The Hotel Manager Welcomed us at our arrival Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, They treated us like family, It’s very clean, Nice breakfast, WiFI was super fast and available in every part of hotel. We didn’t use the Gym but it had good equipments. Also this hotel price of stay was very value for money. The location was good, big super market opposite of hotel, McDonalds, train and Bus station very near I think when ever we come back to istanbul we will use this hotel. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday which I was not expected, thank you Dear Fonda and The Hotel manager for that.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great selection of Turkish/Middle Eastern food with excellent service from chef and servers! The front desk gentleman and bell hop were so nice to us and allowed us early check in and complimentary breakfast to boot! Room was clean and hotel location excellent because of being near a tram that allowed for direct route to Sultanhamit Station where most of the important sites were....

Water for shower was not as hot as we would have liked but it was passable and pressure was very strong and consistent!

amazing locating,walking distance from metro and busstops.20mins to get to sultanahmet by metro.considering its in proper city,price was justified.breakfast was a good spread.clean big rooms.helpful staff.parking isnt available so need to park in the street(no issues of safety) or there is a OTTOPARK right opposite the hotel if you feel the need to be precautious.Dont expect the grandeur of a hilton located outside a city.overall good experience!

breakfast could do with options of getting egg served as per guests requests. they have boiled/ scrambled eggs on the counter though.not a dealbreaker!

The location was overlooking a very busy street but the rooms were sound proofed so we couldn't hear the cars with the windows closed. Breakfast was good, not very diverse but fresh. Standard sized room, clean, they changed the towels everyday no matter where we would leave them (on the floor, on the racks, didn't make a difference). Very comfy bed and pillows.

I wish there was a designated breakfast area - I mean it was, but it was located in the lobby so you could be eating your breakfast and on the couch near you someone could have been waiting to do the check in, with all their bags and all that. It was also rather small, so you would have to fight for a table where you could stay next to your friends. Not that big of a deal, though. Don't let that discourage you from choosing this place.

We've been visiting Istanbul for a long time, and by far, this is the best place to stay here for the best price. Very (VERY) comfortable pillows and mattress (probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in), very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Merter Metro station, 6 minutes walking distance (this station is on the M1 line which takes you straight to most of the touristic places in city centre). The Hotel is still quite new which makes a big difference in your stay, not to mention how welcoming the staff are, they also know English very well which is something you don't usually find around Istanbul. Totally recommend it! :)

In the first night, the light went bust. The staff tried swiftly to fix it but as it was going to take longer, we were offered an alternative room with more space. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good value. Although the hotel is on a busy street, you don't hear any noise. The hotel is in walking distance from tram and bus stops.

The hotel is recently built and the entrance is on a higher level from the street. As you would expect guests will have suitcases, there was no ramp to help you taking your suitcases. You've to lift them on the stairs or the security on the entrance will give you a hand.

I like all the staff working there very good customer service honest people hard workers maintain clean environment starting from Rooms Kitchen and Reception

The Staff were extra helpful and nice. Hotel room was also in good condition. But there were some technical problems like really poor wifi connection and other technical problems. The staff of the hotel are the best however.

The staff was so cooperating and helpful, the room was clean, facilities were new and fresh, the location was good, 5 minutes walk to Merter/zeytinburnu metro station which u can take to all the tourist attractions in istanbul, and lastly the breakfast did meet our expectations and was delicious!! Would definitely come back again..

Good location, new hotel, good personel. Parking facility available at Migros ( free for hotel guests). Breakfast choice is not big, but its enough. None-smoking room is really non smoking room in the non smoking floor.
