The hotel was a perfect spot to stay in Eskisehir which is connected to almost the whole of the city through its nearby Guztepe Estram station. It didn't have a pool, however it had a free Turkish bath facility (of course you have to scrub it yourself) else pay and enjoy. Breakfast is fabulous and so is the staff serving. Free cycle rental was my favourite of all that allowed me to paddle around. I stayed for 6 nights and every day found different varieties of few dishes apart from regular ones.

It did not have a two room suit and pool or a public jacuzzi like most in UAE or even turkey with 5*

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and they serve an excellent breakfast (you need to select when you book expressly the room with breakfast included option). It is an excellent hotel of choice to transit on your way to Antalya, if you want good food and very confortable beds. It is situated in a quiet area of Eskisehir city. Another plus is the spacious private parking lot of the hotel.

Dining/breakfast area was large with a separate section for smokers. Open buffet selections were good but could be improved (freshly squuezed orange juice?)

Rooms are spacious, large tv screen + plenty channels. The double bed was a tad shorter than it should be. I was facing the street with traffic noise, bud wasn't unbearable. However, my friends' room faced the railroad and they complained of passing freight train noise. Can't be helped, it is a primarily business hotel. One criticism I have to make is the shower basin which is dangerously slippery when wet. I suggested them to lay a rugged silicone rubber mat but they said hygiene would be a problem. The matter is important and needs attention

Breakfast is good The location 10 minutes far from the city center, but it is close to the main park.

They mention there is jacuzzi in the wellness area there is not. breakfast need to be improved. the coffee is very bad.

Really spacious room that is neat and clean. Good facilities and fully equipped room. Location is very good with ample parking space. Good value for money.

Reached hotel at around 8 30 PM after a tiring drive from Istanbul and there was no one to assist with bags. When asked for help, the person at reception said no one was available for helping and did not offer any help from himself either. No help was offered at check out time too. Expected better as the hotel was really good otherwise.

My room was located on 5th floor and air conditioner looks not so powerful as needed. Temperature in the room reduced very slowly during 5-6 hours.

Kind and helpful staff, wide variety of high quality dishes for breakfast and dinner, clean rooms. Hotel's cat Badem (Almond in English) is such an amazing boy. So friendly and comes to your lap if you ask for. :)

Pillows are a bit soft for us. That's the only negative thing i can think of.

Nice and comfortable hotel. We did not get the exact rooms we ordered but as soon as we contacted the reception they arrange new rooms which met our original reservation. room service from the hotel restaurant was excellent.

some lights issues in the corridor (too dark) and the card key installment at the room entrance was broken in two of our rooms. other than this, no problems

Good room, quiet location, good restaurant and breakfast, easy parking.

The only minor thing was that there was no fresh orange juice at breakfast (a common feature of the Turkish hotels we have stayed in) - very odd when the markets and roadside stalls have heaps of oranges.
