Grate and responsive stuff (uncomfortable matrices were immediately changed for us and overall response time is very fast). Tennis courts with lights at night. Dishes for children, especially lunch were delicious. Also the cook is very friendly. Very clean. Easy to communicate with the stuff: speaks at least (English, German, Russian). Great pools, especially one in the bungalow area. Nice climbing facility for children (12+). Lots of sunbeds on the beach and it's not crowded at all. Very pleasant atmosphere in the a la carta restaurants. Small but very nice gym with all you need equipment. Very nice SPA area.

Disco is too loud and till 23.00 (for us as a family it was a disadvantage). For young couples could be a benefit. First night we had very uncomfortable matrices but they were changed upon our request next day to very nice and comfy ones. Food is overall very nice but due to the personal preference was too heavy. You should monitor what drinks are being served on the bar. If you don't control and say precise you get a local cheap alcohol instead of international. Weird aging rules: some water rides are for kids only, some are for teens and some are for grownups but all in different areas so you can't enjoy of taking a waterslide ride as a family - somebody will be restricted to use the slide. My suggestion would be to change the system to Hight/Weight restrictions instead of age.

Excellent hotel , second visit. Pool, beach all as we remembered Good selection of food Staff overall super, esp Bayram, Osman, and Bunyamin…. Plus fried egg station lady

Mini fridge was good for drinks, but could have provided snacks like nuts/crisps in room Animation was disappointing as whilst we were there for the 8 days, it was acrobatic dance all the time… variation would have been good The week we were leaving… there was going to be magic show and theatre type show…. Unlucky as we got 8 nights of same dance

Amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay, there was so much to do- including all the facilities for families and children and live entertainment everyday. Buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Will def be visiting again.

On arrival, we were told the two ala carte restaurants which were free for us were booked out for all except one evening. We really enjoyed that one meal at kebab House and wish we could've been warned about pre booking and hence made the most of it.

The landscape mostly!

Since we have been coming to Belek since 2013 almost every year, we noticed that there are more and more romanian tourists and it will be convenient and appreciated if the hotel staff would include romanian language in their shows and programs like other languages. Another thing was the variety and quality of the drinks but it’s always room for improvements.

It's a 5-star hotel with a nice beach and territory full of pines — a very cozy and nice place.

I started to dislike this hotel (despite being here 5 times): blasting music up to 23:00 and more from the concert zone close to the main pool. You can't escape even if you close all the windows. If they offer you to change the room to a faraway building, but there is another disco (even loud) from the closest hotel :(( It seems they don't care about kids and if they want to sleep. Another moment is a Yamaha mini-car with VERY noisy engine that could come back and forth on the beach road while you are having your cocktail or walking in the park. They don't care about all these important things.

The staff were friendly and spoke good English. There was also a large selection of different types of food. The activities were excellent (especially for the children). The resort was beautiful. The animation team were amazing.

The hotel should introduce a policy about leaving towels on sunbeds. I witnessed many arguments and sunbeds unoccupied for the WHOLE DAY. I also requested a room upstairs in the family bungalows but nothing was mentioned during check in. Whilst the bungalow rooms were great, we had a very noisy and inconsiderate family above us. The rooms are not sound proof. The shop was overpriced.

Convenience, spa center, great choice of children activities

I had some concerns with waste of food. Seems like the abundance offering may lead to excessive waste. Haven't found any sustainability commitment on the site.

The stuff was very helpful and nice they give us a very good location cuz we had some disabled people so they put us in rooms close to everything the food was great the water park was great the kids felt very independent and happy the stuff made the activities in the pool we're great everything was exceptional for us The kids asked to come back again next year (:

Hotel is amazing, you have everything from 5* all inclusive service on a good level of quality. The territory is huge and green, the beach is really big, so you can always find a place (also maybe because it was in October). Different bars and restaurants with really good quality of drinks and food. Expecially a la carte restaurants! Also we really appreciated the adult zone for the beach. For SPA it was not always the case.

Wi-Fi is really a problem, only good connection near reception which is really inconvenient. Sometime the waiters in the restaurant just ignoring you when you want to order drinks. When you go to do it by yourself, they are super angry at you. Once we even complained by the manager.

The staff were really friendly, the facilities are nice for families. The food was good with so many options (try to book the restaurants prior to your arrival or eat in the main restaurant which is good also).

The rooms need to be upgraded, it felt like I’m in the 90s. 1st room we took it smelled like humidity so we upgraded to connected rooms. The rooms need a major upgrade to be 5 stars room. Also, lots of Ants were around the swimming pools (next to xanadu bar) and the sounds of insects on the trees were annoying. I know that thats nature but they are really loud.
