Hotelstaff was really helpful and nice. Some of cleaning staff was great while others ware not so good. Some young girl there was cleaning good and leaves towels extra nicely.

Some boy was terrible cleaning and even forgot to make beds in Monday. Welcome drink (white wine bottle ) and fruits could be nice if wine classes where not dirty from red wine. Leaking toilet was fixed at Monday morning and after was toilet water over floor in toilet, entrance and little water in bedrooms. Not cleaned until 4-5 hours later and didn't make beds that day.

Please adjust your expectations according to what you pay. The food (very similar everyday), drinks (local), etc were acceptable, not outstanding. If you want something special, you should look for more expensive hotels.

I suggest the management to consider the following: - the ice cream stand should be open from 10.00 to 18.00 (not from 14.30 to 16.30). The queue for ice cream was stressful. One guy was waiting for 15 minutes just to be told that the stand is now closed. - local drinks are very hard to get used to. At least some types have to be foreign.

Very nice location, tematic evenings, breakfast rich,babies also will find what they can eat,lunch and dinner marvelous,for babies very nice swimming pools with slides, interesting shows in evenings in amphiteathre, in pool bar delicious coctails, foam party in swimming pool was fantastic, dinner ir Turkish style very nice with ice cream,special and with decorations,shops nice -can find necessary thinks, self service cookies place with tea,indoor swimming pool cool after.warm swimming pools.oitside-fresh, gym, hairdresser,doctor all very kindly, not high prices like another 5 star hotels.Wifi wow..10 star,because it works everywhere also near sea, sea very close under tunnel and you are there..near sea beach bar also with snacks and drinks..I loved Kingdom bar-snack ,ice cream ,drinks..very nice. Housekeeping every day,also comb in bathroom, shampoo,condicioner,cotton pads,for ear also -wow! Opposite 5 star Haydarpasha hotel ..First time i am satisfied.Thank you so much.

Not so much green teritory,but some palmas i was find, unfortunately a la carte restaurants for all week we cannot make reservation,suggest to make reservations in first day when you are coming.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel area and pools are beautiful and clean, rooms are also clean. The food was delicious and varied. The beach is very close to the hotel. The Internet worked well. There are plenty of activities on the hotel area: hammam, water slides, evening shows, gym, swimming pools, etc.

Some rooms need minor repairs/renovations. Evening concerts and entertainment usually last until midnight, so some rooms may be noisy. If this is important to you, choose a room away from the amphitheater.
