The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist, making our stay truly enjoyable. A small suggestion would be to add a canopy over the entrance to protect guests from rain, as we had a bit of a downpour during our arrival. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety, but perhaps offering more healthy options like fresh smoothies or gluten-free choices would be a great addition. The hotel design is sleek and modern, but it could feel even more cozy with a few local art pieces or unique decor elements. Overall, a wonderful experience!

we stayed at the hotel for 15 days and one of the best parts of our stay was the staff, every single person we interacted with was kind. Omer, who made our mornings so much better and prepared our breakfast with so much care and kindness every day. Othman, who gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit. Isa, who helped us with almost everything, from small questions to bigger needs, always with kindness. Mahmood, who made us feel so cared throughout our stay he treated us not just as guests, but like friends. Sara, who was always so friendly and helpful during our stay and gave us amazing recommendations. Yusuf, who was always ready to help whenever we needed something.. they really care about their guests! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful.. it honestly started to feel like home, i’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! thank you to the whole team for making our stay so wonderful.

Super impressed with this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling—they really made me feel so comfortable . The location is perfect, just steps from Taksim but quiet enough to relax. And the place? Very clean and well-kept. Definitely recommend if you want comfort with heart in Istanbul!

But I gotta be honest—our room was in the kind a basement, and it wasn’t clear at booking. I would’ve never guessed the view would be like this. Also, we had no electricity for around 1 hours, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the team did their best to help.

Great value hotel in Beyoglu, about a 10 minute from Taksim and close to everything. We stayed for two weeks and it was the perfect base to explore Istanbul. The hotel itself is very comfortable, modern and clean with a very generous Turkish breakfast in the morning. Best part was the staff! They are wonderfully genuine and kind, always offering advice and excellent service. Thank you Jesus, Mahmoud and Omar for taking care of us these weeks! You really made this stay special for us, really cool people. We would stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Not the hotel's fault, but if you are walking with luggage from Taksim metro station, be prepared for the hills haha

We liked this hotel. The stuff is really hospitable and kind. Also the breakfast is amazing, thanks to Mr. Mahmud we felt great. And from the reception Mr. Isa helped us with many things, we appreciate it 😊. The lady who does the cleaning, we are grateful 💛 The rooms are clean, they provide everything: water, coffee, tea. In each room they have a refrigerator which is nice, cause we needed it.

The only thing that we didn't like is the location of this hotel. Surroundings are messy, dirty 🤯. The street is full of weird people, and if you want to take a bus, it's hard to walk to the bus stop, because of the raising. Also metro station, trams are far away. If you just call a cab its okay.

The Hotel is in a good location! The room was very comfortable with all the facilities in good working order. There are a good number of restaurants very close by. All of the staff were exceptional 👏 Lovely place to stay close to the city centre! Would definitely be back!

A Wonderful Stay in Istanbul – Highly Recommended! It was truly a great pleasure to stay at this hotel during our trip to Istanbul. The experience exceeded all expectations, and we felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The staff were absolutely amazing – each one of them contributed to making our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Omar was always friendly and ready to help. He was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Mahmud was incredibly professional and helpful, taking care of all our requests with efficiency and kindness. Isa handled every detail with great care – from organizing our taxis to making sure our luggage was safely managed. Enes was always around when we needed something, proactive and polite, and ensured we felt at home. Sahra, the lovely young lady, was especially warm and helpful. Her kindness and friendly energy added a personal touch to our experience. They all went above and beyond – helping with our taxis, luggage, and every little issue or question we had. It felt like staying with family who genuinely cared. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. The hotel is located just a five-minute walk from Istiklal Street, which made it super convenient to explore the city. Stayed here for a week from the 15th of July, the location was close to everything and it was in the quieter part of Taksim so no noisy nights. The staff were lovely breakfast was filling but was the same every morning, all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Isa, Mahmut, Omer and Enes, there were a couple more who’s names I can’t recall because I didn’t have much time with them but they were all lovely 🥰 would love to stay again 🥰❤️
