I liked the manager's attention to the guests
We had procedures in the hospital in the morning & we were some mnts late for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were not served & as a result we missed the first meal

Friendly staff
Shower wasn't working in my room (213) the reception guy said if I had told him earlier he would have sorted it, I didn't have time to go around asking him to fix the shower, it should have been working.

the bathroom and rooms very nice
we stayed in January and the rooms were very cold. the heating didn’t work. we told the staff multiple times and nothing happened. the rooms needed a renovation, the chairs were falling apart, the curtains were falling apart, heating didn’t work.
