I liked it from the beginning to the end of stay. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, clean room and nice design. View from balcony was spectacular, specially with good weather when sunset is so rich in color. Location was good, away from the crowd and noise of city center. Right next to the marine with good place to walk. Big thank to the lady at the reception that helped us rearranged our stay, she was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice and clean hotel with nice design in a great location next to the Kalamis Marina.

Reception staff not very friendly and helpful. I am a repeated client and had to come back home earlier but they said no possibility of cancelling only one night of few. For me it was strange because world wide staff does a lot of kindly things for clients especially that come few times a year.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and of a very high standard (even for EU standards): super clean, artsy and comfortable. BEDS ARE AMAZING, I suffer from back pain so I need a firm but comfy mattress and theirs was perfect!! The bathroom design is also outstanding. The location is great because is quiet and residential, we had a wedding at the Dalyan Club and that’s why we chose it.

The staff is super nice but not all of them speak English, but they did everything to help us.

The hotel is very hip and the hot water and wi-fi are great. The staff is really knowledgable and I think it meets value for money spent.

They had a problem with the electricity. Everytime I turned on the Air conditioner, the whole floor I was on would lose electricity. They had to come and try to fix it but it was never fixed so that I could use AC. I just left the AC off so I could have electricity. I know hotels can have issues and its a shame because this hotel is very nice otherwise, but to have your electricity go out all night and throughout the day and then have to settle for the AC being off or having electricity, I chose AC off to have electricity. And when I asked for a discount or something off towards my stay due to this massive problem, I was told no. This I thought should have been handled better and I should have received a discount of some sort for this issue.

I was impressed by the excellent housekeeping service. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Additionally, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend <3

The whole hotel is a big gallery for contemporary artists. Even the meeting rooms are designed artful and with style. Rooms are also very stylish and very comfortable. You can see that it was invested heavily in this hotel.

Breakfast options are average, could be improved

Love this hotel! This is the second time I stayed there with my husband and we will probably stay there every time we go to the asian side of Istanbul. The Turkish breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also like the decor - they feature a lot of interesting modern art pieces.

Restaurant is a bit over priced. Tv cannot watch YouTube just Turkish cable TV.

Spectacular location and boutique feel. Steps away from shopping, restaurants. Helpful staff. Nice amenities, bar and restaurant on ground floor.

Water from faucets and toilet was yellow. We asked and were told it’s the city water system so it’s not something they can control.

Kind staff, super clean. Hotel is made with expensive materials and furniture. There’s a gallery downstairs with various expositions. restaurant is great with quality menu, not very cheap but acceptable, you can dine for around 15-20 euros. The area where hotel is located is another jewel, super quiet and relaxed district. There are parks and promenade along the sea, many cafes and restaurants. Having in mind it’s not super close to historic center, you can still reach it in around 30 minutes with Marmaray rail or by ferry from Kadikoy. Location is great to explore Asian part, you can easily go to Prince Islands and dive deep in their history and culture.
