The location was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the water was warm but after i've asked the staff, they raised the temperature, the room had air conditioning and we couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or outside

The air conditioner was a little broken, it made a very loud noise on full power, we had to keep it low (but it was ok, it kept the room cool), there was no separation from shower and the rest of the bathroom

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They were ready to help with whatever we needed. Cleaned it on regular basis and changed our sheets and towels. The location is wonderful. It's close to many wonderful food joints. The bosphorus is just couple of min of walking distance. Moda is also very close to the hotel.

Nothing in particular. It's a good budget hotel. You get what you pay for.

The staff was amazing and the room was clean and cozy. I especially would like to thank the man behind the desk, Hakan as he was the most accommodating. He was kind enough to spare some of his time talking to me when I was bored. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do sightseeing so the conversation was super entertaining. Thank you!

The beds weren’t very comfortable, the mattress was dented in a way and you would fall in which wasn’t great for the back. If it was more firm then everything would be perfect

Clean and cozy No breakfast but there are plenty of options further up on the street.

It is getting cold in Istanbul so it would have been great if the central heating was on and if there was more bed linen.

it’s a nice little hotel, the staff is really nice and let me check in much earlier. The room was nice and clean. Location is great, very central and short walk to anywhere. Great value for the price

it’s a bit noisy on the Main Street so if you are a light sleeper, don’t forget earplugs.

The staff was very friendly, checked us in early and kept our luggage after checkout. The facility is not very new, but they clean it daily and keep the rooms clean. The location was very convenient, close to the port, bus terminal, and cafes.

The temperature of the hot water in the shower was a little cold for me.

Excellent, everything within few steps, laundry shop, Cafe, supermarket, bakery n many restaurants.The staff is helpful, Mr. Ahmad and the guy at the reception let us early check in. Thanks alot, hope to visit this place again.

The light in room wasn't good much , but it's ok

Nice small hotel, you had to go up a flight of stairs for the lift, and in the room we had up another flight as lift did not cover all floors. Staff were very helpful.

Nowhere to put anything in bathroom, no shelves towel rails etc.

location is perfect. easy access to transportation and easy access to restaurants.
