Good location. Not immediately next to the main tourist attractions but they have a free shuttle service to take you to drop off points near most places you’d want to go. Staff were very helpful. The gym and pool are good for the size of the hotel. Overall a great stay.

A few dated policies such as “no outside food or drink” which feel both unnecessary and kind of old fashioned. I doubt these policies actually encourage people to eat in the hotel restaurant (which looked good) so in the end it just feels silly.

I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and continue to be impressed by it. The accommodations are very comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms and an excellent spa. The 24-hour free shuttle service to three tourist spots is a great perk, and the staff are exceptional in assisting with everything. I want to extend special thanks to its employees ECE, Yusuf, and Cihan for their outstanding service. I also appreciate the complimentary upgrade to a room with a terrace. I will certainly choose Nac City Hotel Taksim for my next visit to Istanbul.

Quiet location

Not close to restaurants and good couldn’t be brought from the outside

We pretty much liked everything! As a family of four with two teenagers, we booked a connecting family room and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. - very friendly and helpful staff - spacious and clean rooms - two bathrooms (great with teenagers) - gym, pool, steam room and sauna, which we visited every day - free shuttle service to and from Taksim Square and the top of pedestrian shopping street Istiklal Caddesi - we walked and used the shuttle and trams to get around - grocery store next door - despite the busy street, the rooms were quiet - great value for money - we didn’t eat the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment on that - Istanbul is full of restaurants and places to see, and we liked staying in the Beyoğlu area

The hotel is very good in everything, and what’s making better is the nice staff The location is very convenient with the free shuttle to the major places near the hotel I stayed in this hotel four times and I intend to staying again next time

The hotel is very clean and very helpful staffs there was an Afghanistani man who was very kind helpful that unfortunately i don’t remember his name. Thanks a lot for the shuttle service which was very nice to get taksim and Osmanbey. And the drivers was very polite and kind. Breakfast was vary and good. A bit salty i hope they regards it and also it was a pity have no coffee machine and you have to pay extra for coffee. The only problem which i didn’t like was the bar which has a menu with no currency ,you will surprised with the prices snd also no good quality. We ordered one offigato and simple vanilla ice cream, which non of them was their name and they charged us 30 usd for that !!!! I was shocked. The staffs need more english education as they cant speak english and communication is very hard. The location is in a steepy road so use the shuttle if you are with elderly people or disables

Bar and restaurant is overpriced

Modern and up to date finishes. The room size was large, so is the bed (comfy too), and the best air-conditioning I have experienced in a very long time. The bathroom was great, generous in size, amazing shower. The gym is very well equipped with new/modern equipment, the best I've seen in all of Turkey in a hotel. The pool is large and a nice place to relax. Room was always clean, with a sauna you can use. I could always take the hotel shuttle to and from Taksim at any time of day or night at no charge which was very convenient and a nice touch.

The breakfast was limited, but typical Turkish style. The location is not the best but is a short drive to Taksim. The room I booked was not as in the photos, I really needed a desk and chair to work on my laptop. Only CNN if you're looking for English television, and signal to the television was unstable at times. The restaurant is well expensive, especially if you only grab a cappuccino (350TL)

I have travelled internationally for years and have experienced staying at a tremendous number of hotels of varying types and price points , but this hotel is a hidden GEM. The staff were ALL amazing , they treat me not just a value guest , but as a family member ! The rooms a very nice, innovative and stylish ) I had some private situations and problems and the staff helped me a lot in solving them, although they shouldn't have at all. Special thanks to Serkan ! ❤️ Would definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon .

An excellent choice to spend your holiday in Istanbul!Starting from the location is quite near Taxim square,its uphill but is a 10-15 minute walk.There is a hotel minibus available for those who don't want to take the walk. The rooms are clean quite spacious and comfortable.I liked that fact that they had a kettle with water available in the room for coffe and tea. Hotel staff were kind and helpfull. Fenced parking space is available free of charge!! I would also like to make a special mention for the spa and swimming pool facilities of the hotel.They are outstanding!

I have set a filter in booking.com for an EV charger station for my car as a parameter.The name of this hotel was among the few that showed availability.Well there wasn't one.

The entire hotel was very clean and the room very comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, had plenty of options and self serve coffee. I didn’t use the spa or pool, but I went and checked it out and for a small space it was very clean and welcoming. Because the property is down the hill from Taksim the shuttle was very helpful and I used it often. Brilliant idea by the hotel to make up for the location being a little off the beaten path. That being said, getting a cab from the hotel to explore was much easier than if it was near the madness of Taksim square! So all trade off. I love this hotel and will go back.

It was a very quiet hotel but my neighbors were a bit loud. It was not at the fault of the hotel and the rooms are very quiet and the walls are thick. Just be careful of room 309. Hotel offered for me to change rooms, but I only had one day left and I just stayed put. The hotel offered to make it right.
