Firstly, the location of the hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Istanbul. The hotel is walking distance from some of the best restaurants and the high street which has great restaurants/cafes and shopping stores. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and the sea-view room is incredible. Sending my love to the cleaners who were so polite and helpful, the ladies at reception who assisted me with any queries and overall all the staff within the hotel who were professional and kind.

My only issue with the hotel was the limited options on the menu which didn’t cater much for vegetarians/vegans however this wasn’t a big problem as I ate out most days. Another issue I had (which isn’t directly a hotel related issue) was the construction work outside the hotel which caused a lot of noise, pollution and limited access in/out the hotel for those with cars or using taxis.

I have stayed in hotel for two weeks, deluxe sea view room. It is a good bargain. First of all - the location is perfect, especially if you are staying for long and it is not your first time in Istanbul. You will be quite far from noisy touristic atmosphere, and the same time you will feel like you are in the heart of the city. It is 7 minutes walk to Maramary metro line, which takes you directly to old part of city. 15 minutes walk to Bostanci ferry station, which takes you to Islands, 5 minutes walk to biggest shopping street - Baghdad avenue. And 15 minutes walk to Caddebostan beach, where you can enjoy swimming in Marmary sea. Rooms are big, much bigger than in other districts of Istanbul. Breakfast was quite balanced and diversed as well. The staff was always available and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I returned again due to having a great experience previously. The location of the hotel is perfect for me, within walking distance to some of my favourite restaurants/bars, has one of my favourite walking/jogging paths along the sea, and for those who love shopping it’s literally steps away from the strip of stores. Another reason I returned back is due to the excellent hospitality from the staff. A massive thank you to the young lady who done my check-in when I arrived at the hotel, I appreciate you considering and assisting my requests. Thank you to all the staff that were accommodating.

I still believe the menu could be expanded and more options for people with intolerances and preferences. I find the menu limiting for vegetarians/vegans however this is not a problem that will restrict me from returning. Also, a refurbishment/redesign in the rooms could make a massive difference aesthetically.

The location is exceptional, the view from my room was breathtaking specially the sunset. The staff are very very kind, polite and helpful specially the reception staff and more specially Zeynep and Busra. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants are around the hotel. Literally 8 minutes walking distance to the Suadiye metro station. I really enjoyed my stay and the location specially if the weather is good and you can enjoy the sea side and outside.

The hotel needs a big renovation, I really don’t care about the furniture but you can feel that it needs a big renovation. Another thing that I would like to be better is the breakfast, for Turkish cousin we were expecting better breakfast. Don’t get me wrong it was OK, but it was really basic.

It was a really positive experience to stay at this hotel for me. The reasons are following: -The staff were incredibly helpful and each and every one of them was so lovely and cheerful, this is so important for me. -The location is great if you want to be closer to lively atmosphere of Bagdat street and to the cafes restaurants and shops, they all are meters away -Thanks to the close proximity to the seaside, one can take nice walks whenever they want to. -They provide free parking so you don’t have to worry about your car -The breakfast buffet was so rich, great selection of food from fresh fruit to pastries to different omelettes. -The sleep quality was quite high because the neighborhood gets very quiet during the night time also I was able get some day time naps (I needed that bc of my jet lag) and the curtains were doing a good job to make the whole room dark enough.

The rooms can get a little bit modernized and renovated but this is nothing major.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul, and I had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, clean, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was truly impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including delicious hot foods, which was a great way to start the day. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was also a major highlight—it’s close to the sea and offers stunning views, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What really made this hotel stand out, though, was the incredible team. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I want to give a special shoutout to Zeynep and Büsra, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I had to change my room twice, and they handled it with patience and professionalism, doing everything they could to keep me close to my sister. It was truly a pleasure to see their smiling faces each morning before heading to breakfast—they set such a positive tone for the day. This hotel is a perfect blend of great facilities, excellent location, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely return in the future!

While my overall stay at the hotel was pleasant, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The property is in need of some renovation to enhance the guest experience. The TVs in the rooms are outdated and only offer local channels, which might not meet the expectations of international travelers. Additionally, the doors have large gaps underneath, allowing hallway noise to carry into the rooms, which can be quite disruptive, especially at night. Addressing these issues—upgrading the facilities, modernizing the TVs, and improving soundproofing—would significantly enhance the comfort and overall experience for guests.

Zeynep was amazing, checkin was done amazingly and she couldn’t do enough to help us. In fact all of the staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, they even opened the restaurant for 4 of us late at night for us to have a drink. Above and beyond service from them all. I have stayed in 5* hotels in Turkey costing more than €10,000 and I have not received a fraction of the amazing customer service we recieved from these guys at hotel suadiye. Simply amazing, see you again soon!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room was clean and the staff were very supportive. Although I did not add breakfast when booking, they added it for free. Also, they organized an airport taxi for me free of charge. The hotel is located near the sea where you can have a nice walk. If you are mainly looking to stay at the Asian side, then this hotel could be the perfect option.

If you are looking to visit the European side mainly, then the hotel is quite far. Also, there is no gym at the hotel. You can use a gym next door but not for free.

The is located in very lively district, with plenty of cafe and restaurants and within 5 min walk to Bagdad street, which offers any kind of shopping experience. And is facing the seaside with kilometres long promenade, offering a beautiful view especially from the roof of the hotel. Breakfast has a lot varieties, every day some fresh fruits, plenty of cheese, yogurts, the choice can satisfy any taste.

The furniture, carpets and bathroom have seen better times, needs some renovation, many spots on the carpet and soft furniture. Personal at the breakfast is not very friendly and not very helpful, no one speaks good English. One of the bell-boys tried to send us to the other restaurant instead of booking a table to the one we choose.

The staff!!! The team here are the most accommodating and genuine people ever. They love interacting with guests so if you do decide to stay here make sure you communicate with them! You will be surprised at what they can offer for your stay to be as comfortable as possible. My husband is quite a big fella and we were offered an upgrade with our room for more space. So so nice best hotel and staff ever!!
