The hotel is located on the top of a hill, where the view over the valley is superb. The rooms are not identical, as the hotel is carved into the stone of the hill, following its diverse shapes. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and had a great time. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and we did enjoy the jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good, reflecting well the healthy Mediterranean diet. Moreover, the location of the breakfast restaurant is great, on the top of the hill. The staff was very helpful and carrying. We arrived late at night for check-in and everything was smooth and easy. Also, they woke up in the middle of the night to assist with the early pick-up for the hot-air balloon ride. The air conditioning and the wi-fi worked fine and the parking space was available and free.

The hotel is located in Cavusin, a suburb of Goreme, at a few minutes by car from the center. The parking space is on top of a steep hill, at the end of a narrow, curvy road, difficult to reach for a car that is not equipped for 4-wheel drive. The lights provide a nice atmosphere in the two rooms but a bit more light in the bathroom could be useful.

This hotel is at a perfect location and has 360 degrees view of the hot air balloons. It is very clean, has super helpful and friendly staff, great value. Nice breakfast with many options. I highly recommend it and I would like to stay here again next time.

The ramp you need to drive on to get to the parking area is a challenge especially if you don't have 4-wheel drive vehicle. It has a narrow connection and is very steep. However, hotel staff can help you if you need it. Otherwise, everything was great.

This is the BEST hotel for anyone doing Balloon tours!! The view is absolutely exceptional. It is up upon a beautiful hill where you can see the whole land. You also have a tremendous view of all the balloons flying every morning. I am staying at a 5 star hotel in Istanbul and it is NOTHING compared to the Azure Cave Suites. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was extravagant. The breakfast was the best we have had since arriving in Turkey with a marvelous view. If I ever come back to Goreme I will stay only at Azure Cave Suites hotel in Cappadocia. The best for sure!!!

This was the second time I have stayed at Azure Cave suites. I loved the King room with balcony with the incredible view of Cavusin. The room itself has a deep cave living room with fireplace, tea service and mini fridge and a huge clean bathroom with spa tub and full walk in rain shower. Towels are fresh and bedding smells good. This hotel is up a very steep hill but if you can do the walking and the stairs it is well worth it. Balloons take off from the valley to the right of the hotel so walk through the vineyard at 5am and watch them inflate and rise. It’s spectacular. Breakfast is wonderful and the owner has a great sense of planning and maintaining the historic aesthetic and integrity of the property. Seyma was wonderful at helping me to get room service from local restaurants and taxis into town. Wifi is fine in the upper bedroom which has a large stone bed and two windows with a beautiful breeze and sunlight. A cave room with both air and cool in summer and warmth on the winter is a find. I love Azure Cave Suites and I’ll be back. They were very understanding and patient when covid canceled plans twice in 2020 and 2021, so I was grateful to be able to return this year. Cavusin is the best kept secret of busy Cappadocia.

If you sleep in a cave room know that you are going to have some little pebble and cave dust in your bed. Just keep the covers close or perfect the net throwing action with the quilt the scatter then before getting in. I think it’s funny but I could see where someone may complain because people can complain about anything! You’re in a cave! Enjoy the earth!

The location of the place is amazing. It is situated on top of that area, so the views are amazing. Excellent staffs, everyone is very friendly, especially Seyma, she is brilliant in her job. She is very friendly and always helpful. The breakfasts are really good, lots of items. Terrace view is spectacular. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both of them were amazing, clean, spacious with inbuilt hot tub in the washrooms. This is a very great value for money. If I ever come back to Cappadocia, I will choose Azure Cave Suites for sure!

An amazing hotel in a great location in the Cavusin hillside, a minute walk to watch the balloons over the valley and only 10 minutes drive to Goreme. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - special thanks to Seyma and Mehmet. They helped us review different activity options and book our chosen ones, as well as identified additional places to visit and restaurants once we had arrived. The breakfast provided is a lovely traditional mezze eaten overlooking Cavusin. Our cave room was exactly what we were looking for.

Only thing for us was the mattress was a bit stiff, although we got an extra duvet to lie on which helped. Not a dislike but a side note for anyone with a car, the hill up to the hotel parking is very steep and a challenge in bad weather - we stopped in front of the hotel and Mehmet parked for us, he was really helpful. For anyone without a car, most sites are not in walking distance (other than Red Valley) so taxis or arranged tours will be needed.

The Hotel suite is located at a fantastic view point in Cavusin village which is I believe the best place to stay in Cappadocia. You can see the balloons from your room as well as the hotel's terrace. It's on a small hill top so if you drive a car, brace yourselves for a steep climb. Rooms give a vibe of authentic cave and sufficiently spacious, especially bathrooms. Breakfast is too good with all Turkish delights and can get few dishes if requested separately.

Exceptional service and hospitality I experienced during our recent stay. The staff members were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude. Moreover, the cleanliness and coziness of the room greatly enhanced my comfort. Additionally, the food was great and the effort to provide my daughter a special birthday was significant to make our holiday so special.

Great location on top of the hill with unrivalled views over the Rose Valley, Cavusin Castle and excellent to watch the balloons rising in the morning. Also very convenient to hike the Rose/Red Valleys. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond with help and advice. The breakfast experience is sensational: the room where it is served has great views, lovely music in the background, food is outstanding and served with a big smile which makes a difference!

Access to parking is challenging and there are limited spaces, however, the staff will help by moving cars if needed.

The staff is very helpful, polite and provides all necessary assistance. Rooms are beautifully done, spacious, equipped with hot water kettle.

We found small pieces of cement/plaster on floor and bed falling off from ceiling. But the bigger disappointment was from jacuzzi. After filling the tub and mixing bubble soap solution, lot of dirt came out from nozzles. Could not inform staff as we left early morning the very next day.
