A five star property with Green Globe’s flaged. Excellent property with warm hospitality. A huge lobby and brilliant decoration. The lobby is also decorated with artwork. Very good location. Hotel back yard has forest. It means pure oxygen! Large size rooms wtih zero plastic items. Unworn out room metariels. Excellent Spa venue, huge and well-designed. Very clean rooms and hotel area. Wide breakfast and rich buffet. Not cheap product selection. Restaurant has good menu and warm waitress who met me. Just a few things are make me surprise to see, one of very poor minibar and filtered water tea at the lobby bar! Tea test was terrible. Beside that, has no free vip when you book a room from Booking.com such a welcome cookies etc..I hope, F&B Manager can review it. This hotel is very unique in nature and if you are looking for a relaxing few days away this is the place to be. Its all about taking care of yourself with the vast amount of options such as indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa that includes the thermal pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, steam room and the list goes on. It does not also stop here as taking care of yourself also includes good food and this hotel definitely hits the high bar for me. The breakfast spread is generous with many healthy and homemade options. The hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner 'People' serves high quality food with a fantastic view.

Not really a negative but it depends on preference. The third time I stayed in this hotel the room was in the basement floor so it was darker and felt like it was in a basement.

One observation. We were noticeably overlooked/ignored at dinner both days. They were not particularly busy, (last time we came was summer and it was heaving), and this was not like the last few times we visited. First night, we let it slide, second night, it became a pattern. Disappointing and surprising was the case. I did mention it at checkout, as constructive feedback, it seemed to fall on deaf ears.

The calm and clean vibe of the hotel is ver nice. The prices are normal-ish for room service and the restaurant. The restaurant for dinner gets very busy buy the portions are large and enjoyable. The breakfast is very good.

The room service options are good however the service itself can be better. A small thing but the coffee in room service and the lobby bar should certainly be improved.

The hotel the staff are so friendly and feel like home, most of the speak english. Every thing is nice and perfect except the kids club was old, not clean, and most to the toys are damage, i wish to make for the kids more space. We try The People restaurant the food, view and the staff was more than perfect.

The hotel overall boasts commendable standards and offers a great experience. However, my encounter with the shower was less than satisfactory. Its dated appearance aside, the water temperature fluctuated unpredictably between hot, warm, and cold. Given the hotel's otherwise impeccable standard, this inconsistency was unexpected and disappointing.

Only one thing we didn`t like: We always try to be punctual with our check-out times. We decided to have a quick sauna time right before. When we move up to our room at 11.45am; we were locked-out with our bathrobes in front of the room. Luckily, housekeeping was around and informed us that there is a phone on the elevator lobby for calling reception. They took immediate action, and brought us a new access card. During check-out receptionist told us system automatically cancels access cards. They should set the system clock...

The hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever seen. The interior designs are on top. It has everything you need, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. It's situated on a hill, so if you're a traveller without a car maybe it's better to take a taxi. I went there by foot. It's feasible but a bit tiring.

Absolute perfection, you can go, sleep, eat, enjoy the spa, everything was outstanding in quality and taste. We only dream to go back.

Just book massages in advance, they were fully booked when we stayed, but that’s a minor minor detail.
