Accommodation was great. Good location, it is literally in the centre - any transportation is available. Apartment was comfortable, has all the amenities. Also it was pretty cold weather outside, so they turned on the heating. Perfect value for the price.

True, cleaning could be better

من به همراه خانواده ۱۴ شب اقامت داشتیم .رفتار بسیار مناسب دارند .لوکیشن خیلی خوب هم به مرکز شهر با ۱۰ دقیقه پیاده روی هم فروشگاه های مواد غذایی بسیار در انجا هست. Ailemle 14 gece kaldım.Çok iyi davranıyorlar.Konumu çok iyi,şehir merkezine 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve çok sayıda market var. I stayed with my family for 14 nights. They behave very well. The location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and there are many markets.

The apartment is big and clean

It’s not the most centric location but it’s not too far either.

I travelled with my mother on our first trip to Ankara so we booked 2 days to check if we would like the place or not, and it was really pleasant so we stayed for 1 week. Upon arrival, the guy in the reception spoke English and was very nice and cooperative, he gave us the room card with 2 bottles of water and told us to take whatever kitchen equipment we needed from the cupboard on ground floor. We stayed in room 301, the apartment had one bedroom, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a kettle, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a beautiful view of the street. It was also relatively clean, we saw no insects. The air conditioner worked nicely and so did the stove, so we could cook. The staff were very helpful, we met 2 guys during the morning shift who spoke English, and we communicated with the other staff using Google Translator, they were really kind to us and responded to whatever we needed (they gave us free toilet papers when we asked and a floor squeegee because we needed it in the bathroom). There were always employees in the reception even at night or very early morning. The location was very convenient too, there are many supermarkets in the street as well as restaurants nearby, a taxi station at the end of the street, 15-20 minutes walk from Kizilay center, close to Kolej station and the airport BelkoAir bus station.

There was a problem with the water heater in the room we stayed in, but the guy in the reception always came and fixed it when we told him about it. The wall insulation was not very great, so we could hear sounds at night in the corridor. Also there was a smoke scent in the room when we first arrived (I think this problem is everywhere in Turkey), but we always kept the windows and balcony open during the morning so the smell went away after 2 days.

The personnel of Butik 24 suties was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and I definitely recommend it for a short or a long stay.

Wi fi spot was a little bit slow and unsteady at times.Apart from that everything was great !

Apartment is very spacious. Staff were friendly and our requests were met very promptly and with a smile. Cooking pots from reception is good for simple cooking.
