Parking easy in front of hotel. Nice service at reception. Good location close to shopping centre and the airport. Good lifts. Hot and cold buffet selection for breakfast. Nicely decorated room. Powerful aircon. Decent shower. Heated toilet mirror and good lighting in toilet. Restaurant downstairs was available until midnight and looked good (although we didn't eat there).

Paper cups instead of proper cups in room. Bedding thin. Light switch on one side of room didn't work. Only shower gel / shampoo / hand-wash built in - no other toiletries. Breakfast had no fresh fruit and overall smaller selection to other 2 to 4 star hotels we stayed at. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Tolley brush dirty. Toilet bin lid didn't work. Toilet tap was wrong way around i.e. hot was cold, vice versa.

We were a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews about this place, but it far exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed for at the time. Very easy to reach the airport from here, and the room had everything you could hope for and then some. And it was very clean. Do note that for the new international airport terminal, connectivity might be a bit sketchy, so might have to take a taxi regardless. But do your research! Also, do not let the reviews scare you. It was actually a very nice place, and exactly what you need for that flight out, especially at a sketchy time of the day. The staff is always there so even if you have to leave super early, it'll work out just fine. For a later flight, perhaps you can skip this but it's still a nice hotel for a quick stay even if not absolutely necessary!

It was my second stay at this hotel and it was a great stay again. The location is perfect when staying overnight. It’s not far from the airport and there is public transport to get here. The rooms are very nice, the beds are big and the bathrooms are very pretty. The staff is also very nice. They are always ready to help. The breakfast is good for its money. It’s not an “all inclusive” buffet, but you still get everything you might want. There is also a shopping mall just in 3 minutes walk, so you can also explore the area a little bit.

Since I was staying here during a colder month, you can feel cold air coming through closed windows, but the air conditioning keeps the room warm. It can be somewhat loud (you can hear the doors of other rooms closing), but nothing too disturbing.

It's a nice place to stay, especially after a long flight. We arrived at 2am and were greeted with helpfulness and ease. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast had great diversity and is tasty, and the room and bathroom was very nicely designed with a good bed. Overall very recommendable - thank you to the great staff!

The sound insulation on our room window was a little broken, so it was a bit loud (but still acceptable for facing the main road). The coffee was drinkable but not great. And some of the upholstery has a few stains (more a sign of age than of cleanliness, it all felt pretty clean and decent, just not exceptionally so).

Good location, people at reception were really nice, delicious breakfast. Also, they reached out first to provide the information on how to reach the hotel from the airport, which was sweet and showed their interest in their guest's comfort. Staff were immediately reacting to any requests.

Small things that influence your comfort, 1st shampoo&shower gel dispenser wasn't filled ( shampoo and gel were 2 in 1, weird choice for me tbh/anyways it doesn't matter). But they immediately reacted after I pointed out. And the second, they didn't give sheets or blanket cover, I had only plaid(cover on the bad), blanket. And it was pretty hot and I didn't want to use any of them. I assume they would give it to me, but I was too tired after my flight to go to ask again.

I loved all the details of the hotel. The staff are amazing and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to the airport. I would love to visit the hotel again.

The service was excellent and the employees proved to be honest and reliable. Upon vacating my room I accidentally left a file with a significant amount of money inside. Everything was returned to me immediately. Even before that I was very satisfied with the hotel. The general inside decor was nice. My room was comfortable, spacious, clean and pleasant. Food in the restaurant was delicious (those lavish Turkish breakfasts!) and the view around the surrounding hills and mountains magnificent. Highly recommended

Amazing and kind hearted staff, the hotel room was extremely clean not a speck of dust and there was a prayer room , very convenient near agora ma which is a very fancy mall. Very helpful staff hosptitality was high and the bed were very comofrtable i slept like a baby the toilet washroom area was very luxurious and the shower had a high pressure, also alot of technology a nice tv and enough plug sockets to charge my devices . I liked the windows opened fully and the ac was shooting clean and cool air. The safe was a high tech secure safe placed in the hotel room which was very convenient. There was enough towels and a high tech mirror which hears and demistifys also has a bright light. Over all great location near the tram way which takes you directly to the airport

There was a taxi driver poaching for customers in the reception hall and overcharged me to goto the airport. And the hotel let me know there were no airport transfers

Hi There!! The location ( close to airport Antalya), especially if you need to change the flight The taxi price to Hotel is about 6 EURO and the served breakfast was moderately good

The Taxi from hotel to Airport, I asked the staff to call me the Taxi, instead of it , I was transferred by local( hotel) transfer service, but I asked the drive about the price{ if it isn't the Special price) before the "trip". At the Airport I was asked to pay 20 EUR, I haven't paid , And paid accurately 6 Euro no more - The Driver offended me for not understanding the complexity of his life!!!:) Be careful , vigilant and attentive in Turkey
