We had a great experience in Cemri Suites. The staff are all very friendly, supportive, and trustworthy. We had stayed in Istanbul several times before, and on more than one occasion the hotels would scam us with some hidden fees, so we were worried before this visit. However, our experience at Cemri Suites was very positive. The staff helped us with our luggage, and they would offer us tea and coffee every time we passed by the lobby. They were also very generous with replenishing our room with water bottles; they gave us an entire package of small water bottles. Additionally, the value-for-money was great. The rooms are comfortable, and they have all the necessary utilities; and the location was excellent. It was a very near walking distance to the heart of Kadikoy, and also very near to the port station (useful if you want to go the European side or the Princes Islands), and to the bus stations. We highly recommend this place.

There was no elevator, but the staff helped us with our luggage upon our arrival and during checkout.

The staff is excellent! Extremely friendly and hospitable. The location is also really nice. We were worried that we had booked a place on the wrong side of Istanbul, as most of the tourist attractions are on the European side, but the Asian side was less touristic and had a lot of cute little shops and restaurants. Plus, taking the ferry to go to the European side for our sightseeing days was a treat. The ferrys are very cheap and so enjoyable! Great views. Regarding the room, it was exactly as expected. It was very comfortable to sleep there, but if you're planning on spending most of your time in the hotel you might want to find a bigger place.

Nothing. The place was great. Maybe the walls were a bit thin but we didn't really hear anything. Then again, we didn't spend too much time in the room as we only went there to sleep.

Location is great, staff where all super nice, no one spoke english but they all had their phone with the translate app ready so we had no problem communicating, room was clean and comfy

The smell of smoke was too strong, i selected a non smoker room, but the problem is the vent in the bathroom kept bringing strong smell from other floors, I dont mind staying in smoker rooms, but this was a very strong and constant smell. I booked the jacuzzi room, but in one occasion there was no hot water, just lukewarm, so I couldn't take advantage of the jacuzzi.

Nice/quiet location, clean room, comfortable bed, relative ease-of-access to public transport, air conditioned, not very expensive, nice staff members, soap/towels provided, fridge provided, good Wifi connection.

Staff members did not speak any English, build quality of our room was a little lacking (flushing would sometimes not stop + bathroom floor was not level), walls are super thin meaning we could easily hear people in the hallways,

Staff very friendly. Hotel looks basic but the room was actually very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good fridge. Shower and toilet very clean and spacious. Only few minutes walk to 14 Havist bus stop that brings you direct to Istanbul Airport. Close to metro stop and boat to European side. Was better value than AirBnB in area. This is a quiet part of Kadiköy. Right next to small supermarket (A1) and breakfast restaurant (Mado). Also lots of ATM machines close.

I feel it was good value.

I needed a nice place to stay in kadikoy near my friends' and this one a great value for money plus really close to my friends' apartment. The staff were lovely, always greeting me dearly and with a cup of tea :) A very well equipped clean unit, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. the Neighbourhood is great, very quiet, close to the busy Moda quarter, the pier and the bus stop.

Stayed at Cemre Suit in Kadıköy and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to public transport and lots of cafes and shops. An old historical hammam is just around the corner, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. A peaceful place in a lively area and a good base for exploring Istanbul.

The location was fantastic. It was a 5-10 minute walk to many of the restaurants in the Kadikoy, while also being located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they offered us tea, water and were able to assist with booking taxis. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet spot that is near the Kadikoy.

We stayed at Cemre Suit for 7 nights and it really was a great choice in the Kadıköy neighborhood. The accommodation is very well located, a short walk from Avenida Principal, shops, restaurants, transport and even has a small market on the corner. The building is simple, there is no elevator, but that was not a problem for us. Upon arrival we were very well received, they helped us carry our luggage to the room and we were even offered water and tea. Suite 502 that was provided to us is lovely, very spacious and despite being facing the street there was no problem with noise. The bed is comfortable, there is a fridge and a kettle to make coffee or tea. There is no closet, but it does have a rack and shelf. Our room also had 2 easy chairs and a small coffee table. The air conditioning was working perfectly and there are 3 big windows with good ventilation and natural lighting. If you prefer a darker room or want total privacy, blackout curtains are there for you. The bathroom has a great shower with good water pressure, a shower stall and a hairdryer. In the bathroom there is no window, but the air circulator worked very well. When we arrived we found our room very clean and during our stay we made a request for cleaning at the reception and we were promptly attended to. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and affection we were received, especially Mr. Ömer, for all the care we received. We really felt at home during these days!

The location was amazing and within walking distance from everywhere and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even moved our room since the one we initially booked was a basement room and it was very hot and small, which was very nice and accommodating. I would book here again if I was in Istanbul.

No elevator, which wasn't a big issue in our case, the staff were kind and carried our bag to our room. And the AC was very weak, it barely cooled the room down and kept making a weird banging sound if we turn it on max fan speed.
