I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ankara! The location is very convenient, not far from the airport, which made my trip so much easier. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional — they made me feel very welcome from the very first moment. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel — it was the perfect place to rest after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

On a long transit, returning from Umrah and needed to put up somewhere for the night. Booked Holiday Inn Express for the close proximity to the airport. Staff were very welcoming and all facilities were great. Had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel as we were too tired to go out, and it was very nice. Breakfast was amazing, too.

The description says that there is free shuttle to airport. However, you only find out after booking that it only runs on weekdays, hence if you are travelling ona weekend, you have to book your own taxi to and from airport/ hotel. At least it is not expensive, it costs about 5/6 gbp as the hotel is quite close to the airport

Newly built hotel close to the Esenboga airport - perfect for a layover or a long connection. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Additional points for an iron and ironing board!

The walls are incredibly thin- I could hear someone snoring in the next room. Maybe it was really loud snoring and it would be ok otherwise, but still - I would have expected more soundproofing in the rooms. Also note that there is no room service- only the bar/restaurant downstairs, which was not ideal after a long-haul flight.

IF “I AM LUCKY TO BE STRANDED” IN ANKARA FOR HALF A DAY AND ONE NIGHT: I ALWAYS TAKE A TAXY AND GO VISIT ANKARA ANATOLIAN ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM! (WHEN LIFE SERVES YOU A LEMON JUST ADD TEA AND ENJOY)! Hm WHAT COULD BE BETTER?! Oh I know! I hate shuttle working hours… They stop working at 8pm and do not start before 8 am! THAT IS A BIT INCONVINIENT BUT FOR 200 TL CLEAN AND QUICK TAXI WILL TAKE YOU TO THE AIRPORT IN FEW MINUTES, ONLY 2.9 miles away! AND NO HASSLE, NO NEGOTIATION ALL RESPECTFUL!

Rooms are good and clean. Pillows are perfect. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are all very polite and helpful. There was one young lady who made me feel that she had just started to work in the hotel. She was not fully informed about the lunch table. I am sure she will improve as time passes because she has very good examples to learn from.

Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day for me. So the details of the breakfast table does not really matter. I decided to have lunch before I left the hotel. There was a young lady who did not know that last night's soup had not been changed to the mushroom soup container for that day. Mushroom soup is never red. The container had a red soup. I realized it was "ezo gelin" soup of the evening before. It was lucky that an efficient manager/waiter appeared and immediately solved my problem. I could tell that he is an experienced person with a smile and that he is a quick problem solver. The young man at the coffee and drinks bar is very efficient and helpful. So are all the staff at the reception.

The hotel was exceptional, perfectly situated for an airport hotel. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the comfort of the bed was remarkable. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast. Additionally, they provided a complimentary ride to the airport. Overall, it was truly a fantastic experience.

I was hoping the hotel would have a spa, as I was experiencing some neck pain and was in need of a good massage. Unfortunately, I had to visit another hotel to receive spa treatment and massage services. I understand that it’s primarily an airport hotel, but having spa services available would be a great addition.

Amazing stay! We came to Hotel at around 4am in the morning after our long flight and Emre was the kindest and most welcoming employee, making us feel truly hospitable. He went above and beyond to ensure our well-being and a pleasant first experience in Ankara. They also provided Sehur for my husband. The room was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. Breakfast was very good. This hotel offers the best value for the price and has a good location.

Location was perfect, just 5-6 km away from the airport and easy to reach. Hotel offers airport shuttle for free. The staff is kind and very helpful. They offer free room upgrade and I stayed in a suite type of room, fully equipped. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom and towels were clean too. Fast check-in/check-out. The breakfast was excellent. That was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was so hot - couldn’t cool it down. Slept with the window open all night. Cabinet food was not fresh - was replaced. Food was good - simple and good. A little on the expensive side compared to other hotels - 300TL for a doner.

Check-in was already the next day late at night. We were very tired and they laid out and made a sofa for the children in advance, although we forgot to ask for it. We settled in quickly, without unnecessary formalities. The room is comfortable and clean, the bed linen is snow-white and pleasant. We were comfortable with two children. There is a bus stop within a 7-minute walk (you need to go to the second stop from the hotel towards the airport) from which you can leave for the city.
