We had the problems with the hot water almost every evening.

All facilities were exceptional, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and on time.

The owner, the manager of the hotel, is kind, polite, and educated, and it's great to get to connect with him

Rooms are packed with smokers smell, and bathrooms needed maintenance

the property was comfortable, clean and good value for money. I was booked in for 2 nights. the manger who worked on the Saturday was very nice and spoke very good English. he even drove me across Istanbul to meet friends when he finished work, which was very nice of him - so a big thank you to him for that. the restaurant was nice and the staff in there were nice too.

on the Sunday I booked a flight back to Manchester for £600!!!! as the location of hotel was miles away from where the centre was and where all the fans was. (that was my fault for not checking where fan zones were)! I went for the CL final and thought it would best to be close asap to the stadium. on Sunday, there was a different guy on the reception who could not speak English and wasn’t helpful at all. he even left reception and locked the front doors so I could not leave the hotel until he came back. I asked him if a taxi could be booked from the hotel to go to the airport and he said no! he sent me down the street to find a taxi base which did not exist!! (I think he just wanted me gone)! I had to walk with my case over half a mile to the metro station past all the locals sharing at me! this is where I managed to flag a taxi! the hotel is situated in a high Muslim area with the call of prayer blasting out on tan-odes every day which is okay if that is your scene. but for me it was a massive change in culture and none of the locals could speak English which meant asking for directions challenging as I cannot speak Turkish or Arabic!! my experience wasn’t bad because of the hotel in particular it was the location is not for tourists of Western Europe so bear this mind and research the area on Google maps before booking.

Good day! We had two rooms. One room was good, the other worse. There is something to be repaired everywhere. Breakfast was modest but fresh and very tasty tea. Most of all we were touched by the attitude at the reception of the man who met us and all the time helped us, prompted us with heart warmth, friendliness, he always gave useful information and help. Thanks to him all our questions were solved. Unfortunately, we don't know his name, but we saw him on the morning of 9, 10 and 11 October 2024. Overall the people in Turkey are wonderful.
