Ms,Nastarn was a life saver. She speaks 3 languages fluent and so friendly so helpful. So professional and polite.

It wasn’t a 5 starts hotel maybe 3 starts or less. Towels are old and hallways are dirty.

Pool- during our stay, first time when we wolud like to go to, was out of service (it wasn’t the cleaning day) and the second time we wanna stay at the pool it was ,,only with reservation” … seriously, for the hotel guest with reservation?! By the way, we were the only guest in the pool area at that time and didn’t seems to be as busy as will needed to make an appointment.

Honestly, everything was really nice — I didn’t have any complaints at all!

That is a great and comfortable 5 stars Hotel. Zero disadvantages can be found. Location is very nice. Taksim square just nearby, as well as plenty shops, restaurants, cafes, mall, etc. Transfer to/from airport can be provided and transfer to the city departing and returning back at certain time. Rooms and interior of the Hotel deserves its own word. Everything is stylish and modern. Big lobby with sofas and chairs, where you can spend some time just chilling and drinking coffee/tea. Room is big, modern and comfortable with all what is needed inside. Internet is available everywhere at the territory of the Hotel and it is fast. You will have nice view from your room, all the stuff for personal hygiene is provided, big comfortable bad and even some working place is available. Very nice air conditioning system and comfortable electronic DND/Clean my room panel. Very good noise isolation in the room. Bathroom is big and well equipped. Ladies will have plenty space for beauty staff and big well lighted mirror. Daily cleaning and cleanliness of the hotel overall is on high level. Breakfast is various and tasty. There is room service where you can order some meal to your room (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, tea, coffee…), cuisine is various and dishes are really good looking and delicious. Spa is available and it’s really good. Big gym, quite big sauna and hamam. There is also small swimming pool inside. Hotel, also, provides some massage service. Everything is included, except massage, that is for extra payment, but spa center provides good discounts. The personal of the hotel is very kind, approachable and always ready to help with everything. At the reception you will be met by professional and competent workers. But in spa center you will not meet such hospitality, the personal is simply not so interested in making you feel comfortable, not critical, but fact.

To the spa you shall take slippers and towels from your room, they will not provide it, what is really uncomfortable.

Our stay at Chehr Hotel was simply outstanding! The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped, and the internet worked perfectly, which was very important for us. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of fresh products. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone was always ready to help with any issue, at any time of the day. Special mention goes to Beratcan, who was extremely helpful and friendly, always making sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Another great aspect is the calm and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, which makes you feel right at home. Overall, this is a choice I highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for a combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

The friendliness of the staff especially Mr. Yiğit who I’d like to thank for all his incredible assist and help on several occasions, all the receptionists were amazing, technical support, I don’t forget Dilan who was always moving to make sure that everything is going smoothly with us, Şanlı was incredibly supportive and more people I don’t remember all names. The shuttle to Taksim is so good. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff so nice. Cher hotel always will be a good option for our future visits to Istanbul.

We recently spent a week at CHER HOTEL & SPA Taksim, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff stood out. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the spa staff, everyone greeted me with a smile and was always ready to help with anything I needed — including great local recommendations! The location is absolutely ideal. Nestled just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, it made exploring Istanbul incredibly convenient. We loved being able to easily access the city's vibrant culture, restaurants, and nightlife, while still having a quiet and relaxing place to return to each evening. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a peaceful ambiance that really helped me unwind after busy days of sightseeing. The spa facilities were also a huge bonus — a perfect way to relax and recharge. Overall, CHER HOTEL & SPA Taksim exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a welcoming, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be returning! 🌟

There was not one single thing we were unhappy with, they exceeded expectations in every way!

The hotel was in a really good location, close to shops, restaurants, 15 minutes of walking to Taksim and Istiklal street, nothing to complain. After we changed rooms, we got a more spacious and what seemed like a newer room, with an actual king sized bed, not 2 twin beds stuck together. The pool and sauna were really nice, and they were always empty when we went, so that was really convinient. The staff was super helpful, they promptly helped us with every request we had. They moved us to another room, moved our luggage while we were out sightseeing when we asked them to, and in the last night, we had to leave at 4 AM, so we could not have the breakfast, and they prepared us a to go breakfast with 2 big delicious sandwiches, some cake, an apple, and some water. They also had a shuttle to Taksim square, it was full when we wanted to go but they said that they would come back and take us after the first group arrived. We ended up walking, but it was nice of them to offer to do that. The breakfast also had a different main dish every day, and that was cool.

Breakfast was good, but it was more of what you would expect from a 4 star hotel in Italy for example, not as varied and big as at a 5 star hotel elsewhere. In the first night, we could not get much sleep because of a night club, that is right next to the hotel. We asked them to change rooms, and they moved us to the last floor, and there, we couldn't hear the music anymore and it was super pleasant.

Overall experience of our stay was great. The staff was exceptionally polite, nice, and extremely helpful. They all always had a smile on their face, always ready to help and were always very approachable. Breakfast was good, variety could be better, esp if they could add a Live egg station , that would be amazing. Shuttle service was very convenient and reliable - however it does not run on Sundays, so that's a bit of a bummer, as Taksim is not that close to the hotel and it's uphill so walking can be challenging.

I feel attention to detail is a little missing in the area of cleanliness. For instance, I could see a few strands of hair on my blanket when I checked in and also there was oil / grease stain on sheets, so that definitely put me off a little. But overall, the politeness and helpfulness of the staff compensates whatever little is lacking.

I like the reception staff the doorman and the look of the entrance. Staff in the breakfast very gentle and polite and friendly.

Staff at the spa specially the one talking Arabic . Busy on his mobile when I was talking to him. No respect for me or my wife sending me back to my room to get the towel than asking when I come back to pay for the hair band . After all this said the hammam is busy I said ok I had a sauna when I came back he said hammam for women only. Come other time. With a professional staff you will not get that kind of service surely.
