We booked a spacious family room in this amazing hotel in Feb,2024 for 6 nights. We travelled from Stansted AP, London by Turkish airlines which was excellent by all means. The hotel is 50Km away from Sabiha Gocken Intl' Airport. We took a bus(120 Lera/person) from airport to Taksim(not Taksim Square). From Taksim to hotel it is just 8Km. We preferred Taxi because we were tired and it was midnight. Taxi took 300Lera and that was minimum fare we were finally offered. From Taksim bus stop we reached Turgut Ozal Millet(before Topkapi) where hotel is located. The location of hotel is superb. The private pathway to hotel is so cool especially at night fully illuminated. The lobby and entrance are beautiful, the view at night is mesmersing. The staff at reception gave us a warm welcome and infact the staff tried to contact us via whatsapp to confirm our arrival time but we had no Turkish sim/Roaming/eSim. (The Global eSim is the best and low price internet provider, £10 = 10GB data for 30 days. We used too much internet in 6 days but still 8 GB left unused) The professional friendly staff at reception provided information and guided us more than we required. Room and bathroom were all good as expected. If we felt anything to be corrected, adjusted or required, it was prompltly dealt with. There is elevator which is a big fascility. The breakfast hall with a beautiful view is on first floor. We had breakfast included in our package which turned out to be very useful, economical and healthy. There was variety of dishes to select to enjoy breakfast and all kinds of tea and coffee were available. Hot roller toaster was also there to freshly toast the breads and loafs. The best thing is that the tram stops are at walking distance from hotel. We met a kind person who gave us Instanbul Tram Card, guided us how to top up the card. One card is enough for whole family, just tap one by one for each person and then you go through eGate at the end.

Only one con is that if room window(except front facing rooms) is open, we can hear the compressor noise of AC unit. So we needed to keep close the window most of the times.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Location was quiet a little off the beaten path, but right on the tram line which was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was a little lacking. Most of the food in the chaffing dishes was cold. All the food was unmarked as well. The salad was good, the bread was good as were the cheeses and cold cuts.

Staff, cleanliness, the rooms were big this time, water always hot, clean towels, daily housekeeping, very friendly

I wasn't happy about paying extra for simple omelette, last time it was free and included in the breakfast, this time they are charging. Also the staff do not tell you about the egg, omelette selection may be because its more work but very disappointing. Breakfast is very simple.not enough selection. Just simple toast and beans and omelette with orange juice would be fabulous.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean, they were cleaned every day and we got new towels and fresh water daily. Breakfast was very good, they had plenty to choose from and it tasted very good. They had cats outside and that was definately a plus for me 😅 People in Istanbul are generally nice and helpful Location is very nice, it's near bus stations and tram stations and they give you IstanbulCard at the hotel, so you can get around the city, IstanbulCard can be used for buses, trams, ferrys and metro and it's not expensive, one card can be used for multiple people Nearby is a restaurant called Samdan that everyone should visit All in all, I loved the experience in this city and in this hotel and I would definately recommend it and if I ever come back in Istanbul, I will come back here in this hotel again ☺️ Greetings from Croatia 😄

I really love, not just to say like. All staff are fantastic caring and most of all. My Son fill so happy with all staff, there services is one of the best.. Honestly my staying In Istanbul with this staffs all I feel I have a family now here in istanbul. The receptionist are wonderful and one of the best a big thanks to, ARGESH, and the others,. Restaurant lady Mavi and Ali, even the cleaner oh they are wonderful. There food is good, and thanks to the chefs who prepared all meals. Thank you. A very big thanks to you all. I am my son love you all.

The location was great away from the hustle and bustle but the tram line is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good hot and cold options. Argesh was amazing ready to help and assist with any problems. Staff are all friendly. Kitchen staff noisy in the morning because my room was literally near the kitchen.

My room was without a window and very small. The smell from the bathroom was unbearable. No rooms were available to change. If you stay maybe for one night economy room is ok but more than that you need a bigger room with window.

Nice place to stay, hotel is clean and located at a good area where everything is available at a walking distance. Tram station is just 2 mins away that can take you straight to the most touristic area near the Blue Mosque. Staff working at hotel are very helpful, exceptional thank you for Mr Argesh who was very passionate to let us feel very welcome and enjoy our holiday the most. The days Mr Argesh was on duty, was most easy and smooth to accomplish every wish we had.

Breakfast variety was limited, even the omelette was not available but could be done at additional price of 170TL. This is our third year to come to this hotel, but this time there was changes in breakfast facilities. In the room we stayed lights were dimmed, for someone not used to, it feels too dark.

It’s my sixth visit to Istanbul and I travelled alone for 8 days. I have stayed in many different hotels in the city in the past including The Ramada, The Wyndham and The Mercure and this has definitely been my favourite of them all. I love smaller boutique hotels because staff are more personable and the staff here were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay here comfortable - especially Omut, Rameez and Redwan. I had an issue one day and Orhan, the manager went out of his way to resolve this and then added a little extra on top. I stayed in the single room which was surprisingly very spacious with tonnes of storage and very clean. Bathroom was also clean and modern. The room was cleaned on a daily basis, toiletries provided and towels were replaced every day. Breakfast was basic with not much variety and it didn’t change at all but it did the job because it had all the essentials. The best thing about this hotel though is the location - it’s fantastic. The T1 tram station and Bus Stop are literally outside the hotel, you can get 1 tram straight to Sultanahmet in 15 minutes as well as all of the other major attractions. I’m loyal when I find a hotel that I like and I’ll definitely be returning to Istanbul and I’m sure I’ll be staying here again.

Clean hotel nice lady on reception

Hotel was very nice the blond lady on reception was perfect she was so kind and nice , but morning was guys there - i told them to print me something and they had for all time, they had breakfast and then both left to park cars - i told them 2 times that we need to leave to airport and we have to wait 25 minutes till they come to make check out- then we ask for taxi and he say 5minutes and taxi is also cheep from hotel 😃- from 5was 20minutes waiting. taxi had already 110TL on taximater and show 360TL when he was leaving us 😃suprice was he want 500TL because of the hotel . So our experience was bad because i ask we can stop taxi on the street but the guy told us that we will pay more with taxi from outsidr then from hotel.

The staff were lovely and helpful they couldn’t have been more attentive. The rooms were very spacious and we were upgraded to a suite for our first night which was amazing it had a balcony over looking the main road with flowers and comfortable seating to sit and watch the evening go by. The second room we stayed it was just as comfortable and still very spacious. Breakfast was pleasant and the seating area outside was really nice to sit out and have a cup of tea/coffee. The location is great it is just off a Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops the tram is near by for easy access to other parts of Istanbul. We had a car and the location was perfect for all the must see attractions and main bazaar just a few minutes away. Parking was onsite which is not common when stopping in Istanbul and is a great advantage for the hotel. We travel regularly to Istanbul for business and we will definitely be booking again.
