We have stayed several times at this hotel and once again I am happy to choose and stay there with our friends. We had great time, the stuff was very polite and helpful. Especially the lady at the reception was very helpful, responsive and assisting us with all of our questions. They even arranged cruise dinner event for us which was more than perfect! Very well organised! I am recommending it to anyone! The rooms were good, the location is excellent, there is also a paid parking place in front of the hotel. Recommending:)

I had an amazing stay at the Kensington Hotel. Upon check-in my room category had been upgraded to a Junior Suite. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, with fresh towels, replenished water, and bathroom amenities provided every day. The hotel was exceptionally clean and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. On top of all that, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel looks very nice, the beds are comfortable,the hotel provides free coffee and tea in the room. It is situated very close to bus and tram stations and you can easily reach the city attractions. There are many fast food restaurants and shops in the close vecinity of the hotel. The staff is very helpful, they gave us useful information about transport card or different locations. The breakfast offered traditional food and good coffee.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is great, as it is close to the metro station and the bus stop, in addition to a private taxi park in front of the hotel. There you will find many restaurants and cafes, and on the opposite side of the hotel there are many popular shops in addition to a garden in which almost all the residents of the neighborhood sit. Cleanliness is good, and the staff is friendly. There is a rich and varied breakfast in terms of food and drinks as well.

Maybe the elevator was a little slow, and it could only accommodate three people, but I don't think it's a big problem.

We had booked 2 rooms and stayed for 5 nights and all I would say is this is best value for money to begin with the staff that are amazing, kind and very respectful (Referring to the morning staff as have only interacted with them). The location is great everything needed is available easily within walking distance. Speaking of rooms they are spacious and clean. The breakfast was moderate some days it was great and some days it was alright. Overall we had an amazing time as there was no trouble from checking in until check out the stay was really pleasant

Great staff and location. The room was pretty good. If you only look for a place to be able to get a night of good sleep then this hotel is a good choice. The breakfast had the most important stuff, bread, egg, soup, and some more stuff. Truly a very basic and continental breakfast. If you’re looking for a big breakfast buffet then this breakfast will not meet your expectations. But still, it’s a great small breakfast buffet to kick off your day. The location was very great. Only 100 meters to the nearest tram station. The tram takes you to most places of interest for a tourist. Overall a good place to stay at. Very good price and value for the money. Lastly a big praise to the wonderful and friendly staff! They were truly amazing. And I truly mean everybody, the staff at the reception, the staff in the breakfast hall and the cleaning staff! They helped us with everything during our stay and was really friendly. Truly grateful for being able to meet with this amazing staff!

Our first room had a decent room temperature. But the second room was really hot!! The friendly and great staff came to the room and turned off the radiator. But the room was still hot even though the radiator was turned off. I guess something was maybe wrong with that particular room. Me and my friend was sweating the whole night. I don’t know if there was any more rooms with this issue. And the AC was not working either at our room. But I guess that the AC will be working during the summer. Otherwise that room will be a big issue for the next guests during the summer.

Excellent location; not in the most touristy part, which is nevertheless easy to reach by a nice walk or by using the many busses and trams that stop just outside the hotel. Staff very accommodating with our early arrival, and getting us a map. Kudos to the staff. We also liked the breakfast a lot. Pro tip: the Çapa Büfe just outside the hotel makes the best döners in Istanbul. Pretty quiet room for the central location.

Shower door missing; no big issue.

the breakfast is nice and there are fruits and sweet cakes and fruit cakes and small pieces of pizza the geographical location near the tram and bus lines I took my bus (46T) directly from the stop in front of the hotel to another metro station (M11) (for 15 lire) which takes you to the airport (19 lira) it's just for 34 lira

there is a water leak in the sink every time you open the tap and the bathroom is a little annoying regarding the sink and the bowl the radiator on and there is no way to turn it off because the tap handle is broken we had to call the technician in the middle of the night to turn off the radiator some serious. the hotel must do general maintenance of the bathroom and radiators

This was our 5th or 6th time staying at the Kensington, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The hotel’s location is unbeatable—so central, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is always welcoming, especially the lovely lady at the reception, who greets us with a warm smile every time. She truly makes us feel at home. The food is also a highlight of our stay, consistently delicious and well-prepared. Kensington has become our go-to hotel in Istanbul for good reason, and we can't wait to return!
