We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel — beautiful interiors, clean and green grounds, and even turtles! The live music during lunch and in the afternoons was a lovely touch, and the pianist made our meals extra special. The food was tasty and offered plenty of variety.

Some small downsides: 1. lots of cats around, which made us a bit concerned about hygiene; 2. It was hard to find a sunbed because many were “reserved” with towels early in the morning. 3. The Mexican restaurant was a letdown — slow service and not great food. Honestly, a Turkish restaurant with authentic local dishes would have made much more sense!

I especially appreciated the green territory and many cosy spots to sit. The beach was lovely, with plenty spots for sunbathing with diverse views to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel didn’t feel crowded despite its huge size, I only noticed there were many people during dinner time. From the entrance, the hotel makes you feel like a princess, escorted from the taxi into the luxury looking halls, with welcome gifts in the room and generally greats service. I almost never want to go back to the same hotel but this is an exception for sure!

Honestly I can’t think of any serious flaws. Some minor ones is that maybe some dishes didn’t taste amazing but the sheer number of options always compensated that. Desserts could use better pastry cream (it was mostly pudding/curstard-like creams typical to Turkish desserts), especially eclairs didn’t taste good at all, but there were always great alternatives (the cheesecakes, all Turkish sweets, and beautiful soufflé spheres were delicious!).

Everything was amazing, it's exactly the resort anyone is looking for. The concept of their All Inclusive is different from anything we ever tried. The food variety, quality and activities were excellent. Not to mention the beautiful animals at the hotel, multiple dogs, many happy cats, turtles and a hedgehog. It was a really nice stay and we would definitely repeat. The hotel is close to the airport and has shops and supermarkets just outside the gate. Aybrek from reception was very nice and gave us a good room. Sude always got us all the nice beverages and we noticed that she's the most hardworking person working in her section. Definitely she needs more people working beside her. Amazing hotel and highly recommend.

The water worked strangely in the room. Always hot and we kept trying to open the cold water which works sometime and another doesn't. I noticed on our last day that the croissant was heated and not baked because it was hot outside but cold inside. and the baker didn't use gloves while serving it and touched many pieces with his hands. We skipped the croissant afterwards but everything else was amazing.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and a very good selection of food. It was my partners birthday and they arranged a cake.for him that evening at the meal in the a la carte restaurant Cocktails were lovely and the view from the room was perfect And a free mini bar!

The pool bar could have had more snacks available, I know it was March, however other that pitta bread with cheese or meat there werent any other options.

room was supposed to be with a balcony but had a very small balcony, not enough for one chair. The room shower had a very weak hot water stream, desserts were not as that good

I liked the extravagant decor - it gave the hotel uniqueness. Ocean views from the room were beautiful. The beach access was great. The food had great variety and it was great to have a la carte included in the "all-inclusive" package. The coffee from the cafe's barista was great. The Kids Club was brilliant - our son was there the whole time! They even took him on an excursion to the dolphin show. I loved the morning yoga and pilates - very authentic!

The hotel is very busy! Finding a table is like negotiating a seat on the subway. Some hotel guests are rude and push in front - that's frustrating but no fault of the hotel.

Second time in this hotel. Fabulous grounds. Fantastic room and service. Great staff, very polite and friendly. Can't really fault the place. Really good choice of food. Loved sushi restaurant and Italian. Great entertainment.

Spa...wouldn't recommend tbh. I've booked hamam with a massage. Treatment was meant to be 50 minutes, but it was very rushed into 35 minutes. Then I was just left in a relaxing area with screaming kids. Nothing was explained or mentioned that treatment over. I spent ages waiting, then eventually I just left... 4-7 year old children shouldn't be allowed in sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Spa looks like a playground. So, I'm a bit disappointed.

My family and I stayed at this resort 4 nights (May, 2025). Nice resort, large and very well maintained gardens, several pools, plenty of space for sunbathing, several restaurants. I had a green room in the old building Club Sera. Very quite. Nice balcony with the red pool and sea view. Airplanes didn't bothered me at all because there were not many aircrafts flighting there. I loved this place. Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff. If I will get a chance, I will comeback here for longer stay.

People always find a reason to complain about anything. Airplanes makes noises :D but there are only few of them and only during daytime. It's not a big deal. Another thing is that after 23:00 there are difficult to find some food to eat. Some food served during night time in the main building restaurant but there is a very poor choice. Because I don't eat after midnight therefore I have nothing to complain about.

We only stayed for one night, but we took the all inclusive package. The hotel is more of a resort, and it has over 20 attractions. From international restaurants, gardens, shishas, pools, beaches, beach activities, spa and its all inclusive all you can eat and drink. The place is big, and with a good location The room is spacious, we got our own terrace as well. The gardens are beautiful, navigating the place is nice.

The place is old, it's more for the older generation from colors and the room is old as well. The food isnt the best quality, but its all you can eat and drink so if you prefer quality over quantity it aint the option for you. Staff dont speak english 🥲 The beds arent really comfy

During my stay, I noticed the television programming was limited. It offered a variety of channels to choose from, which was appreciated. However, the available selection did not include any English-language options. This made it difficult to stay informed about current events or enjoy familiar entertainment. Providing some English channels would greatly enhance the guest experience. There were no proper blankets.
