The hotel staff were exceptionally supportive, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the location was extremely convenient—just a couple of minutes’ walk from tram, bus, and metrobus stations, providing easy access to anywhere in the city.

The only drawback during my stay was the Wi-Fi. The connection was often weak and unstable, which made it challenging to work remotely or maintain consistent communication. A more reliable internet service would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Really nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite good and a really nice view of Istanbul from the dining room. The hotel is located in a commercial area with lots of nearby restaurants, fast food places, grocery supermarket that make it really convenient. Restaurants in the area are much more reasonably priced compared to those downtown catering to tourists. The tram and bus station are a short 10 minute walk away. It is about 20-30 minutes to get to Sultanahmet.

Bathroom has a strange odor that could not be fixed during our stay. We had a second room that had no issues.
