Beautiful reception area, the hotel is clean with buffet breakfast and lots of options. The staff are polite and professional and they are always happy to help. The best thing is the restaurant being open 24/7 The room and the hotel is well designed with Turkish art and culture, beautiful view from the upper floors also the location is close to the city centre.

The pool and the jacuzzi water is cold and non-functional, I believe that they have not fixed this issue as I did see it on a few reviews from months ago however, because of this we only used it once for our stay, they also charged us 250 Turkish lira per person for swimming cap as mandatory. The housekeeping only changed the bedding once for our stay. We had changes of towels. Upon arriving to the room, the bedding was set up wrong. The restaurant is very pricey however the food and coffee needs improving to taste better.

The location was very convenient. There are metro and buss stop in walking distance. . Restaurant and grocery's near by . If you like a calm experience this is the place . Good varaity breakfasts buffet, the waiters in the breakfast were very friendly and nice .

The customer and guest relation was great! They were always available! Great service overall

I requested cutlery for dinner in my room but they asked me to pay 5 euros for that .. anyway, I needed to eat so I had to pay. Also I was asked to pay 5 euros separately for a wine glass just because it was only one in the room and I needed a second one for my partner. I have no idea if that’s intentional but it doesn’t speak well since they are a great hotel with amazing standard and customer service. Ps: that’s why I rated them a 9 but overall they have a great service.

Internet connection was very bad and the rain shower must be fixed (i tried different rooms over my stays but unfortunately most of them doesn't work probably)

Room was fantastic, a pleasant city view as well. The bathroom design is also very luxurious, loved that. There is a spa, gym, pool and restaurant which is great for people like me who have to stay in the hotel for long periods. Staff, though their English was sometime limited, were very kind. They made me a cake for my birthday which was a wonderful gesture!

The free wifi was quite bad, and often did not work. This can cause some problem for people like me who need to answer work email and send files to international individuals. You might have to go sit in the lobby to get a strong signal.

Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction really made a difference and elevated my experience. It’s staff like Umeyma who make a hotel stand out — she is a true credit to the team! The hotel is in a great location, close to the T1 tramway and restaurants. Being our first time there, we got upgraded from standard to a privilege room (you enter on a living room, a hallway a dormitory and then the bath) located on the 9th floor. This type of room is C shaped, basically like on a corner of the building, all in glass so full of light and with a nice view and in the interior of the C you have a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also full and diverse, one cannot leave there being hungry :)

We had a problem with the sounds coming from outside and how hot the room was. If you opened the windows, you could get some nice breeze during the night but, a big problem for light sleepers, you could hear almost anything coming from outside! If you choose not to open the windows, the room during the day reached 29 degrees Celsius and in the night 24 degrees! eventually we contacted the reception twice telling them the air conditioning was not working, someone came and reset the whole 3 air conditioning in the privilege room telling us to wait 10 minutes and it would be cooler, but no, no air conditioning... it got to 29 degrees Celsius so we announced the reception again that it was not working and we needed to go outside to cool off and come back late in the night!

My stay at Hotel Uranus was excellent, and I would gladly return again. • The room was spacious and bright, with a huge panoramic window and a stunning view, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. • The beds were extremely comfortable and wide, contributing to a truly restful sleep. • The service was of a very high standard – the staff were extremely polite and professional. • The price is more than fair, considering the luxury and cleanliness felt throughout the hotel. • The breakfast was more than generous, with a wide variety of options for every taste. • I arrived by car, and every evening the valet parked it for me with no hassle at all – exceptional service in this regard as well. • The atmosphere in the hotel is elegant and peaceful, perfect for both relaxation and business. I rate my stay a 10 out of 10. Next time I visit, I’d love to stay again

Exceptional staff, especially housekeeper Emine Hanım. The location is quite good and close to the public transportation and it's easier to get to everywhere. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Ozlem Hanim, who politely asked each guest every day about their comfort and whether there were any problems during breakfast, which is a huge plus for the hotel. The breakfast was of excellent quality and quantity, and I would like to note that the breakfast culture in Turkey is one of the best in the world. Thanks to the guys in the breakfast room who are diligently doing their job.

I would like to point out that the prices for plain coffee were quite high even for hotels, more than 10 euros for just one macchiato coffee is too much. It would also be great if the beautiful girls at the spa were more smiling. Overall, I really liked this hotel and I will recommend it to all my friends. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were terribly uncomfortable, but Ozlem Hanim solved all the problems. I appreciate it.

The staff is amazing! They are always ready to help with any request. We were moved to a new, larger room due to Wi-Fi and sound isolation issues in our previous one, which really improved our stay. The warm pool and sauna are great additions to the experience (but be aware that you must wear a swimming cap to enter the pool, so remember to bring your own or you can buy one at the entrance). The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the daily service is also on a proper level. Despite some medium-minor issues, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The restaurant prices are a pure robbery. For the price of one main dish, you can order a full-meal course at a Michelin restaurant in the historical center. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent between different rooms and can randomly drop or log you out, so mind this when you plan to work from hotel rooms. One of the city-facing rooms had bad sound isolation, but it was rather an exception as the others were fine. Even though the breakfast is excellent, the coffee machine produces horrible coffee and cocoa.
