We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek with my wife and our teenage kids, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we really appreciated the personal touch. We were assigned a dedicated manager who was available almost 24/7 and always ready to help with any request—this level of service made a big difference in making us feel truly cared for. We stayed in the Legendary Suites, and the room cleaning was absolutely impeccable—everything was always spotless and refreshed with attention to detail. The food was a real highlight. Every meal, whether in the main restaurant or à la carte venues, offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. There was something to satisfy every taste in our family, and we looked forward to each dining experience. The hotel’s infrastructure is top-notch, with beautiful landscaping, excellent facilities, and plenty of activities. The sea was crystal clear and refreshing, with soft sand and a great setup for both relaxation and fun. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere. This was one of our most enjoyable family vacations, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year.

The room had high quality finishes, good sound isolation, comfortable mattresses and a wide selection of pillows. The food was far above average with good variety. Staff was extremely well trained and polite - not typical for all inclusive hotels of this size. Wide variety of sports activities from yoga to boxing, and a great volleyball pitch. Felt very welcomed at all times, every single issue I brought up was resolved promptly. Staff spoke good English on average, which is usually not the case in comparable destinations.

Slight noise pollution - no place to quietly read a book by the pool. The music plays until midnight - can be annoying if you want to leave your balcony door open. The rooms are slightly dated, and so is the AC - causes a background noise that can get annoying. Had extremely unpleasant massage experience - masseuse appeared clueless for a "sports massage", tore out body hair causing several infection. The local shops for things like chapstick, sunscreen etc are an extortion - they charge like a 500% markup on basic items.

“Top-notch” can be applied to pretty much everything, to name a few things: - food: mind-blowing variety of foods in the main restaurant, we’ve never seen that many choices of everything, a foody is going to be delighted. a la carte restaurants were also fantastic. the cherry on top was the Godiva cafe with cakes at the level of best French bakeries like La Durre. - service: perfect, all of our asks got addressed, the system with personal assistants is a killer. cleaning was smooth - happened when we were away so that we don’t even notice it. same about the service in the restaurants. Worth mentioning that we asked for a late check out (5h later) and got it absolutely free of charge! - entertainment: no chances to get bored, the program is packed with fun activities, evening shows were highest quality ever - literally at the level of Cirque du Soleil. - kids entertainment: rixy club - tons of fun activities for all ages, no need to book anything. the game club with machines and bowling are so much fun not only for kids, for adults too - territory: huge territory, no need to leave the hotel, really self-sufficient: pools, gardens, beach workout ground, playgrounds, shops etc. - photosession: though felts like local photographers are a bit too pushy trying to sell you a photosession, after giving it a try ended up having hundreds of great pictures and a magnificent photo album, so we never forget this phenomenal vacation - attention to detail: welcome plate, beach bag, chocolate in the evening and many other small things that makes the experience so flawless and enjoyable. This is the second time for us staying in this hotel, we were impressed with the hotel 3 years ago, but this time it’s just the next level. We were genuinely impressed and pleased. I’d say “Nothing” really, but as there is always room for improvement, a couple nitpicks to point out: - pillows - too big for us, usually in luxury hotels you have two a puffy one and a slimmer one, in this case both were really puffy - a couple maintenance bits in the bathroom - there is a small leak in the bathroom, the shower door wouldn’t close completely so water would get to the bathroom floor when taking shower

It was our first time in Antalya. I travelled with my family (children’s ages 12 and 10) and my sister in law and her 2 kids (15 and 12) The hotel facilities are exceptional, private beachside access kept the kids happy. The pool facilities are amazing. The gym is really good with techno gym facilities if you want to sneak in a workout. The restaurants were all amazing, Aksam served up amazing rib eye steaks- thank you Ebu Bekr. Mykorini had amazing Greek food- thank you Loubna. People’s had a really nice variety of dishes and an amazing apple tea- thank you Dawood! Godiva cafe is amazing for deserts, coffees and teas and we visited every night! If you feel peckish during the evening Turquoise restaurant has a very nice night buffet. The breakfast in Turquoise is amazing with a huge variety. I would like to say a special, heartfelt thank you to Our guest relations team, Tohid, Nigar and Elena, they went out of their way to make our stay so memorable that we will be returning next year. Nothing- Rixos Premium Belek is amazing.

I like all the a la carte options especially Mikorini and Aksam and Zaysia. The WhatsApp service the ladies are very good and attentive, helpful and go out of their way. All the a la carte is so good. Kids club very good and open until very late that is amazing. Although the ladies need to watch the door better for the kids not allowed to leave. The kids club is great though my children loved every day to return. Pool service is good! What a lovely time. Unlimited Starbucks is a a stand out which I love! Godiva cafe is so good! Room cleaned every day and sheets changed very good. Rooms are old though.

The buffet is very nasty. So is the food court (buffet style) Very germy because of others with dirty hygiene grabbing food with their hands and the food is not warm. Food is cold and people being dirty at buffet. A la carte options should not have a limit. I only want to dine a la carte a buffet is disgusting. The rooms are also very outdated and need upgrading. Lots of wear and tear in rooms.

On arrival, I was informed that I will be involved in a chat group for daily activity information and for any request. But unfortunately it was useless, lacking prompt response. My room's AC was dropping water over the bed, they sent a technician, but still the issue wasn't resolved till we left the room.

Hi, i was with my 2 adhult children, at the Rixos, this is our second visit. The hotel gave us the best time, ever! The room and service, was Extraordinary!!! The service of all the department at the hotel, was so proffesional! The representetive of customers, Nof, was so amazing! She took such agreat care of us! And did all the best, that our staying at the hotel will be so full of joy and happiness! We are so greatful! To Nof, and Certainly will come back, at the hotel. The restaurants at the hotel, are so delicious! Specially, the Italian restaurant, so delicious and the best service!!! And we had an amazing experience at the meat restaurant Aksem! It was an enormous experience and wonderful taste! I really highly reccoment to choose Rixos premium Belek! And i certainly will go again there. Thank you for a great time! I loved everything in the hotel!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium Belek. The hotel is spacious, clean, and has plenty to offer for families. The WhatsApp assistant service was a real highlight—Nouf and Nebila were especially helpful, always quick to respond and very helpful with whatever we needed. The food was varied and consistently excellent, with both buffet and several a la carte options, and there were lots of nice touches like the Starbucks and Godiva dessert shop. The pools, beach, and entertainment were great, and we were also able to find a quiet spot to relax even though the hotel was busy. The Swimup room was excellent with good level of cleaning through out our stay. Overall, a great, stress-free holiday and we would happily return.

You have to be very prompt to get your ala carte restaurant booking at time of your choice.

Food was excellent, particularly in the à la carte restaurants. There is lots to do and it is very relaxed, even though it was super busy when we went. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely large beds around the pools with great waiter service. Really enjoyed the LoL water park.

We were disappointed with our room given the price. It was very old and tired, particularly the bathroom. Even though it was large and comfy it didn’t feel luxurious. Not the hotels fault but I was very upset by being followed in the hotel shop when I went into look, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Never experienced this before.

The service is above superb. Really Customet oriented and very helpful. The food is superb. In particular Handan & Kaan from customer service were amazing
