I like that it was very close to Taksim and that we have shuttle to bring us there and bring back to hotel. The buffet in the morning was good. I think it can be better but it’s a buffet so don’t expect to eat the best Breakfast ever. The staff was amazing, always smiling plus they are always there for you if you need anything.

It would be nice if they give shuttle to Taksim till midnight because all the restaurant and shopping close at that time in Taksim and people stay there very late. The room service for food was not the best and can be better. Sometimes the food was not exactly the same i ordered in the TV menu.

Everything overall was good

1) The Staff were Very friendly...A Special shout out to Yuce and Ahmet for their amazing hospitality...My brother and his partner were also staying in the same hotel and they were kind enough to give them an early check in after doing a long flight from the US. In a nutshell all the front desk staff were very Helpful..Apologies for not remembering their names. 2) We were staying at the Executive Rooms so the complimentary evening snack, drinks and coffee was a bonus. 3) Internet is pretty good. 4) Rooms are modern and a decent size. 5) The Pool, Gym Sauna and Steam was amazing. 6) Special Gaming Room was good to keep the kids engaged for Most periods. 7) We stayed on for 6 nights in Istanbul..On the First night the Air Conditioning took a while to cool, the foyer lights could not turn off and one of the socket boards was not working. Upon calling the maintenance Team all the issues were sorted within 3 hours.

1) Hotel is very Close to Taksim and Istiqlal Street and about 15 minutes taxi ride to Sultanahmet. There is a complimentary shuttle to Taksim until 9pm..Would be really helpful if the Complimentary Bus Service was till 01-2am especially for Tourists. 2) In the 6 days Housekeeping was called only twice to clean the room but she made a big fuss to make the bed. 3) The Floor Cleaner in the alley to the Swimming Pool, Steam and Sauna was constantly irritated when people would walk to the different Amenties.

I like the hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, various dishes hot and cold, fresh fruit. There is an hourly shuttle from the hotel to Taksim Square, the heart of the city, which is great. The bed was very comfortable, a lot of pillows. We ate at the Souq Restaurant in the hotel, food and service were great

You could hear the noise from the corridor, doors were closed loudly. The hotel is located on a very busy street and the noise is accordingly. The room was not very well cleaned.

The service was impeccable, the room was perfect, location is great and the stay was quite comfortable. Breakfast was quite good with a few items changing everyday and the breads were baked fresh everyday. One thing to keep in mind: The connectivity from the hotel with public transport is not the best but that's solved with the transit service provided by the hotel to taksim square which is a good thing for people who would like to explore the city without getting stuck in traffic for too long.

The hotel was lovely and clean rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. Yucel who dealt with our bags was very attentive. The reception staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. The courtesy shuttle drivers who took you to the main tourist area were very nice. Hotel has good facilities. The Souk resteraunt food was great x Location is ok its slightly out about a 25 min walk to Taxim Square however there is a goid shuttle bus provided by the hotel free of charge. Breakfast was great lots of choices xx

The lounge bar was not utilised properly which was a shame because it is a nice looking bar area. We ended up canceling a drink that we had ordered after 20 minutes of waiting. They hadn't even started them and said nothing apart from OK. The bar was very quiet it wasn't as if they had any customers. The second time we went waited again got a drink at a huge cost only another two people at bar and staff were having dispute with them.The lounge bar needs to be better run and their bar staff need training. We had one drink the whole time we were there because of service. The hotel must be loosing money because of this.

Breakfast was exceptional! Great variety as well. Easily suited my western tastes. My partner loved all the fruits available and I thought the orange juice was perfect. I mention the orange juice because for the rest of my stay in Istanbul it was difficult to find good, fresh, orange juice. Room was small but very comfortable. A good view and not noisy at all. The hotel is away from the centre of the city but we walked to the main tourist street once and the very frequent free shuttle bus took us the other time. The shuttle bus means you can stay out of the city centre no problem. Loved my stay at the Sheraton! (Now called Marriott? In the middle of a name change I guess) Everything was perfect. All the staff are very professional and polite and helpful. It was great to find they all spoke wonderful English! The restaurant manager was also very attentive and deserves a special mention. But all the staff do!

Room is a bit small, and no bathtub in the bathroom, there was not proper stores next to hotel

I like that the location of the hotel made it easy for me to get into a taxi to the airport. I was able to do some walking to the nearby park and marketplace, it was beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. I loved trying the dried kiwis and bread with jam. Thank you for your kindness.

I wish I could have stayed longer at the Sheraton City Center Hotel. One thing to improve on would be to have more television channels or a Netflix streaming service or perhaps a Roku.Thank you.

I've spent 5 nights at Sheraton Istanbul City Center and I really appreciate my stay. The room was clean and well accomodated.
