The real 5 stars. Everything is high quality, the bathroom, the bed, the TV the air conditioning, the restaurant. As for the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, not a huge selection, but everything of high quality, meat, european quality cheeses, cooked stuff was also tasteful and tasty. And unlike nearly all of the other turkish hotels with their awful.instant coffee machines, there was a state of the art espesso based machine even with a refrigerator for milk. The cappuccino was one of the best I've ever tasted, and certainly the best from a machine. Location, far from center and even civilisation. If you use taxi it's not a problem, but if you use public transportation it can be tricky and even scary getting back to hotel late in the evening (after 21). During the day not a problem, there are buses both to the major malls and to the center, which are pleasantly not crowded. Personally for me it wasn't a problem. There are no tables or chairs in the room. Not bad but really strange, since the room isn't that small. But there were some cool sensors in the ceiling, motion of light detectors, whatever, which were clicking pretty often and loudly. Considering things I didn't like it's not a real 9, but since the hotel just opened, hopefully they can fix what should be fixed (like they fixed wifi) and since they have such a great coffee machine and quality beans (I love and need a nice coffee in the morning, and I hated the stuff in other hotels), I'll try to support their efforts.

And the worst (the only real bad thing, but very bad). The air conditioning is state of the art centralized Daikin (the same is at the Ramada Antalya). And just like in the Ramada (though it was tolerable there), it performed bad,. At the settings all the way up to 26C it cooled the room all the way to 20 degrees or smth before turning off. And at the 27C setting it didn't really cool the room below 27C (as expected). It got so bad that I didn't really have a single night of a good sleep. But since other reviews don't mention it, maybe it was just my room, or just me.

Everything was really clean and just like the photos. The showers were great, we had a suite with a hot tub which was put to good use! It was relaxing! I hope the quality stays the same as the hotel gets older.

Liked everything but more breakfast selection would be great! More cereals and a machine for hot chocolate . Thought he staff was kind enough to get me a hot chocolate from the bar but I don’t think it will be convenient to continuously do that every time a guest wants hot chocolate instead of coffee with their breakfast.

Hotel is very new, so there are still a few things that need ironing out. Some of the plug sockets weren't working in my room bedside. But the others were. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful, expecially tge lady who works at the bar. Always smiling and friendly. Also the guy who works in the gym was very helpful and nice. Reception staff are also very helpful. Breakfast is a good choice and is nice.. also ordered food from the restaraunt which was good. Be careful of leaving your windows open as a mosquito eat me alive the 2nd night, I had to hunt for it all night and kill it so I could get a good sleep. Besides all that I would stay again. The hotel is very nice.

The cleaning lady could do with a little more training on how to be more customer friendly.. I stayed 4 days, and when I asked for more shower gel, it seemed like she didn't want to give them to me.. gave me soap instead.. when I came into the room there was only 1 shower gel which wasn't full. The hotel is a little far from the main beach areas, around 15 minutes in a taxi. Which isn't bad.. as the hotel will call you a taxi.

It's a very fresh, clean, and nice place. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was a wide choice of dishes, and there was no repetition of food types. The place was free from stray cats, which is different from many places in Antalya. The swimming pool is moderate in size but very clean. The staff was kind and friendly, and they spoke English very well. I like the interior design. The hotel is not too big and thus not overpopulated. We felt quite relaxed here. The location is not bad if you are driving a rental car. It has private parking lots.

The automatization of energy management is controlled by movement detectors. If you stay in the room, unmoving everything will be switched off, even the lights and air conditioner. The same happens in the changing room near the indoor pool. If you are alone in the shower and take a bit longer, the lights will be switched off. That is a bit frustrating. Nothing else.

Good price-performance ratio. Between airport and city centre at the highway.

Noisy, because at the highway and windows are not insulated. We were placed towards the elevator. Complaint does not help, had to stay in the room for 4 days because of alleged overcrowding. Breakfast personal lazy and unfriendly. We asked for a small spoon and a waffle container for the marmelade. We were told because the breakfast openeing time was over for 5 minutes, she will not get these things anymore.

Great hotel. I extended my stay... great staff members in the gym. And behind the bar. Reception night staff were helpful and were going to change my room as I had issues with electricity as the plug sockets were not functioning.. Great facilities, indoor pool and steam room, and sauna. Great restaraunt. Good food.

Because it's new there were still some slight issues ie plug sockets not working properly.. night staff did offer to change my room on the last night, but I had already made them aware 3 days prior and there was no change.. so I decided to just stay where I was. Location is far from most places.. at least 20 mins drive. But taxis are called.

Decent WiFi speed, Nice aesthetics, nice room layout and reasonable size. Very reasonable gym given this is a hotel. Effective and fully controllable air conditioning.

They forgot to re-stock in room tea and coffee each day, lol. (Although a gentle reminder might have fixed that - I just didn't have the time to).

‏New Renex hotel, we had an amazing experience. Everything was at the highest level: cleanliness, freshness, cosiness. Many thanks to all the hotel staff - their attention and care to each guest is amazing. The service was impeccable, our every wish was fulfilled instantly. Special thanks to Ulvia, who was always ready to help and advise. By the end of the holiday we felt at home and the staff became like family to us. Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday! the hotel is new and very clean and nicely decorated, rooms are spacious and the bathroom is well equiped , the brakfast is delicious , and different after few days .

The staff at the breakfast was not well prepared , there was a larger group also, the came short of cuttlery, and some items in the buffet were out of stock , they should be well prepared for larger groups . ❗️ there are only 2 elevators , which get very busy , so you have to wait long to go up or down .

Inside pool was always empty when I wanted to go for a swim with my husband which was a lovely bonus, also booked a massage and body scrub which was nice a d easy to book. Rooftop restaurant was great

The buffet breakfast is more European continental not the UK breakfast options which is our preference
