable bed

Maybe another couple of beds and umbrella at pool. The girls at breakfast whom also cleaned the rooms and worked very hard, but at breakfast time and other times if i asked for change of pool towel, I found them to be unfriendly. Maybe it was a language barrier or they were tired?

The room is very spacious and clean and the bed is very comfy. Location is excellent, it’s only 4 mins away from the beach and there are shops, loads of restaurants, good massage places and nails bar near by, very convenient. Staff are very friendly and made me feel so welcoming.

I was in the first floor and the balcony is completely blocked up by the building next to it, which is a shame. Nice view on the rooftop pool, but it’s quite small so it’s more like a chill/decorative than an actually swimming pool.

Resotel is a perfect place to stay if doing a 3 tob5 day stay in Kamala. I liked everything about this hotel. Sao at reception is beyond professional and so helpful. The staff are firm which I liked and everything completed to precision. The beds are so so comfy. The first time in months had no back or hip pain. The pool is so relaxing. Location is great and close to the Aussie Pub...great spot too 😄 Breakfast is very good too like other reviwers have said.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is okay - 5-6min walk from the beach, even though there are better locations further away from the main road. The room was clean but it is worth mentioning that we noticed a couple of cockroaches in the corridors that the cleaning staff did not remove even though they were cleaning the rooms!

The main issue with this place is the 4 star rating. I've been to many 4star hotels in the world and this is just not it. I am not sure this place has "real" 4 stars or that it even has a proper "hotel" status. Because of the 4 star rating our initial expectations were pretty high ( especially ) coming from another 4star resort in Krabi. The reality is - this is a kind of a 3star "aparthotel" and if you can accept that and the price per night fits you - you are going to have much nicer time in this place.

I was extremely satisfied with every detail. Big thanks for the reception desk, they were handling my little complain about my neighbor very professionally, and even walked me out to my grab ride during my leave. I’ve experienced high level of customer service skills and I felt warmly welcomed for the whole stay. I love the enormous swimming pool area, looks like a tropical oasis! Also the bath tub is another level of luxury in the rooms! Absolutely will be my first and only choice when I return!

We couldn’t have had a better stay! Our room was spacious and the balcony was big enough to sit outside and watch the sunset at night. We had a little problem with our shower, but they fixed it right away! The rooftop area is incredible. The pool is really nice and the view is amazing. Every morning breakfast was a bit different but always equally as good! Chay, Lee, Sao and the rest of the staff were incredible! They made sure we always had everything we needed. They were animating and a pleasure to get to know! We’d always come back here!

We booked the larger suite room and it was spacious, clean and modern with a huge bathroom. We loved the balcony and outlook and the bed was firm but comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool and the staff were friendly, especially the lovely lady at Reception. It’s an easy walk to the beach and plenty of bar and eating options all within easy walking distance.

Breakfast was basic and there was limited variety. items weren’t topped up frequently enough. Be great if there was an egg station where eggs could be cooked to order

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time throughout. The highlight is the staff, because everyone is kind, helpful and provided great service. We even got a breakfast box each day our day trips started before the breakfast was served. The room is very clean and functional, the short walking distance to the beach is perfect, the pool on the rooftop added the final touch. We would stay again, easily

The only thing I can point out is that there was some visible mold in the bathroom. It is very common in hot places, but if we aim for perfection, a mould spray would get there.
