Beautiful reception area, the hotel is clean with buffet breakfast and lots of options. The staff are polite and professional and they are always happy to help. The best thing is the restaurant being open 24/7 The room and the hotel is well designed with Turkish art and culture, beautiful view from the upper floors also the location is close to the city centre.

The pool and the jacuzzi water is cold and non-functional, I believe that they have not fixed this issue as I did see it on a few reviews from months ago however, because of this we only used it once for our stay, they also charged us 250 Turkish lira per person for swimming cap as mandatory. The housekeeping only changed the bedding once for our stay. We had changes of towels. Upon arriving to the room, the bedding was set up wrong. The restaurant is very pricey however the food and coffee needs improving to taste better.

The location was very convenient. There are metro and buss stop in walking distance. . Restaurant and grocery's near by . If you like a calm experience this is the place . Good varaity breakfasts buffet, the waiters in the breakfast were very friendly and nice .

I requested cutlery for dinner in my room but they asked me to pay 5 euros for that .. anyway, I needed to eat so I had to pay. Also I was asked to pay 5 euros separately for a wine glass just because it was only one in the room and I needed a second one for my partner. I have no idea if that’s intentional but it doesn’t speak well since they are a great hotel with amazing standard and customer service. Ps: that’s why I rated them a 9 but overall they have a great service.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience overall. The breakfast was fine, offering a decent selection to start the day. One of the highlights was the sauna and pool, although I found them to be a bit small, there are just 4 sunbeds in the pool that are often occupied. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

One aspect I found frustrating was the cash deposit required for the minibar. It felt outdated and inconvenient, especially since I rarely carry cash. I had to visit an ATM before checking in. It was also unclear why minibar charges weren't settled at checkout instead. A small detail, but it left a negative impression.

Internet connection was very bad and the rain shower must be fixed (i tried different rooms over my stays but unfortunately most of them doesn't work probably)

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath was good. Good interior. Boys at the reception were friendly and helpful.

They have facilities of five star but most of it doesn’t work . Intercom didn’t work , wifi was very poor, water came out of the shower, stains on the carpet. Cleaning lady came but mostly didn’t clean our carpet. Cigarette smell in one of our rooms. Ummaimah at the reception asked me to fill this form infront of her to get good ratings. It was very weird.

The location was perfect for myself and the kids . Very easy access to the Metro ( less than a 5min walk). Hotel is clean, facilities top-notch . Excellent value for money . All the staff ( every single one of them were helpful and excellent at their job). Umenya was brilliant . My kids enjoyed their stay. We were sad to leave . We will absolutely, without any doubt, be staying there again anytime we find ourselves in Istanbul . The hotel really made our stay in Istanbul a memorable one.

WiFi could be faster but it wasn’t bad at all ( especially as it is free !)

Room was fantastic, a pleasant city view as well. The bathroom design is also very luxurious, loved that. There is a spa, gym, pool and restaurant which is great for people like me who have to stay in the hotel for long periods. Staff, though their English was sometime limited, were very kind. They made me a cake for my birthday which was a wonderful gesture!

The free wifi was quite bad, and often did not work. This can cause some problem for people like me who need to answer work email and send files to international individuals. You might have to go sit in the lobby to get a strong signal.

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel truly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Location, free parking under the hotel and by the hotel on the road. Soundproofing and fairly spacious, divided rooms, blackout curtains, bathroom. Breakfast has a decent selection. The staff at the reception is great. Parsu served us in the morning, some newer, less experienced colleague in the evening, and later probably his more experienced colleague. It is a bit unusual that they ask us to mention their name in the review with a good rating. Even during our last stay. The service is really good, they are willing to solve various situations within their capabilities.

The reception is unable to respond to any changes in the reservation from Booking in the later hours, insufficient authorizations. We had to cancel and then create a new reservation. However, if the reservation is correct, there is no problem, everything goes smoothly. Deposit of 100 Euros for any damages and minibar - cannot be used for breakfast, we had to pay separately. But the deposit was returned without any problems. After the previous stay, we found out that the maids had poured out our own original perfumes - 80%. Then they probably dilute them and sell them on the markets... That was extreme. We only found out after the first stay. Perfumes need to be locked 😀
