The room was clean. I stayed in summer. There was only blanket on the bed and room was cold because of air conditioning. After I called front to ask for giving me more blanket,he gave me 2 blankets.

The hotel is in front of big street.Because of that, it was a little noisy. If you need to sleep well, you should care about that.

My stay was very confortable. The hotel is detail oriented for the customers which is very nice. The staff is very understanding and available to offer help/guidance at any time. The hotel has this nice gym/pool/spa open until late at night. The rooms are confortable and well equipped. Room service every day by default unless specified by customer. Breakfast is gooood 👍 and with great variety. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel which stays open late at night which comes in very handy for night owls :) The location of the hotel was suited for me, 10-15 mins walks to a metro station. Top notch communication. What ever language you talk, chances are you're gonna find a staff member that speaks your language :) and they all speak English very well! Special mention to the staff members that made my stay very enjoyable and confortable Mohammed(Lebanese if I recall well), Enes and Hakki or Hakkim (sorry if I don't remember it right) Thank you

We were happy with the cleanness. It was very good, and the staff working there, Fatima, was very helpful and well-mannered.

The lift and lobby mostly smell of cigarettes. The Wi-Fi does not cover well throughout and failed somewhere in the hotel. The speed was not acceptable. The TV just showed only Turkish channels, which were not our favorite. There is a mosque nearby the hotel broadcasting the call to prayer five times a day, especially too early in the morning. If you are sensitive to the noises coming from outside, it would be bothering you.

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for 5 days, and it was extremely nice and very clean. Everything I needed was provided. The best part was definitely the staff — they were exceptional. especially Mohammed and Nourhan, who were very helpful in many ways .

The only negative aspect was that during my stay, a large group of children (likely on a trip) booked several rooms. Unfortunately, they were running around, screaming, and being loud until around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep

This hotel is located on a highway where there are many restaurants and cafés around the hotel The receptionists were very friendly and gave us a big room, the breakfast was very good, to use the pool you have to have a swimming cap, otherwise you have to pay 3 dollars for each cap which upset us because before we left They did not inform us about the pool, the pool was not very clean and the pool water was cold. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro station, in whole we had a good stay

Nothing. Everything was great and made the stay pleasant .

The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. On one of my previous visit I was unlucky when teenagers were roomed next to me, the following day I was moved to a quieter room, just let the staff know if you have any problems and they do what they can to accommodate, my next visit I was able to get an early check in and also an hour later check out.

The only bad thing is the young lady who runs the spa, she is the complete opposite to brilliant hotel team, very unhelpful and rude, but going to the hotel spa is not really needed to enjoy your stay.

I stayed here for one night, and the staff helped me with late check-in and so the late check-out. The room is clean, and has all the facilities that are listed. The location is nice and I was able to walk directly from the bus station even in the mid night. The breakfast is quite good, but I suggest everyone to head early for breakfast for get some nice dishes. We went by 9 AM, and some demanding dishes are about to be over already.

The Air conditioning is through a vent, which was not effective.

Great choice of various items everyday. Staff at the reception were professional and did their best to resolve any issues or answer any queries. Mr Turgut, Mr Tolunay, Mr Ishak and others were exceptionally helpful. Cleaners did great jobs. Everyone worked as a team for our comforts.

Sound proof doors or windows will reduce the noises from noisy other guest who were disturbing others.

Mouhamad, Nourhan and the engineering guy are helpful and assets to the hotel. Our room on the first floor in the center of the building is with working wifi and ac (cold). Reception has tourist sim card for sale. Next to other hotel and many restaurants / small stores nearby.

Location is near Esenler terminal but we need to climb the stairs in order to go across the highway. They don't hv proper blanket / duvet but a kind of thick bed cover (perhaps in the summer). Don't ask for corner room as wifi may be weak. Storage may cost few dollars per day (but we ask nicely for free as we will come back to stay)
