Location is perfect - at the edge of old and new town of Antalya, it is within 1 minute walking distance to the Hadrian's Gate, and countless street food stores and markets. We arrived in the morning and the hotel staff allowed us to leave the luggage there. When we returned to check-in in the afternoon, a bell boy showed us to the room with AC already. The room is spacious and the wifi was great. The swimming pool was big with beach loungers for free use. Breakfast was fantastic - especially desserts!

It would be great if the pre-stored luggage can also be sent to the room when checking in. Also there was nothing to sit in the room, like a chair.

Our two week stay at the beautiful Elegance East Hotel was simply perfect, our first time in a boutique Hotel and we were not disappointed, the hotel is gorgeous, a wonderful oasis of elegance and charm, perfectly located to explore the Old town area of Antalya, every area of the hotel is spotless, our room, one of the Deluxe Double rooms was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very charming, the communal areas were again very well maintained and spotlessly clean, plenty of sun beds around the pool area.

There was nothing we did not like, after holidaying in 3 and 4 star hotels throughout Spain and Italy over the years this hotel is a gorgeous gem of a hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful,specially the manager şefika along with Arzu and Serdar. Even they helped us in sightseeing and transfers We did have small problem with AC and şefika managed it really well to not disturb our vacation Hotel was spacious and convenient to roam around since it was inside the old town. we could even see a street in the old town from our room. Location was excellent and close to exceptional restaurants Good breakfast to start the day The property itself was very stylish and beautifully decorated with plants and marvellous paintings. The plants came in all varieties and gave a calm and relaxing look Nice and relaxing pool where you can spend time to beat the Antalya Heat

AC at the property needs good servicing.

The property is located in the old town so everything is just nearby - small stores, markets, restaurants, historical sites, beach. The pool area is also perfect especially during summertime. The bed was comfy with fridge and lots of storage to place your stuff.

The floor in the room was quite dusty though but they provide house slippers. Breakfast was just okay, pastries were easily ran out so better to go there early in the morning. Coffee could be better.

This place is really elegant with a full Mediterranean vibe, from lobby to room. This is not your normal bland hotel room, but a genuinely elegant experience. The breakfast was Turkish standard, I have no complaints there. But the location is what stands out here. It's steps away from all the tourist things you'll want to see. Literally out of the lobby door and you're in the historic district with unlimited shops, restaurants and sights to see.

I didn't like that the doors don't have any kind of "Do not disturb" and the cleaners are anxious to get in and do their stuff pretty early. Breakfast time can be hard to land if you've had a late night.

Was a bit worried having read some bad reviews but the place seems to have been done up recently. It was clean, air-conditioned. The pool area was small but lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive. Location was also perfect, right by Hadrian’s gate but on a main road so easy for taxi drop off/pick up. Loads of great shops and restaurants nearby.

Some reviews have mentioned thin walls. This didn’t bother us when we were asleep but when we woke up we could hear some noise from next door. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Hotel also didn’t respond to any of our messages before our stay.

As soon as you arrive , you really feel welcomed. The Location is Great , in the border of cadeisi , close to the taxi station , shopping street ..old bazar . The Hotel in itself is a beautiful " Boutique hotel" style . The staff is very helpful if you need any Help with anything. The overall outdoor areas are beautiful with a lot of trees and flowers everywhere. Really Like our Room , nicely decorated and very clean .

I Like everything , I was expecting the pool to be a little bit bigger , but it wasn't an issue .The size is Fair for a hotel and there are plenty of Sunbeds around to relax.

Excellent location in the old city, but at the same time felt cocooned from the bustle outside. Compact, low rise establishment, maintained in very good order and with excellent personal service.

Nothing major. It would have been good to have a cabinet or shelf on both sides of the bed rather than just one, and the bedside reading lamps were more ornamental (illuminating the whole room) than functional.

everything that we expected. friendly staff, helpful, informative. rooms are very comfortable * breakfast was handsomely displayed + a good variety. Would stay again 100%. location is fantastic & close to everything. It is a fantastic little hotel with excellent amenities for a short or long stay. Loved the hotel and friendly staff/ rooms are excellent and pool area is a setting for relaxing and having a nice Turkish breakfast

My only concern was the separation between the entrance and back area of the hotel. its a lane way. I almost forgot as a speeding person flew by on his moped. Just be careful on that. Not sure if there is a sign but a warning would be good. It didn't affect our overall positive stay and thoughts. I would stay again.

Great location, very friendly manager and helpful staff, lovely pool and bedrooms. Great place to stay in Antalya in the old town with a great atmosphere. You can also book taxis directly through the hotel which is cheaper than doing it outside. We really recommend it as a place to stay!

There were some issues when we arrived with the rooms, however this was sorted out very efficiently within a day and everyone was happy in the end.
