Clean and comfortable apartments with good breakfast on the terrace when you can seat during the day, drink tea or coffee and enjoy the Bosphorus view. The location is really convenient - you can easily reach any part of Istanbul by ferry or metro. Special thanks to all the staff - it felt like home there because everyone was so kind and ready to help me all the time. Especially when my flight has been cancelled and suddenly I had to stay in Istanbul for one more night. P.S. Best wishes to receptionist Kerem and kitchen crew, you are the best! :)

WiFi connection in my room wasn't stable from time to time.

A good option for a short stay in Istanbul if you are interested in the Kadikoy area and relative proximity to Sabiha Airport (1 hour by metro direct). The hotel is a classic 3 stars. Standard room size, there was a refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom and even disposable slippers. The staff is responsive and ready to help (they prepared me a sandwich, juice and water when I checked out early).

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, although everywhere it is stated that the rooms are non-smoking. But this is more the responsibility of the guests than the hotel.

Great hotel located in the ideal location for travelers. It is located 3mins from where airport buses leave you and also ~5mins from ferries that can take you to European side of Istanbul or Pricess Islands. Rooms were clean, they had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and stuff was always very helpful. Given the price, I highly recommend this place.

Hotel is placed in very busy street and doesn't have best sound isolation so you can hear a lot of street noise during night/morning hours. It didn't really bother us but its worth mentioning for people who are light sleepers.

Hotel was good. AC was working properly. Honestly breakfast was delicious and chief with waitresses was excelent, friendly and they prepare lovely foods. Room was normaly clean and if we wanted cleaned it they make it . Location at Kadikoy (near sea, bus, ferry and metro) also to good restaurants.

Small things like Leaking window and therefore increased noise from the street. It wasn't as terrible as it might seem from the text, but sometimes it woke us up for a moment. From photo looks bigger honestly. In reality was really tiny but for ours needs was very satisfying. We were there for oversleep. So in overall we were really satisfied and we can recommend it

I had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, very close to the ferry, metro, and all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. It’s the ideal spot if you want to explore both the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. They really made us feel welcome and were always available when I had questions. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed. One of the highlights for us was the private parking, which made it very convenient since we were traveling by car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul. I’ve already planned my next visit to this hotel. ❤️

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at Marist Hotel! The location is perfect—right in one of the best neighborhoods on the Asian side, surrounded by great restaurants and a lively local atmosphere. Staying here truly makes you feel like a local. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious variety of options and an amazing view from the terrace—such a great way to start the day! Another big plus was the convenience of leaving our bags after checkout, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Nothing to mention

Room is spacious, property near with pier for ferry, near grocery store, and lots of eating places, & it located in the quite street even in middle of city. Roof top breakfast can sea the Boshporus Straits. Breakfast is awesome, the front desk guy very helpfull.

This is only my main concern that the property should address seriously and urgently. The floor of the room very very dusty and it will stick on your foot and become black spot and the stain will stuck on the white cloth such as floor mat, bedsheet. I have to wipe the floor by myself using the floor mat, before we can stay. Please wipe or mop the floor before the guest enter the room. Its quite frustrating after you have a long flight, and get to know the floor is very dusty and you have to wipe your floor before can take a rest after long flight. Please take this matter seriously and I mean it.

Hotel is located in very good neighborhood of kadikoy and it is very close to nice restaurants/cafes and any public transport (including kadikoy ferry). They have delicious breakfast on a nice terrace. Unlimited coffee and tea all day long. Very clean rooms. Hotel has attentive, caring awesome staff especially Mr. Bulent. We will come back here❤️

Weak soundproofing

The bus station, ferry pier, shopping and restaurants area are all within walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Though they don't speak much English, they did their utmost best to make you feel at home. It truly felt like they genuinely cared about ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it wasn't overly spacious, we didn't feel cramped or inconvenienced during our time there. Water, tea and coffee are available throughout the day in the breakfast hall. The WIFI service was reliable.

The rooms aren't soundproof.
