-Really enjoyed the breakfast, great selection and lots of options. Breakfast staff were fantastic. -Rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were great -Comfortable bed and good Aircon -Pool was great, although it can get quite busy -Great views on the balcony -Staff were attentive and kind -Great location, walking distance to old town and view points, perfect for taxis and getting around -Close to airport

-Reception/Lobby was underwhelming and fairly dated -Lifts were slow and somewhat shaky -Food and drink was forbidden at the pool and they charged for water (although this was given for free everyday but by the pool you had to pay) -TV was dated and had no option to stream

This is a great property at a great location. Close to Marina, Old Bazaar, Mark Antalya Mall, and all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are pretty outdated but I noticed they already started renovating the entire property; so I guess it's gonna be a brand new place pretty soon :-) Breakfast buffet was really unreal. Sooooooooo many items to choose from, they should call it a dinner buffet and not breakfast. Very delicious, enticing, and colorful. From eggs and omelets, to different kinds of salad items and breads, and fruits and vegetables. They have the whole nine yards... The staff are very friendly and helpful also: -Burhan, one of the front desk employees with great customer service, goes above and beyond when it comes to helping out hotel guests. He speaks English pretty well and he is willing to assist you in every way possible. Ask him about the best hammam, restaurant, shopping mall, entertainment, etc, and he gives you all the information needed. If necessary, he even uses his own cell phone to make a call to make the arrangement. Great employee with a great personality. I'm sure he's an asset to this property. I hope the management recognizes the efforts of this dedicated employee. -Shamim, another front desk employee, is a new and very young girl who speaks several languages and loves to help hotel guests. She said she recently graduated from the university, majoring in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Very talented and passionate, and that is pretty obvious. I wish her great success and I truly thank her for all her help. Every time that we needed something, she immediately took care of it and made sure our expectation was met. -Irmak, another front desk employee, very helpful and courteous. She's an easy person to talk to and with her ok English, she tries to be as helpful as possible. Very helpful and positive. I truly thank her.

-Internet: I had to enter all the information from scratch to get connected to the wifi every time I entered the property. -Communication prior to arrival: They rarely respond to emails and what's app. We emailed and called them sooooo many times prior to our arrival to tell them we would like to have a surprised birthday party for one of our friends, and they never responded. Booking.com called them and emailed them 7 times to add dinner to my our package, but they got no reply. Communication before the arrival was really a total disaster and it was really frustrating. I hope the General Manager does something about it. Phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp are extremely important these days and one person should be responsible for responding to people, especially prior to their arrival.

The property is in excellent location, very close to the old city and many other attractions. The breakfast was decent. I only rated this 9 because of some of the staff members . There was one staff at the reception who seemed quite experienced, he was the only one who was helpful. Some others at the reception was not being helpful , and if asked any question they would just say we can't help you. There was one staff who was helping us with the luggage and he was looking at my broken suitcase ( broke in the Istanbul airport) and was cracking some jokes with his colleague and laughing. I personally don't like such unpleasant behaviour. But apart from some unprofessional staff behaviour , we liked the hotel and the location.

Some staff members are rude and unprofessional who probably don't understand how one should be in a service industry!

Breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool was great. Good location.

Location was good and our triple room for two was bigger then usual room.

Nobody at the reception spoke English. We communicated with AI translator. Further, I asked receptionist for Dervish show at the Mevlana center. I repeated a few times Mevlana. He sold me two tickets 40 Euros at the Kultural Center starting at 9 pm. I later found out Dervish show at the Mevlana at 7 pm and free. It was really neither honest nor transparent. I enjoyed both but the receptionist was not honest, pity.

The hotel location is perfect in terms of access to restaurants, shops, the tram and Kaleici old town. The room was immaculately cleaned by housekeeping. The breakfast had a good variety and included many Turkish dishes. The wifi worked well. The pool is great for tanning and cooling off in the heat.

The early morning prayers from a nearby mosque, but this is of course not the hotel's responsibility.

The information about beach were not clear and correct. The public beach is far, there is no shuttle (it was specified that it is). Mermeli beach which is closest is not at all free and has very limited places. I only saw it from top of the hill.

We recently stayed at the hotel and would like to express our warm thanks to Nurullah, Arda, and Fatih from the reception team. Their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude were truly appreciated and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff, restaurant, and breakfast teams.

-There was no WiFi at all in either of the two rooms we stayed in during the entire stay. -In the bathroom, there was only one bottle of shampoo, and overall the bathroom amenities were not sufficient compared to our previous visit. We sincerely hope these details can be improved, as the warmth of the staff truly deserves to be matched by the overall service quality.

Locations, room size, layout, and generous amenities provided in the room were all beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Antalya that has clean, freshly renovated rooms, then this is your place. It was our first time in Antalya, so we didn't want to do the resort option to force ourselves to get out and explore. We stayed 6 nights (probably too long for Antalya city centre). But I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The pool towels are located in the spa (different level to the pool), which was weird and inconvenient . Also the fridge in the room hardly cooled the water. Honestly these two items were insignificant overall.

This was one of the best hotel we have stayed and saying about the service and friendliness of staff was excellent. We where in 8th floor 814 and the view of city was so eye catching 🎶!! Easy to go around and taxi available on call in a minute. All shopping and also few attractions are around. Few minutes of walk will take to old marina, Many restaurants are in and around from Asian to all cuisines available, easy to find money exchange too. Appreciate the luggage hold service, also they have a Turkish spa which is so nice. Regarding the free breakfast, we had so good choose of vegetarian option for my wife and I enjoyed the non veg option too (5*).

Due to renovation works ,it was a little hard, but do appreciate the staff who was regularly doing the hoovering on the area to keep it clean. Still we enjoyed the stay.
