We had a great stay at Akra V. The hotel itself was clean, accessible, friendly staff and had the added surprise bonus of a great entertainment centre underground with bowling, laser tag plus lots of games for everyone. There was also a great coffee shop within the hotel, a very tasty bakery and restaurant. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and had everything needed. Very good value for money. Being able to use all of the facilities at the main Akra hotel was brilliant. Lots of amazing pools, suitable for children and adults. Food at the pool bar was very nice and reasonably priced also. The gym and wellness was one of the best ive seen at a hotel and had everything needed.

There wasn't much that could be improved to be totally honest.

I liked the spacious rooms The great location Which is just 17 minutes drive from the airport 10 mins drive from down town 6 minutes walking from a plenty of restaurants and cafes 2 minutes walk from exchange office, carrefour, burgerking, and a lot The hotel itself has Baska oi restaurant , pikan firin and shekspear cafe. Also, they have a great great great staff. At first their guest relations Busra, welcomed my kids with toys. And in the room they surprised me with a lotion, shower gel, shampoo set for my baby with wipes and nice bedding. Also then another guest relations in akra hotel (main) also surprised us with sending another toys for my kids with a very sweet handwritten note..

that it should explicitly mention on all online websites for bookings. That it provides only rooms. And any facilities are only at Akra Hotel (Main)

The hotel has the nicest employees I have encountered in hotels so far. The hotel is only 10 minutes to the old town, and right on the beginning of the Lara beach road. I’ve stayed in some great hotels but this one is so far the best, of course because of the hotel itself but mostly because of all the employees that are super nice, from front desk to cleaners to security. I will definitely be coming back here! PS they even have some kittens

Friendly staff helped us to enter our room earlier on our first day and leave with a bit delay on our last day of our trip. They were really helpful and flexible when we need help. Our room is perfectly cleaned all day. They were always smiling and reflecting great positive mood all the time. A very big applause to all stuff.

Upon entering you are met by the most welcoming staff and front desk, full of smiles and offerings to help. I would like to add that Ege went above and beyond to help with tickets to the football match and other useful tips about the local area, teşekkürler Ege! Rooms are generously spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The chambermaids are very friendly all in all they made my business trip an extremely hassle free one.

The employees were awesome, always open to talk or help if you need. They were super attentive. The room is spacious, the bed is very nice and big. There is a walkway to the Akra Hotel, which has all the facilities you can use like beach and swimming pool and nice restaurants, but right outside the Akra V there are also places to eat and have a drink. It’s close to everything, and I’m happy I stayed here.

Excellent for relaxing. Don't go the Land of Legends it's land of thieves. Water bottle is 10 dollars - three outdoor pools - indoor pool was lexurious - pablito restaurant was good - staff were very friendly and keeping smilling -location was among famous restaurants like Macdonalds burger king, subway and bakeries - it's value for the money

Everything is fine

Very helpful staff especially the lady with the name Side , and of course all the staff , but we faced a little issue , she solved it so easily , clear she was born to help people the maximum she could do I thank also the management of the hotel , very cute people , they sent us a cake with all service , I told the guy maybe a mistake , I didn’t expect this action , he called someone to be sure and told me , that’s for you for our management , it was so impressive ! Very appreciated ! Thank you Side , thank you the hotel management for everything you did to make our stay wonderful !

This place has extremely nice service, location and facilities. I usually travel a lot, been many hotels but never seen so hight lever of professional chambermaids. I visited Akra and Akra V many times and no one mistake: room is always super clean and cosy. I don’t know how they can keep so high level so consistently. Breakfast is in main Akra is super nice. I also like Pablito cafe and Baska (try san-sebastian cake there). Reception managers are absolutely friendly and clients-oriented.

Room was spacious. It included clean and modern facilities. You can access the facilities from Hotel Akra as an extra perk and also enjoy your breakfast there. By the way breakfast is fantastic and has a huge variety of choice.

The only downside of the hotel is that the beach is not an actual beach you might expect. It is very rocky and no sand. Sometimes the waves can also be a nasty, so if you are not a very good swimmer do not dare.
