The room was big and the big window was facing the road more lively feeling . reception was great too the lady in the reception was always smiling and willing to help.

The night we arrived, there was a function taking place on the upper floor. The noise was so loud it felt as if we were part of the event ourselves, making it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, the function ended at 11:48 PM.

My family loved this hotel. Coming from a smaller hotel in Istanbul, this hotel was very spacious. Our room was big and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and checked to make sure our stay was good. The parking was easy and secure. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the included breakfast. I loved the huge window in the room. We were happy with everything.

Luxurious hotel with spacious rooms, well located in Bursa city center, great customer orientation and service level - special thanks to Ms. Elham Hotel's Guest Relation Manager, good choice for families. Breakfast was acceptable level and can be imrpoved further, rates are slightly overpriced...

good location , near where was I needed . there is mall 2 minute from the hotel. good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staff.

It's an excellent hotel in terms of location, very easy to reach the city center and places to visit. The rooms are large and spacious and hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a great stay. Thanks for everything.
