I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hurry Inn Hotel and I must say, the service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized touches in my room, they exceeded all expectations. The restaurant staff's attentiveness and accommodating nature made dining a delight. I really liked the hotel room, the staff very friendly especially the reception staff very kind and helpful! I appreciated that they offered us a complimentary late check in and a very good discount on the airport transfer, which I paid only 45$!! That was extra nice from them. I highly recommend this hotel great location, staff and service. I will book this hotel again!

The delay of 1.15 min at check in beyond 1400 due to room cleaning and preparation . Breakfast needs improvement.

On our arrival to the hotel we were greeted in the hotel by extremely nice person called Bahtiyar. He was very helpful and allowed us early check in , especially because my husband had very serious issue with his back was unable to walk. absolutely fantastic service ! During our stay the hotel stuff helped us with all our requests . Fantastic team and very friendly atmosphere ! the location of the hotel is very convinrent for many places with many shops and services around .

The room was very clean and spacious. Also very well equiped. The staff was very helpfull. Easy parking in front of the hotel provided by the hotel itself. I would pleasantly stay there again with pleasure. Hotel food was satisfying and reasonably priced.

For such a hotel I would have expected more options for breakfast, although there was already sufficient variety.

I expected more of the breakfast you have to pay to take cappucino only chai and orange juice. On the 2nd day there was not even the orange juice. At least they should offer another alternative you expect more from a 5 star hotel.

This is not my first time But this time was so special, i booked a big room and they gave me the best suite because of my wife's birthday It was so quiet, comfortable and the staff were very kind Thank you

PR was exceptional. Wonderful staff and facilities. From the swimming pool, massage services, gym. The welcoming staff were always willing to assist with luggage. The weighing machine facility especially helped to simplify travelling back home. AWESOME

they didn’t give me the room I paid for and when i told them about it was they talked to me like I’m an ungrateful person and I should just accept it

The hotel is very nice - clean, comfy rooms. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is great if you have business in Merter.

The only notes are related to the parking and the internet. There is no real parking, the vales are parking your car in front of the hotel and the internet allows only one connecred device.
