- very good location - pretty big apartmant - clean - have everyting you need...

- too noisy - the walls are too thin and you hear everything from another apartment...water, talking, shower etc..

It was an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good. First impression was “wow, that’s incredible”. If you take a closer look you will see that some areas need a little bit of renovation, but overall for the money we paid it has exceeded our expectations. Plenty of storage space.

Super location, extremely nice place very spacious, very clean , everything is 10/10 Location is in the kadikoy neighborhood a very artistic place From the location you can move to any part of the city using the public transportation which is super easy to use. The suite is right next to the ferry station (we used the ferry alot ,super cheap and such a great experience) You can find alot of small shops and coffe shops around Next to the kadikoy you have moda neighborhood super nice place to visit , alot of shops,bars,restaurant at very affordable prices ( nothing like the center of the european side , way cheaper here) Very close to the location of the suites you can find alot of bars with beers and nice night life with affordable prices on beers,wine,food About the room itself , i stayed on the superior room (90mp) extremly spacious with alot of natural light , beautifull and minimalist design , did not have any problems with hot water and heating + nice views. The staff was outstanding nice and well mannerd , they allow us to stash luggage multiple hours after check out and offered tea all the time . Overall this place is top 10/10 a must to visit you will not regret anything way better then hotels or airbnbs (there is staff there 24/7 )

I lost count how many times I stayed here now This is my place to go when I am coming to Istanbul for week or long weekend . It’s local and well situated in the heart of Kadikoy . Local and walking distance to all amenities ( restaurant - metro - ferry - shopping ) This time I used the kitchen facilities to make breakfast - wonderful bakery just round the corner 2 min walk for fresh bread and egg from corner shop about 1 min walk from hotel . Over the years I took family and friends equally to discover this little gem . There is a local hamam separated for both gents and ladies about 2 min walk . All staff at the reception all the time I came there were different guy ( forgot their name my bad ) - all of them are very kind and helpful and respectful especially towards me as a solo female traveller . Please do not hesitate to ask them anything you need and nothing is too much for them . I just want to say a big thank you to you all . Tip - the property is walking distance to the coach terminal - I did put the Hava bus time table from Sabiha Gokchen Airport - dropped you directly to Kadikoy then about 5 mins walk to the apartment . Also on this stay I went to Bursa after - a taxi ride ( you can walk it but I had lots of suitcase ) to the IDO terminal about 5 mins walk taxi ride and probably 15-20’walk - you get the ferry directly to Bursa ( another beautiful city if you fancy and have time to explore ) I didn’t put many pictures of Akin suites place itself as I came here many times - look for my old reviews for pictures

Now having stayed in both one bed room and two bed room apartment . I preferred the two bed room apartment . Size it’s bigger and I find there are more crockery in kitchen and also availability of long mirrors . But if you travel solo like me sometimes don’t be put off - one bed room is more than enough for one person . My personal choice would be firmer pillows . One recommendation on this recent trip would be please look at the lights . I know they take cleanliness and maintenance well as the day we were leaving we saw some electrician fixing things around .

The staff at the reception was very professional. I could easily check in and when I left the apartment on my last day I could leave my bags to be taken care of, which I appreciate. In terms of location, this apartment has a huge advantage, because nearby by feet in about 5 minutes or less, you can find restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, the Kadiköy metro station, bus stations, and even the ship terminal to the European side. The apartment by itself gives you a feeling that you are living like the locals in a calm area with all the necessary equipment to cook at home and enjoy your stay. It would be great to stay here again once I revisit Istanbul!

Locally to all amenities Staff are very kind and helpful Place is clean They provide with you liquid wash for dishes and soap to wash your clothes too and disposable slippers too Bakery and a Hamam just 2 mins walk from place I stayed more than 6x at the place and it is one of my favourite place to stay when I do my yearly Istanbul visit Every time I bring families and friends to discover this little gem You can also contact them via what’s app - good communication Thank you to the staff who allowed me and my friends to check in very early and respond to all our enquiries - we truly appreciate it I felt very safe there all the time as a solo female traveller whether I am alone , with families or with female friends Tips for traveller - £3.73 ( price at Dec 2024) - Get yourself on a Havabus ( Coach ) from either Istanbul or Sabiha Gokchen - it’s cheap and very convenient and once you are at Kadikoy station it’s only like a 5 mins walk to the apartment .

I found the Aircon didn’t work during my stay even though it is winter sometimes I feel hot but the radiator had good settings on for cold nights It would be great to have firmer pillows

Stayed for 4 weeks. Everything was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and recently renovated. Both the washing machine and the dishwasher were new and very useful. Best of all was the location - it's a 5-minute walk to the Kadikoy-Karakoy-Eminonu ferry (Google Maps says 18 minutes, but it's wrong). There were hundreds of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk (great breakfast, lunch, and seafood restaurants within a 2-minute walk). And there were 5 grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Istanbul, for any price.

Everything was great. I had no complaints.

Really comfortable, good price and I liked the fact that there was 24h reception. It felt like we had the advantages of a hotel plus the advantages of having a whole apartment just for us. The location is great and everything worked well. The heating was really appreciated.

I can’t think of anything! Perhaps I would have liked some more plugs in the room and bedside tables, but it didn’t really matter

Affordable acommodation in Kadikoy, very specious... not the most beatiful part but close to farry. Staff was responsive and helpful... Check-in and check-out went smooth. Paid parking near the building, 12 euro per night. Washing and dish machine inside

First day there was no hot water in the apartment...Later staff reacts and solved the issue very quick but there were not able to response to our message the night before. A bit noisy in the morning with locals around...
