The location of the hotel is great, just minutes away from the airport, so if you have a flight to catch, you can spend time in between in a great place. The staff is very welcoming. This is my fifth or sixth stay in the hotel and I like it each time, apart from the shuttle service.

The hotel usually had a shuttle service picking you up from the airport. And while the service of driving you to the airport is still available, the two last times that I stayed in the hotel the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was no.longer available. However the hotel offered me to take a yellow taxi on the promise that they will pay the fee. Let's be honest, not a particularly pleasant experience if you do it late at night as a single woman. I was definitely ripped off, 10 euros for a drive which did not last 10 minutes (but would you argue after 12 hours of a trip) and no one cane to pay for my taxi from the hotel so that was entirely out of my pocket.

The hotel is within short drive from the Antalya airport. I asked for a free transfer (since they offer one) and was told to take any yellow taxi at the airport and tell the driver he will be paid directly by the hotel. The trick worked, I gave the address to the driver, he took my to the hotel and got his pay at the reception. But the next morning, I got back to the airport in a hotel's mini-van that runs these transfers. So overall, both transfers were quite convenient with almost no waiting. The room was spacious, the shower facilities were clean and functioned well, I did not have time to check up the hotel's amenities, but was impressed by the breakfast -- aside from the standard breakfast stuff they offer a great variety of fruit and vegetables and nuts! I did indulge myself feeling in the end like I had both breakfast and lunch at once!

Not a big deal for only one night stay, but I wish I could open the window in the room, it was only the ground floor, and the window did have a handle, but I could not work out how to open it and whether it could be opened at all.

Just what I needed for my layover before the early morning flight. It was so good that I stayed there again on my return journey a week later. Easy to get to 5 min by yellow taxi which is paid for by reception, same to get to the airport. Warm welcome with a room upgrade, room was refurbished and had everything you need and more, you can basically check all your luggage in and just only bring swimming costume. Conditioner, body lotion, shaving, toothbrush even, robes. On top of that sweets and even wine. Amazing spa and swimming pool, outdoor closes at 8 but indoor which is colder at 10pm same as free spa, sauna, steam, Hammam. Great selection of available spa treatments and massages for a fee. Came back to my room after spa to find a fruit plate, just what I needed especially after I skipped buffet to go to spa. Buffet dinner costs 20 euros which I had one night, one of the best selections I’ve tried. Breakfast starts at 4, although no staff at that time, but food all pre prepared and covered. Overall I felt it was a very relaxing stopover despite early morning flight. Thanks to the amazing staff who look after you very well.

Would be nice to have staff for breakfast early and to make fresh eggs etc. For a more relaxing massage experience I would have liked no distractions ( voices, quieter footwear)

from the minute we walked in this Amazing Hotel we were GreetGreeted by the manager lovely man who was very kind and shown us to our room it was Beautiful fit for a princess every single worker at the hotel were so kind helpful the guy at the shop also so friendly such a lovely team the food was gorgeous the pool the scenery 😊 and anywhere you want to go the hotel provides a shuttle bus even pick up and drop of at the Airport free I could go on but wouldn't have enough room on the page a big ththankyou to all you lovely people at the ic hotel thankyou so much for making our holiday special we will be back and have passed on to our family and friends how beautiful your hotel us and kind people you are Warm reReguards Maria Anthony

The hotel's facilities are great and all staff is very friendly & helpful. At the reception, I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was a bonus after my overnight flight. The choice of food in the restaurant was great and it was tasty. Suzanne, who speaks different languages, advised me on the massage and other treatments which I went for. The Hammam and massage were so relaxing & professionally done by Yani and Maryani. I enjoyed my stay and planning to return in the future. I felt very relaxed during my stay - thanks to the Team. Close to the airport with free transfer. Rooms are nice and clean. Good restaurant. Not a crowded tourist place. Perfect for business travel.

Arrived very early (mailed time of arrival upfront) but the room was not ready. But I have to admit, the staff reacted supreme to that. They apologized, gave me a free upgrade of the room category and had everything ready in 30 min. while I took breakfast. Marvellous!

Nice hotel very close to the Antalya airport. They will pay for taxi pick-up from the airport and can send you back to the airport for free in a shuttle. The hotel has a good swimming pool and decent breakfast (included). WiFi internet is good, depending on your room. The bed is comfortable, and the room is good-sized for 2 people. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times. You will likely receive a free room upgrade if the hotel isn't fully booked during the busy summer months.

A/C can be finicky. Sometimes, the room won't get colder than 25°C, no matter which settings you push. Other times, the A/C works perfectly as intended. WiFi can also be hit or miss. Some rooms have super fast WiFi; other rooms have WiFi that goes in and out.

The location is 5min from the Airport and to the Mall of Antalya / Deepo Outlet. The facility has everything you ask for (indoor/outdoor pools, gym, spa with Sauna, Hamam, and excellent massages). The breakfast buffet is rich and pretty good and the staff friendly but not pushy. The room size was amazing. The hotel looks overall very classy.

I think, the rooms and the park could be maintained a little better. For example, a door handle just dropped once as well as the couch in the room didn't look as clean to be honest. The park doesn't look well maintained from the hotel room but it's not horrible by any means.

Free airport transfer is a big plus. My room was super comfy, very modern. I found everything I needed and even more. Breakfast was very tasty with excellent choice. Spa facilities with a choice of spa treatments were a big plus for me too.

Frankly, I did not enjoy dinner. I was neither impressed with the buffet choice and quality, nor with a menu choice. And, unfortunately, no alternatives around the hotel. Contrarily to dinner, breakfast was superb. I used the spa facilities and had a massage. But while waiting for my therapist I could not relax, as some male guests were constantly talking over their phones with a speaker. This type of behaviour should not be allowed in a spa area. Spa should be a free phone territory.

I had a brief but utterly memorable stay at this hotel during a long layover in Antalya, and it turned out to be a great decision. From the moment I checked in, the service was impeccable—huge thanks to Pinar and Ahmet for their exceptional hospitality. The room was luxurious, featuring a splendid view of the pool, and had all the amenities I could wish for, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which starts at 4 a.m., ideal for early travellers, and it was very tasty. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, which is just few minutes away (at the airport, you chose the yellow taxi and tell the name of the hotel, the taxi is paid by the reception). My heartfelt thanks to everyone at the hotel for making my short stay so enjoyable. It was totally worth it to spend a night here instead of staying at the airport. A truly superb experience that I would love to repeat.
