Good location. Not immediately next to the main tourist attractions but they have a free shuttle service to take you to drop off points near most places you’d want to go. Staff were very helpful. The gym and pool are good for the size of the hotel. Overall a great stay.

A few dated policies such as “no outside food or drink” which feel both unnecessary and kind of old fashioned. I doubt these policies actually encourage people to eat in the hotel restaurant (which looked good) so in the end it just feels silly.

I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and continue to be impressed by it. The accommodations are very comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms and an excellent spa. The 24-hour free shuttle service to three tourist spots is a great perk, and the staff are exceptional in assisting with everything. I want to extend special thanks to its employees ECE, Yusuf, and Cihan for their outstanding service. I also appreciate the complimentary upgrade to a room with a terrace. I will certainly choose Nac City Hotel Taksim for my next visit to Istanbul.

Quiet location

Not close to restaurants and good couldn’t be brought from the outside

The value was good - comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and good amenities, including the pool. Area was also quiet at night making sleep very comfortable.

The location isn’t the best for two reasons. The first is that the area around the hotel is VERY sketchy (the kind of place you are warned to avoid) but the hotel does not warn you. This is not good because we ended up walking on dangerous streets and we told by our tour guide that we were lucky to not have been harmed. The second reason is that the Taksim location is a 15-20 minute taxi cab ride to all the attractions. so we could not go back to our room to relax in the middle of the day.

I had a great experience at the NAZ City Hotel. Because I was with my partner on an engagement trip, they made the room beautiful with swans of towels and hearts. Very nicely done! Furthermore, the staff is very nice and helpful with anything you ask them. There was also good communication beforehand via chat and all questions were answered very well and extensively. The breakfast is very extensive and there is plenty of choice, both hot and cold options as well as plenty of savory and sweet options. The majority of breakfast consists healthy food. The Gym was well equipped with good equipment with which you can do all the workouts you need for a week of various workouts and therefore very good for a number of days at least a week. The sauna and pool were also very clean and met all requirements. Please note that you are not allowed to swim without a swimming cap for hygenical reasons which is good in my opinion. This is not communicated on Booking and you only know that when you arrive at the Hotel. You can buy a swimming cap at the pool, but it is useful to know that you take one with you, if you already have one, you don't have to buy it there (saves a few euros :-) Overall, it was an excellent experience for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely choose this hotel again

We pretty much liked everything! As a family of four with two teenagers, we booked a connecting family room and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. - very friendly and helpful staff - spacious and clean rooms - two bathrooms (great with teenagers) - gym, pool, steam room and sauna, which we visited every day - free shuttle service to and from Taksim Square and the top of pedestrian shopping street Istiklal Caddesi - we walked and used the shuttle and trams to get around - grocery store next door - despite the busy street, the rooms were quiet - great value for money - we didn’t eat the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment on that - Istanbul is full of restaurants and places to see, and we liked staying in the Beyoğlu area

Exceptional stay, sparkling clean rooms, amazing spa, sauna, and relaxing swimming pool. The staff in the reception were unbelievably kind, helpful and polite. The shuttle service is free of charge and always available nearly every 5 min. It's possible to use the shuttle unlimited amount of time per day. The location is so close to Taksim square and the grocery stores are about 100 meters away from the hotel. We will definitely come again. It was worth every single euro we paid. Room service and daily cleaning was also amazing.

The breakfast is so good but a bit boring for people who stay for many days to eat the same food every single day. It would be great to have a changeable menu from time to time.

The hotel is a modern building located pretty close to Taksim square. The great thing is that the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to and from Taksim at any time for free. The staff were so kind to give us a room with a large terrace overlooking a breathtaking view of the city. The staff, especially Cenk, Yusuf, Akhtar, and Cehan were brilliant stars. The facilities inside the room and in the hotel are among the best, the breakfast is fine, and there is a confined area for cars if you drive yours in Istanbul. This was an unforgettable experience for us and we will choose the hotel for the next trips definitely.

The only downside of our experience was the check-in. We were very tired due to last night flight hours. The room was not ready until almost an hour after 2 pm. However, the team did their best to accommodate us. I assume they tried to compensate for the delay by giving us a spacious and quiet room.

Modern and up to date finishes. The room size was large, so is the bed (comfy too), and the best air-conditioning I have experienced in a very long time. The bathroom was great, generous in size, amazing shower. The gym is very well equipped with new/modern equipment, the best I've seen in all of Turkey in a hotel. The pool is large and a nice place to relax. Room was always clean, with a sauna you can use. I could always take the hotel shuttle to and from Taksim at any time of day or night at no charge which was very convenient and a nice touch.

The breakfast was limited, but typical Turkish style. The location is not the best but is a short drive to Taksim. The room I booked was not as in the photos, I really needed a desk and chair to work on my laptop. Only CNN if you're looking for English television, and signal to the television was unstable at times. The restaurant is well expensive, especially if you only grab a cappuccino (350TL)
