The hotel was positioned high up on the street, which meant we had the privilege of waking up to such amazing views. Ceren, the receptionist was also so helpful! She helped organise our itinerary for the 2 day stay, organised a rental car and ATV trip. Honestly, she made us feel so welcome.

Great view of balloons taking off, true cave like experience, accommodating, nice breakfast, clean, friendly staff.

This is a true cave hotel. The time we were there it was very hot and the hotel does not have air conditioning. They gave us a fan upon request which made it bearable. I originally reduced points for this but realize that hot and cold are based on each individual. Also the owner has stated they will address this.

The view from the hotel is fantastic. Balloons are passing through the hotel; you can even chat with the passengers in the balloons :) The breakfast is delicious, and while eating the breakfast, you can enjoy the view from the breakfast saloon. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They try to help a lot and tell you places you must see. The room and bathroom are clean. Also, the room is warm despite the low temperature throughout the night. I will definitely stay at Fairyland Cave if I visit Cappadocia again.

Everything was beyond my expectations. There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

First of all the view is amazing. Hotel is on the top of Çavuşin, where is located at the point of departure of the balloons. Hotel has mystic cave rooms, the rooms are very clean and they are cleaning every day. Breakfast is also great, everyday has different kind of foods and they are delicious. Also hotel is in the middle of the area, so you can wander everywhere easily.

the views and the architecture of the place were absolutely amazing. if you wake up before sunrise, you’ll see exceptional views of the hot air balloons. you can also take amazing photographs a few minutes from the hotel of the balloons and the beautiful landscape of cappadocia. the staff at the place had the most amazing hospitality and customer service. they were an absolute delight! free breakfast is also provided with your stay which is also great. Mehmet, the owner of the property, provided many options for things to do during our stay. he helped book our hot air balloon ride, and our atv ride and provided many other options. he also provided many food options which were extremely useful. they provided support for us to book our shuttles to and from the airport which was great! would definitely visit again!

Amazing Hotel, the owner Is Mahmat Is incredibly friendly AND very helpful. He Made us great and honest recommendations and even Let me owe him money for a tour I did not have cash to pay until I could go to the ATM. Great fresh breakfast with lots of óptimos. Stated un a beautiful Cave suite with hot tub. This a very romántica AND peaceful place, do not pass this one up!

Nothing not to like, everything was spot on!

- The Staff were friendly - Breakfast was delicious, and the variety of it was good - The room was clean, the staff cleaned the room, and the bathroom items (towels, soaps and shampoos etc.) were renewed every day. - the location of the hotel was excellent. We watched the balloons from the hotel balcony.

Nothing to mention

The panoramic view at this point from the hotel is so amazing, that you will probably only find similar one in a hotels which exceeds 150-180€/night.So for this value it’s really worth the hype to take this hotel.Very clear view in a morning of hot air baloons

Jacuzzi is nice but quite small for 2 person.Also a breakfast time is limited for 1 hour from 9am to 10am.But those are small things if comparing price and quality measure

The owner, Mehmet, his daughter and Salih were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had something new everyday. The location was amazing for viewing the hot air balloons. The place itself was serene.

The bathroom in the one room needs some maintenance.
