The room was clean, neat, and quiet. Terrace was lovely too. It was however quite hot when the sun was out and there was no shade to use. There is not much to do close to the hotel but if you take a taxi it is close to many places you could visit and spend time at. Hotel's room service is good, the food is not exceptional but is good. The staff are friendly, but Esra (concierge) is especially lovely and very helpful. We even asked for a good place via WA and she recommended a great place to eat. Also helped us a lot with possible options for a private romantic cruise, altho we eventually decided against it. Overall had a good time staying here.

The concierge was not always available during my stay even during working hours. I asked the front desk about a good place to eat once and they had nowhere to recommend which was a little weird. Also, they kept forgetting to update the key card to include our extended stay. had to change the cards twice. but that was a minor inconvenience.

First of all room was really good, very clean and comfortable. I would like to mark guy from room service: Don - he was really good. All my requests were done exceptionally, he is very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot for such good service. Breakfast was good, not very variable, but good enough to find something for me, fried eggs, bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables you can find.

The only which was really disappointing- it is a reservation a big amount of money on credit card, though I had an option to pay full amount at property. And I did it. But reserved amount still blocked on my card, my vacation is finished, I came back home, and it is still unblocked. This thing really spoiled my vacation. And because of this reason I will never book this hotel in future

We stayed at DoubleTree Piyalepaşa overnight between our two flights. The staff kindly gave us a room upgrade which made our stay much more pleasant. Enesh at the front desk, helped us with all the information and explained things really well. Mehmet kindly helped us with our luggage and helped us settle in. The room was clean and well stocked. We ordered room service and the food was really good. Breakfast was also great. The staff also helped make our check out process easy and assisted us in setting off to the airport. The staff service we experienced here was better than DoubleTree Edinburgh. Although we really enjoyed our stay there as well!

The only negative was that I had a small cut and needed a plaster/bandage, but the hotel did not have any. I do think it is important for the hotel to have a well equipped first aid and medical kit in case of emergencies.

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, making everything easy and convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Tolga at the reception, whose exceptional hospitality and attention to detail truly made my experience perfect. His kindness and professionalism went above and beyond, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is very closely located to the historic Taksim square which is ideal, it offers an hourly free shuttle to the city centre which is ideal as it saves money on taxis. The hotel bedroom is large and spacious, with air conditioning to cool you down when the weather is hot, and most importantly it has a large comfortable bed. The bedroom is cleaned on a daily basis upholding excellent hygiene standards. The hotel also has a Monte roof top bar which has amazing night views and a great menu selection for delicious food and drinks. Thank you again to Doubletree by Hilton and especially Esra Ozpinar, Tolga from Guest Relations team and Servet the Duty Manager.

1) Thank to front desk, guest relation and housekeeping department for their hospitality and high attention to us! They were so lovely! 2) The shuttle service is a really good idea! So convenient to get to the center! 3) Hotel is not huge and that is why it was so cosy! We enjoyed! 4) There are some restaurants and a shopping mall on the other side of the road

1) Not suitable for families with kids because for my 2y.o there was really poor choice, no kids menu at all for breakfast 2) No reason to book half board for a long stay because it is just 4 a la cart menu, not buffet 3) Awful restaurant service for dinner. They let us to make orders from menu because of a long stay but each dinner the waiters had to go to the kitchen and ask chefs permission which dishes we can eat today and which are not There was a feeling like we are not welcomed and we just come to have dinner for free One day chef has salmon another day the waiter said that chef doesn’t want to cook it for us just not allowed without any reasons and explanation It was strange

Also big thank you to Servet duty manager who was always greeting guests, trying to help and find solutions to any problems, he is a real asset to the hotel and guests. The hotel has a large bedroom, which is cleaned daily. The location is ideal as it’s within minutes away from the city centre Taksim. There is a free hourly shuttle service to the city centre which saves loads of money as is very convenient. The restaurant and rooftop bar in the hotel has amazing food, the drink selection is huge and the Shisha was amazing. The view from the rooftop bar is mesmerising.

I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Piyalepaşa, Istanbul. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Istiklal Caddesi, and there's also a convenient shuttle to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly, helpful, and came from different countries, which added a nice international touch. My room was spotless, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous—with a huge variety and the option to order from a menu. Special thanks to Esra Hanım and Tolga Bey for their exceptional service!

The rooms are spacious… I also liked that the hotel provided a shuttle to Taksim but really they should offer one to the Blue Mosque area instead.

Worst possible location for a tourist in the middle of nowhere and it’s an hour and 15 minutes (plenty uphills and stairs) walk to the Blue Mosque area (I’m a super fast walker too) plus taxis rip you off using Uber at $12 USA dollars each way. There’s no metro nearby nor bus. I also changed rooms because the hotel’s outdated tv system didn’t work in my 1st room and the a/c in the 2nd room didn’t work. In the end my 3rd room was perfect and the manager sent me a dessert wheel which was very tasty. NOTE: Every guest should be able to either mirror their cel phone or connect to their own NETFLIX, MAX, HULU, PRIME, ETC accounts on the hotel’s TV.

Obviously it the staffs. Mr. Can was hero of the day. He managed to arrange for us the connecting rooms. He was fast, calm and so polite. ImWe also felt very much welcomed by the excellent Public Relations services by Mr Tolga . He even wrote a postcard written by hand to welcome us and always offer for help. Ms Esra the manager was very friendly and helpful too. The waitress Ms Dania and Mr Fatih also had an excellent service. We were not in a suite room, but has been treated as one. The room was big and had comfortable bed. But the breakfast selection is so limited. But other things was excellent. Thank You so much.
