Wonderful location with lovely views. The hotel is modern and very nicely designed/decorated. The breakfast was a typical turkish breakfast with plenty of options. We ate from the restaurant and it was plentiful. Something for everyone can be found. The internet was terribly slow/non existent (but we were there for only 1 night and thankfully had cellular data which worked fine)

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We knew this going into it and we took time deciding if we should give it a go or not. Many people said it was manageable. We found it uncomfortable and our room window would only open a crack without allowing in any natural breeze. It was rather uncomfortable. We travelled mid August...

The hotel is modern and new plus the location being outside of the city allows for stunning views of the mountains. The facilities are top notch and the staff was very considerate and helpful. The a la carte dinner was very good but the morning buffet was even better. I can only imagine how beautiful the environs of this hotel must be in the snowy winter months. For guests arriving by bus it is only a 200 lira taxi to ERZURUM HOTEL and less than 100 lira to the train station.

I understand that there is no air conditioning because the city experiences 6-8 months of Winter but even with the window open there is not enough air movement to sleep peacefully. For those senior travellers , the bed is a bit low .....easy to fall into but hard to get out of.

Nice and spacious room with many amenities. Large shower and exceptional bed. Great breakfast: lot of alternatives, sweet and salty. Parking is in front of the hotel but a bit small. Definitely my choice when in Erzurum

Parking is a bit small and considering it is a mountain resort it would be nice to have undergound parking (just an opinion/suggestion). Position is quiet but good only if you come by car, since there is nothing at a walking distance and I suppose public transport don't reach the hotel quite often. This time we were on 1st floor and in the corridor there was some smell of food. Soundproof is good but not exceptional (of course this mostly depend on your neighbors). Lighting of the room could be better

Beautiful and clean hotel near the mountain in a quiet area yet very close to the center by car or motorcycle. The room was fantastic, very spacious, and nice minimal decoration. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb with good variety of dishes. A coffee machine offering different types of coffee was really appreciated.

The only downside is that the curtains don't fully shut the light out, so this can wake you up pretty early.

The room was really spacious as well as the bathroom. Although it was beginning of May, the outside temperature was quite low, but the floor heating worked well in the room, and it was pleasantly warm. The breakfast was very good.

The whole facility is a bit to dark inside. Dark color of the walls, small windows and dimmed lights do not provide enough light inside. The location is not convenient unless you have your own car.

Good breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff is very attentive and helpful in all manners. They have a service to the ski lifts and always available.

Heating was not enough in the room. They said there was a problem with the central heating system and brought us a extra portable heater. There was a lack of hot water when everybody comes back from skiing and started to use showers at the same time.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. We arrived at 3am, and the staff was there to welcome us even at that hour and did everything possible for us to give a room fast so we could all get some sleep. We really appreciated that. There was a buffet breakfast that went on until 11am which we also appreciated given our late evening. Highly recommend!!

Not much to fault really.

Location is nice and the shuttle is quick to take you up to the mountain. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was also tasty with lots of options.

None of the staff spoke english, but they tried to be as accommodating through google translate, however there were some misunderstandings, like charging me again for the room even though I had paid through booking.

Breakfast is varied and delicious. A warm welcome and farewell with a smile. In the future, my friends and I will choose only your hotel when staying in Erzurum.
