Pros and Cons of Our Stay Cons: 1. Upon arrival, we were initially offered a room of a lower category than what we had booked. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were then offered two standard rooms instead of the family room we had reserved. This also wasn't acceptable, and finally, on the third attempt, we were given the correct room category. The room itself was excellent—spacious, with a beautiful sea view, and almost perfectly clean. 2. Housekeeping services were lacking during our stay. For two consecutive days, our room was not cleaned, despite not having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. When the housekeeping staff eventually came the following day, we asked them to wait 10-15 minutes until we could leave the room. Unfortunately, they interpreted this as a signal not to clean at all. Additionally, when the room was cleaned, the amenities provided were for only three people, even though we were a group of four. We had to approach the reception twice to resolve this. ** This is not a major issue, just a suggestion: consider expanding the bar's offerings by adding more cocktails, tequila, and better wine options. On a positive note, I would like to thank the bar staff, especially Timur, Omar, and the other team members for their excellent service. The waitstaff also did a great job. Special thanks to Omar for his guidance throughout our stay—better than a tour guide! We also recommend visiting the masseuse. Pros: 1. The hotel’s location is great. The shuttle service to and from the beach was always punctual, down to the minute. While it is a bit far from the city center, buses 07, 07a, and 08 make it easy to get there. 2. The hotel itself is in excellent condition and well-maintained

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Is a lovely hotel,the rooms are very big and nice, they do the cleaning every day. We had only the breakfast, but the food was very good and very much,it was a variety of food and was very tasty. The staff was very politely and helpful, they helped me very much, even to order a cake for my daughter birthday. I recomand this hotel.

Was only one thing that we didn't like it, that when you eat , was one guy, I think is the owner or the manager, he is watching you all the time , I think is uncomfortable that someoane staring at you when you eat , or when you put the food on the plate , it feels wery unpleseant.

You have access to two infinity pools and a kids pool. Nice and quiet area. Couple of minutes drive from Lara beach. Free on-site parking. The main hotel suites are comfortable and reasonably spacious.

There was a gutter smell coming from the bathroom. The safe didn't work upon arrival. The hotel is essentially split into 4 distinct parts. - The main hotel front & centre, - block of suites on the right, - block of suites on the left, - and towards the end of the courtyard/garden area a tower with more hotel rooms. Try to avoid the tower as it isn't clean and is almost like a 1 star. We asked to move to the suites and they were a lot better. There are no drinks (aside from tea) in the buffet/lunch/dinner kitchen. Hoped for at least water or juice.

The place all together was very very nice. We stayed overnight, as its only 15 min away from the airport. The staff was trying to be very helpful, even though it was quite busy . The hotel has the main 2 storey building...but also another multistorey building on site. We don't like staying higher then a 3rd floor, but we got a 9th floor room. It's not something to complain about, as I didn’t know they have this kind of building, and didn't make special request. As we only stayed overnight, we said we can cope with this ,no problem. But the whole night I was kind of a bit anxious . Its something personal and its nothing to do with the hotel, but I said I'll mention this in case there are other people that Don't like living in a multistorey building. Other than that, thank you for a pleasant stay, for a nice breakfast in the morning.

The location was perfect, close to the beach. I read mixed reviews about the cleanliness and noisy rooms however our room was perfect with no noise and spotlessly cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful views from the top floor where our room was. We slept well, AC worked great and the room was neat.

The bed was slightly hard. I did not like the shower gels & shampoos, they had no smell. There was no blanket on our bed upon arrival but this was organised quickly.

It was lovely! Just such a pleasure to stay there. The staff were great, the rooms beautiful, very convenient for transportation and close to the airport. The food was wonderful and just such a excellent atmosphere. I only wish I stayed longer. And if I return to Antalya, I would select this hotel as my place to stay without a doubt.

Nothing it was a wonderful hotel

We had a lovely stay here. The grounds are immaculately kept. The swimming pool is clean and well tended, with ample sunbeds. The rooms are clean and functional, as are the bathrooms. Towels are replaced every day. The breakfast is more than ample, the selection is huge! From cereals to fruit, to pastries & biscuits, to a hot selection, to freshly cooked pancakes, to freshly cooked omelettes and MORE. The evening meal at 150tl per person was even better. There was a vast selection of freshly prepared food to choose from. The staff were all friendly, very helpful and extremely hardworking. We would not hesitate to come back.

I cant really think of anything we disliked. The walls are perhaps a little thin and our bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I'm sure that if we had complained the staff would have been more than willing to rectify to the situation, the mattress not the walls. There's really not a lot that they can do about the walls!!

The hospitality was fantastic! All staff members, especially Busra, Noori and Osman made it a great experience for me!

I wished it had a main light in the room, which really isn't a great big deal in all honesty but would have helped!

It is close to airport, which is what we were looking for. Basic, but clean and comfortable. Good price.

Beds were very hard, very noisy people above us.

1. Polite and helpful staff 2. The location is pretty okay, around 15min walk to the sea 3. The private beach was decent 4. Great pool and atmosphere around is perfect, exact as on the pictures 5. The Russian-speaking young boy and a young girl were very polite and helpful. The hotel should promote them :)

1. Internet was only good in the main building 2. They dropped my omelet and put it on my plate, I was shocked.. luckily I have noticed it 3. No iron in the hotel, however, they promised me to provide it and never did it within a few days. Remove iron service from the booking website then, if you do not have any irons available. Terrible experience with trying to get the iron...
