The hotel is very nice and I had stayed there before. There have been some changes, now the pool and the gym are no longer available in the hotel but one needs to go to the adjacent (and connected) hotel. No problem with that, obviously.

There was something I couldn't understand at a managerial level: having to stay for three months, I wrote previously to the manager to ask for a 'long stay' rate and, to my surprise, I noticed that it was 15% higher than the rates on Booking.com. Therefore, I only booked for three weeks so that I could speak directly with the manager and see if I could get a better price for the remaining nine weeks. Another surprise: when I inquired, the manager let me know through the front desk that the prices would soon increase and therefore, he could offer me only a minimal discount. In fact, I was hoping he would at least remove the 15% that Booking.com takes, but that didn't happen. It's a pity, the idea of staying for three months was tempting, but I left after three weeks.

Location is great. very quiet that you can enjoy relaxing in room

Everything was good unless they can’t control the smokers in non smoking rooms. Last night in hotel i was supposed to get some rest for my long road journey to the airport but i couldn’t get rest at all because of the smoking guy in the next room. I informed the room service at the hotel but did nothing since they can’t smell it at the floor outside the room and became much worse in the morning that felt burning sensation in my nose and throat. I complaint to the booking.com but unfortunately the hotel didn’t take it as serious problem they just apologized. Well there apologize won’t save my health.

No word can express how happy we were at aloft hotel. Excellent hotel,beautiful decoration with lot of amenities like billiards fitness center sauna and an indoor and outdoor pool. The fitness center and the indoor pool can be access through sheraton hotel. Beautiful view, a very professional team,very clean hotel , very comfortable, delicious breakfast. Thank you omer for this great reception and helping us with everything we need. The hotel is very near to the marka mall about 500m far, and good for the people who want to make a relax vacation.

We didn t like the cold water in the indoor pool. We preferred to be a little bit warm.

Comfy bed; nice room; nice breakfast; nice Gym included and the pools; nice service from the staff, always available and friendly; liked the service for always leaving you water bootles, when not able to enter then they left them outside the room; nice privacy; nice view; nice bathroom.

Not my first time staying in aloft hotels, but first time in this branch. Everything was beyond perfect. The room was spotless, the staff were nice and friendly, the check-in check-out process was quick and easy.

The only thing is that they have limited parking areas in front of the hotel, and they share underground parking lots with the next hotel.

The hotel is characterized by super cleanliness, respectable staff, ready to serve customers around the clock, in addition to its proximity to Parkora, where it gathers everything that the tourist desires from restaurants and cafes. And do not forget that the hotel belongs to the management of the sheraton, and this in itself is a privilege. In my opinion, the hotel deserves to be classified with 4 stars, not just 3.

The lack of services next to the hotel, such as groceries and supermarkets. It might be around, but I didn't notice it.

Nice location close to a great park. Ideal for morning stroll. Hotel employees are super friendly and always there to help. Housekeeping was super. Every morning the room was made super again and used supplies that might have been used restocked.

Amazing hotel. Has its own parking, a very comfortable room, and a comfortable bed. The hotel provided absolutely everything! We wrote that we are traveling with a dog. Of course, we were charged a lot for the dog, but when we went up to the room, there was already a bed for the dog, bowls, and a separate bottle of water. This is very nice. Everything was perfect, thanks for the great service!

It's probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. -Probably the best thing about this hotel is the (very friendly/professional/helpful) personnel. Just WOW -Room is very comfortable/clean and I was very satisfied that it was quiet and was able to rest

It is next to a big shopping wall, which is maybe nice for some, but I would have preferred a more historic area with more local shops (Nilufer/Bursa seems to be an upper-middle-class area). That said, across the street, and some 10mins walk distance, there are actually some good local restaurants.

This is the baby of Sheraton. Incredibly comfortable rooms. You can use Sheraton’s swimming pool and facilities. The location is amazing if you have a car. if you don’t there is cafes and shopping centre nearby. highly recommended. The reception were good. The room is super clean and comfy

They don’t provide Bellboy to carry your luggage. However, when I arrived late the staff kindly helped me. On check out no one helped me but is is expected as it is cheaper than Sheraton.
