Very clean and modern hotel in Erzurum. We stayed in 7 different Turkish cities and hotels and I would rate this as one of, if not the, best! Best breakfast for sure!

The only downside was lack of A/C cooling in the room so it was hot as we were there in late August. I asked the staff why the a/c wasn’t working and they said there is no a/c. Well there are wall controls for a/c and I thought they advertised they had it. This won’t be an issue outside of the summer season of course. Still, a very nice place to stay (in cool seasons).

Located close to center, many cafes around, nice breakfast

Hotel car parking may be quite crowded at times (same as streets in this district), but finally it all went fine with no problems - could find a place in the evening and could depart in the morning

breakfast was very delicious. many choice and local taste. Pastries freshly baked and so yummy. Staff is very kind and friendly . Great location , walking distance to all the attractions, city canter and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a very central location and is of a good quality and very good value. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent - lots of options, and of a high quality

Well located, modern, with confortable and clean rooms

Room decorated with big mosaic mirror, unfortunately already broken at many places which always gives an impression of some degradation. I don't get it why hotels ibstall such odd features in the rooms as it's obvious they will degrade with time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room, including the bathroom, was a good size. The decor and room trimmings were tasteful too. There was a decent variety of local foods for breakfast, which I enjoyed as I love eating local cuisine. The hotel location was quite convenient to the main road and attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

The internet did not work well at all.

The hotel is near the major tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was well-spread and delicious. The rooms are comfortable. The receptionist were kind enough to recommend good restaurant and point of interest in Erzurum.

The lift is so compact and sometimes it does not work.

Free parking was in my reservation, but hotel doesn’t have any parking and finding parking slots is difficult in day time

The receptionist and the other staff showed excellent hospitality towards guests. The room is so clean and brand new. It made our stay a bliss.

Improve on breakfast

I can't even believe how nice this place is for the price I paid. Modern, luxurious hotel room and bathroom. Very comfortable, with a desk and fridge, and within a 2-minute walk to the main road. It was quiet at night despite being near the hustle-and-bustle. Lady at the desk at check-in was nice. Highly recommend - I wish I could have stayed longer!
