The location is great, next door has Sec Doner for late night good, and a coffee shop for morning breakfast. Across the road there is a huge carrefour to buy daily needs etc.

Bathroom on the master bedroom a bit small, overall room is clean, only the size on a smaller side compare to normal apartments

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Residence Bursa. The staff were all kind and exceptional. This is especially the case with both Burak and Yusuf who were willing to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. They also did not hesitate to answer all of my questions about the city and places to see as well. This is definitely where I'll be returning back, the next time I visit Bursa.

Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. The hospitality was amazing. We arrived early and they checked us in right away and even gave us an upgrade without any extra fees.

everyone who travels would know that upon arrival at your reserved hotel, one would expect friendly staff and assistance with baggage etc. I had a hassle-free experience with absolutely polite and friendly staff, and this means a lot to me.

It was exceptional. Staff is amazing. Mr. Burraq is gem, you feel like you are at home with your family. Burraq suggested nice places to visit and suggested some wonderfull restaurants nearby. Property is neat and clean with free parking in basement. We had booked 1 bedroom hall and we were upgraded to 2 bedroom hall huge apartment. With fully equiped kitchen. There is big supermarket next to hotel. There is big mall right accross the hotel. There is a huge park at 3 minutes drive from property.
