The staff were so nice they spoke both English and Russian. Breakfast were great, too. There is a beautiful park in front if the hotel. And there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The food was tasty everywhere we were.

The door to the bathroom had a problem with the knob.

I was moved to the a11 executive since there was an over booking at the hotel. It is in a very central place (on Bağdat road) near stores, coffee places, shops restaurans and markets. The bed and room were very comfortable. the staff was very helpful and they even helped with a late checkout and booking a Taxi. I would highly recommend it.

People on reception are very friendly. They allow me to make 5 hours early check-in without additional fee.

I visit A11 hotel for treatment in an ophthalmology clinic.It was close to the clinic and perfect for the purpose of my trip.Everything was very nice.

Great location close to the Goztepe park and Caddebostan beach, and very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very basic, but everything is fresh (would be great if they had some orange juice, natural coffee and some fruits). Great option for 2-3 nights. The hotel needs some minor renovation, but in general the rooms are quiet and nice.

The air conditioner was noisy sometimes, and it seems like sometimes it did not work well. Pillows were hard and big, but the bed was comfortable. The small fridge worked, but wasn't cold enough.

Great hotel and a great location!

I staid here before, but than I staid at the location which pictures are shown. That was definitely a better room than this one. This was certainly not bad, but smaller and it could use a bit of maintenance.

Staff members were good, location is excellent, bed was fine, I like the bathroom immensities, breakfast was just fine.

Room is very small, it is very dark because of the wall paper color was almost black. Moor over the noise from the airconditioner and other rooms airconditioners was too much

When you leave the room the electricity cuts off automatically so does the fridge of the minibar also, by this the drinks are never cold.

No internet
