I like that it was very close to Taksim and that we have shuttle to bring us there and bring back to hotel. The buffet in the morning was good. I think it can be better but it’s a buffet so don’t expect to eat the best Breakfast ever. The staff was amazing, always smiling plus they are always there for you if you need anything.

It would be nice if they give shuttle to Taksim till midnight because all the restaurant and shopping close at that time in Taksim and people stay there very late. The room service for food was not the best and can be better. Sometimes the food was not exactly the same i ordered in the TV menu.

The hotel was lovely and clean rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. Yucel who dealt with our bags was very attentive. The reception staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. The courtesy shuttle drivers who took you to the main tourist area were very nice. Hotel has good facilities. The Souk resteraunt food was great x Location is ok its slightly out about a 25 min walk to Taxim Square however there is a goid shuttle bus provided by the hotel free of charge. Breakfast was great lots of choices xx

The lounge bar was not utilised properly which was a shame because it is a nice looking bar area. We ended up canceling a drink that we had ordered after 20 minutes of waiting. They hadn't even started them and said nothing apart from OK. The bar was very quiet it wasn't as if they had any customers. The second time we went waited again got a drink at a huge cost only another two people at bar and staff were having dispute with them.The lounge bar needs to be better run and their bar staff need training. We had one drink the whole time we were there because of service. The hotel must be loosing money because of this.

Breakfast was exceptional! Great variety as well. Easily suited my western tastes. My partner loved all the fruits available and I thought the orange juice was perfect. I mention the orange juice because for the rest of my stay in Istanbul it was difficult to find good, fresh, orange juice. Room was small but very comfortable. A good view and not noisy at all. The hotel is away from the centre of the city but we walked to the main tourist street once and the very frequent free shuttle bus took us the other time. The shuttle bus means you can stay out of the city centre no problem. Loved my stay at the Sheraton! (Now called Marriott? In the middle of a name change I guess) Everything was perfect. All the staff are very professional and polite and helpful. It was great to find they all spoke wonderful English! The restaurant manager was also very attentive and deserves a special mention. But all the staff do!

Room is a bit small, and no bathtub in the bathroom, there was not proper stores next to hotel

-The location was very near to taksim square ,alsoThey provide shuttle service every 30 minute. - The food in room service was really good . - The receptionist lady, did the check in process very fast and easy special thanks for her.

- The house keeping staff, talking very loudly in the corridors in the morning ,made the stay little bit noisy.

I like that the location of the hotel made it easy for me to get into a taxi to the airport. I was able to do some walking to the nearby park and marketplace, it was beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. I loved trying the dried kiwis and bread with jam. Thank you for your kindness.

I wish I could have stayed longer at the Sheraton City Center Hotel. One thing to improve on would be to have more television channels or a Netflix streaming service or perhaps a Roku.Thank you.

I've spent 5 nights at Sheraton Istanbul City Center and I really appreciate my stay. The room was clean and well accomodated. The food was delicious and most important, the staff really cares about your well-being and provides good advices on places to visit or how to get around.Teşekkür ederim Akin, Yucel, Ahmet, Fardin and Omer.

The hotel is nice, elegant, and has a good location. The bed in the room was comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful.

The only negative feedback is about that the soundproofing of the room door was non-existent. Every noise from the hallway could be heard, including conversations, the rolling sound of the staff's cart, everything. At night, you could easily be woken up by guests returning to their rooms.

The location is perfect it's close enough to Taksim for example but not too close for it to be bothersome, it is located in a place where you get to see "real" turkey, sit in day to day turkish coffee shops and little food places. The room was perfect, we got an executive suite and it was warm all the time. The staff were very helpful and you can see that they want to help and it's not just because it's their work, something I have not experienced anywhere. The breakfast was very good, I would've however wanted for it to be done at 12:00 and not 11:00 since my partner and I slept late most of the time. Definitely going there if I am in Turkey again. 10/10 I would recommend.

The staff and the quality of the hotel (cleanliness, professionalism). Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The location is not dead centre, but that can be a good thing; you're a little secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet within a short cab ride (or free shuttle provided by the hotel) to Taksim Square. I think the great care and hospitality the hotel provides rubbed off on other fellow guests staying at the hotel. Every day you'd meet happy people in the lift or lobby, because clearly everyone was enjoying their stay! We were looked after extremely well, and our stay at this hotel was undoubtedly the best part of our trip! Keep up the good work!

Cannot fault anything. If anything, the location might not be 'central' enough for some people. For us, personally, we rather enjoyed the location; it's a on a main road but not crazy busy.
