Everything was perfect. Great location, the hotel is located near bus and train station. You can take the bus or train to go wherever you want to go. I recommend taking the train cause it’s faster. If you wanna go for a walk till the touristic area, you’ll make around 1h 30 by step which is good cause you get to see a lot of things in your way. You also have a lot of restaurants nearby with different specialties. The cafeteria across from the train station it’s also good for take away or if you want to have your coffee in the morning there. The staff from the hotel is very friendly and polite. They are present in the reception and will help you with anything you need. The check in was smooth. We arrived in the evening because of the traffic and thought it would be inconvenient but the reception is open 24/7 so we could make it easily. The size of the room and the facilities were all we needed. We had a problem with the mini fridge in our room but after telling the lady from the reception the problem was solved in the same day. Regarding the parking, we had parking on site at the hotel. It’s safe, secure and we had no problem leaving the car there for one week. I would choose this hotel again in the future because it was more than I expected it would be. Totally worth it!

Great location, near public transport and supermarkets. Excellent housekeeping service - new towels and room cleaning every morning. There are kettle, snack and coffee machines in the lobby. Rooms are clean and have a mini fridge, hairdryer and air conditioner.

We booked two rooms for two couples, but one was considerably smaller. Air conditioning sometimes blew only hot and sometimes only cold air, so not working properly. In one of the rooms the fridge didnt work at all, it was hot inside.

I appreciated the convenient proximity to a tram station, making it easy to reach the city center. Additionally, I liked that it was connected to the main hotel where my conference was being held.

When I arrived at the Main Eresin Hotels, I was disappointed with the service. The front doorman insisted we put our luggage back into the taxi and drive around the neighborhood to reach the express entrance, despite the two entrances being right next to each other. Additionally, the key card for accessing the main hotel was unreliable, which was quite frustrating.

I stayed at Eresin Express hotel for a night. The room and bathroom was clean. It is conveniently located just a short walk away from the tram line that connects directly to the main tourist attractions in the old city (Sultanahmet). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money

The place is nice and quiet. Very close to the tram T1, you can easily get to old town or to the metro bus. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out time could be managed if the hotel has opportunity to do so. Single room is just enough for one person, it is clean and you have everything you need. The price is also adequate.

Hello. I stayed at the hotel Eresin hotel Express 13 nights and I can only express praise for the hotel. The staff is hospitable, professional and kind, and they go out of their way to help you. We were accommodated in a double room with toilet, air conditioning, TV. I can say that the rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Hygiene is in the first place, as in the room where we stayed but also everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a private car park. It is close to all major sights in Istanbul and is only a tram ride (T1) away. Also, in the area where the hotel is located, there are enough restaurants for food such as kebab shops, McDonald's, Burger King, ovens, etc. Of course, there are parks for walking around and an exchange office for changing money. Clean air-conditioned rooms in a well-communicated district of Istanbul. Private secure parking for motorcycles was a big advantage for us. Close to the tram stop and restaurants and cafes

At the time we stayed in the hotel there were problems with WiFi. The staff could not solve the problem

What we really liked was that we arrived well before our check-in time and yet they were so kind to check us into our room early. There is a parking lot with a barrier where you can safely park your car. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is big enough and comfortable. Another convenience is that the tram is 3-4 minutes from the hotel and goes directly to the center, which was a big plus.

What we didn't like, and this is the main reason for the lower rating, was that the hotel's ad on booking.com said it had a SPA area and a pool, which turned out not to be the case at all. This was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. As described, the rooms are small but sufficient for a normal stay.

The hotel has a convenient location, making it easy to explore the area. The private parking is safe and secure, which was a big plus for us. The staff were absolutely perfect: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was clean and comfortable.
