Clean rooms compare whit other hotels in Istanbul. Good customer care

Pool- during our stay, first time when we wolud like to go to, was out of service (it wasn’t the cleaning day) and the second time we wanna stay at the pool it was ,,only with reservation” … seriously, for the hotel guest with reservation?! By the way, we were the only guest in the pool area at that time and didn’t seems to be as busy as will needed to make an appointment.

The friendliness of the staff especially Mr. Yiğit who I’d like to thank for all his incredible assist and help on several occasions, all the receptionists were amazing, technical support, I don’t forget Dilan who was always moving to make sure that everything is going smoothly with us, Şanlı was incredibly supportive and more people I don’t remember all names. The shuttle to Taksim is so good. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff so nice. Cher hotel always will be a good option for our future visits to Istanbul.

I think The shuttle should do more daily moves to Taksim.

That is a great and comfortable 5 stars Hotel. Zero disadvantages can be found. Location is very nice. Taksim square just nearby, as well as plenty shops, restaurants, cafes, mall, etc. Transfer to/from airport can be provided and transfer to the city departing and returning back at certain time. Rooms and interior of the Hotel deserves its own word. Everything is stylish and modern. Big lobby with sofas and chairs, where you can spend some time just chilling and drinking coffee/tea. Room is big, modern and comfortable with all what is needed inside. Internet is available everywhere at the territory of the Hotel and it is fast. You will have nice view from your room, all the stuff for personal hygiene is provided, big comfortable bad and even some working place is available. Very nice air conditioning system and comfortable electronic DND/Clean my room panel. Very good noise isolation in the room. Bathroom is big and well equipped. Ladies will have plenty space for beauty staff and big well lighted mirror. Daily cleaning and cleanliness of the hotel overall is on high level. Breakfast is various and tasty. There is room service where you can order some meal to your room (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, tea, coffee…), cuisine is various and dishes are really good looking and delicious. Spa is available and it’s really good. Big gym, quite big sauna and hamam. There is also small swimming pool inside. Hotel, also, provides some massage service. Everything is included, except massage, that is for extra payment, but spa center provides good discounts. The personal of the hotel is very kind, approachable and always ready to help with everything. At the reception you will be met by professional and competent workers. But in spa center you will not meet such hospitality, the personal is simply not so interested in making you feel comfortable, not critical, but fact.

To the spa you shall take slippers and towels from your room, they will not provide it, what is really uncomfortable.

The location is good, well connected, and in 15min walking distance of Taksim. Rooms are clean and spacious. You get free coffee/tee and water in the room which is nice :) Some of the rooms in the hotel are close to a disco, so the noise might be a problem, but this is only true for some of the rooms in the building, so unless you are unlucky there are no worries. The staff are nice and helpful, especially Dilan and Selman who helped us a lot in our stay there, so thank you again Dilan and Selman. The pool is small but nice and clean. The prices in the bar are also acceptable for a hotel. As others have also mentioned in their reviews, the breakfast is not bad, but it is not something special either. The WiFi was very good, I never had an issue with it during my one week of stay. They have a free shuttle to Taksim as well which goes to Taksim 4 or 5 times a day (not on Sundays), this is very useful especially if you have some stuff to carry and do not want to walk. Due to the proximity of the hotel to a Visa application center, you will meet many people who stay at the hotel for the purpose of handling their Visa cases.

As mentioned, the breakfast could be improved. It was not easy to close the window in our room, so twice we had to call the reception to send someone to fix it. I know of at least another room with the same issue. Maybe it is time to service the windows in all the rooms.

Located very close to the City Center, we managed to walk from the hotel all the way to the City Center. Good breakfast layout in the morning. Room was very clean with a great view of the city. The hotel reception also booked our early morning taxi ride to the Airport (since we were departing very early in the morning and didn't want to rely on Uber). Definitely would want to stay in the same hotel if we make a return visit to Istanbul

Check-in process was a little tedious and time taking. We reached the hotel a little before 2 pm (which is the check-in time), but it was almost 3 pm before we could get to our rooms.

I like the reception staff the doorman and the look of the entrance. Staff in the breakfast very gentle and polite and friendly.

Staff at the spa specially the one talking Arabic . Busy on his mobile when I was talking to him. No respect for me or my wife sending me back to my room to get the towel than asking when I come back to pay for the hair band . After all this said the hammam is busy I said ok I had a sauna when I came back he said hammam for women only. Come other time. With a professional staff you will not get that kind of service surely.

The staff was very nice especially Dilan who was very nice and tried to make our stay the best. The breakfast was good.. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in Istanbul. The Shuttle bus was a good idea.

The swimming pool should've been heated. I wish there were more hours for the shuttle bus since the hotel is 20min away from taksim.

The staff are amazing, everyone was very polite and helpful, the gentlemen at the front desk made the stay very comfortable and were able to assist with everything. They helped us by providing extra pillows and very kindly extending our checkout time, they also spoke perfect English.

The spa didn't seem to be fully functioning, the stream room was not functioning. The salt room was locked. Also the menu for food options and room service did not feel reasonable, the prices are in dollars. It was a shame to feel obligated to go out for food as it is stated that external food is not welcome in our rooms. This rule is easy to respect however I have not had this before in Istanbul as I travel here frequently.

Nice place to stay, this was my 2nd time to stay there and i will do it again. i got little sick while i was at the place and thanks To the Front desk manager Mohammed Ali who helped me to feel comfortable while i was sick and he went up and beyond to make sure i was safe and healthey

its a five star hotel i would advise to make the stuff around smile more often to the guests, i understand there is a language barrier but a smile will take care of that
