I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and resourceful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, helping us find great local food spots and arranging taxis whenever we needed them. The pool in the middle of the property was a nice touch it added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the onsite restaurant served really good food, which made dining super convenient. Their hospitality made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

While the property is a bit outdated, the cleanliness and excellent service made up for it.

The places is nice and cozzy, rooms are clean, staff is so friendly and willing to help all the time. Here is a tip: Text them before you arrive and they will arrange a taxi for you, it will be way cheaper than taking one from the airport. When you are about to leave, ask them to call a taxi for you and will be also cheap.

I couldn't go to pool due to my job, however I strongly recommend you bring your bikini and have some fun in there. The TV didn't work that well for local signal, so we had no TV during our stay but who wants TV when you are on vacations?

The breakfast was decent. I found the bacon a bit too crisp for my liking. It was definitely adequate because I had to give half to my husband. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We needed food heated at midnight and it was done for us. The room was very clean and comfortable

I really have no complaints. We were there for one night.

Ideal location for a last minute stay in Trinidad close proximity to the airport, and safe and secure. Staff were great especially the waitress and bar staff. Room was a decent size and it had everything we needed right there on site. We chose to eat in their restaurant and the food was tasty and beautifully presented, compliments to their chef.

The bathroom in the room, was very small and not the same standard as the rest of the hotel or room, and also the toilet downstairs in the bar area wasn't as well kept as the rest of the establishment, but even with saying this it didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely visit again.

It is a lovely, clean hotel very conveniently located close to the airport and other amenities. The TV didn't work and there were a few bugs crawling around the bedroom. No airport shuttle though and tacos are crazy expensive.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Jessica and Aaron are irreplaceable. We were made to feel like we were at home.

There was a party and we had to park in the very back. But the guys up front helped us out.

Location was nice. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very accommodating. Food Portions are good.

Rooms need to be updated for the price. Some carpet and accent lighting would help. And bigger TV with comfort bed sheets. Sheets too thin.

Food and drinks were on point, and the location was very convenient.

The hotel is near enough to have a shuttle service from the airport.
