Great facilities and very clean rooms.

The staff requested a USD $200 deposit to stay in the room, this was not advertised anywhere beforehand. Fortunately they allowed us not to pay but were quite insistent.

The suite was wonderful. Spacious, comfortable and clean. There was bottled water provided and refilled as needed. Coffee, tea, and toiletries were refreshed. The towels were luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Proximity to the Forum shops and restaurants was perfect.

We had to pay our damage deposit in cash, which we didn't know ahead of time. So we gave them all the Lira we had planned on spending in the mall for that, and didn't get it back until we were checking out and heading to the airport. The kitchen has dishes but nothing else. If you want to cook a meal, expect to purchase salt, pepper, condiments, etc. There is construction around the hotel (not the hotel's fault) and it makes the sidewalk from the hotel to the mall treacherous at night. It is uneven brick and there are no streetlights on that side, and within our group we tripped, rolled ankles, etc. Flashlights everyone!

If you're looking for a place in Istanbul that feels like home, but fancier, this is it! The staff are so friendly and service-oriented that I almost wanted to take them home with me. And yes, they speak English, so you won’t have to resort to elaborate charades to ask for assistance. The apartment itself? Think "modern luxury" with a dash of "I could totally live here." The appliances and cutlery are new enough to make you feel like you're starring in a cooking show, and everything is so clean you might wonder if they have an invisible cleaning crew on standby. The size is just right—not too small, not too big, but just right, like the Goldilocks of vacation rentals. The washing machine? A lifesaver! Midway through my Turkiye adventure, I was this close to running out of clothes, so it was a blessing to do laundry. Families, this place has your name on it. The metro is practically in the backyard, and there’s a huge shopping mall nearby for when you need to take a break from all the cultural stuff and indulge in a little retail therapy.

Now, the negatives—well, there really aren't any. Although, when I checked in, they did drop a tiny bombshell: no alcohol consumption allowed in the room. So, if you were hoping for a wine-and-balcony kind of evening, you might need a plan B. Speaking of the balcony, good luck getting to it! The sofa’s semi-blocking the way like it’s the bouncer at an exclusive club.

The place is very good for the money. The staff is polite and very helpful. There is everything, that one can need, in the apartments and the hygiene is on a very high level. The building is literally 100m from the biggest shopping mall of Istanbul and M1 subway station. We basically liked everything, the only thing that can surprise you is the required deposit (200 USD in our case for 2 nights stay) and the deposit needs to be paid in cash. At our check out, we are given back the money. Just bear in mind, that you need to carry cash with you.

The hotel is great for families with kids and elderly parents. Because of: 1) Just in front of the hotel located Istanbul Aquarium, Legoland, and a big shopping mall 2) Metro station 3 min walk 3) Flats with separate rooms 4) Flat furnished with almost all facilities. Washing machine, iron, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. 5) Even all small things are available: dish soap, kitchen towels, waste bags. This actually amazed me the most. Very clean and friendly

The one minus is that the hotel is located right above the highway, which is very noisy. You can not sit on the Baclcone (which is green) and relax because of the constant car noise. It might not be your ideal choice if you are searching for a relaxing and quiet hotel.

Helpful staff. Great location, next to a huge shopping mall with lots of shopping and restaurant options. Has free car park. Close to highways, and to airport. (30 mins by car). 2 mins to subway station by walk.

- Staff was very helpful, but sometimes we had to remind them again what we requested. - TV language was set to Arabic and it was difficult to change it to English. - Automatic lights in underground car park is very short. It should be longer. It gets completely dark and you have to move your body around to trigger the light again every 5-10 secs.

Every thing was excellent, shoping mall and metro staion is very close to the hotel, fast check in and check out

1- Smooth check in and front desk availability at all times. 2- They speak Arabic and English so it is very helpful for international customers. 3- There is a small gym in the lower level 1. 4- The property is quite new and has all appliances needed for a furnished apartment 5- The Istanbul Forum mall is 4 to 5 minutes walking distance 6- The metro station to go to major tourists' spots is also 5 minutes walk 7- The area is considered a safe neighborhood and is located in one of the higher class sides of the city. 8- Upon request, hotel can request airport pickup (referred to as airport transfer), however Uber Black can also be used. 9- TV has local cable with English, Arabic and Turkish channels along with religious and movie channels. Omer in particular have been very helpful for us to accommodate our late check out requests. His staff was also readily available for anything needed. We used local app called Getir for grocery and food deliveries and it all worked out great for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Traffic in overall Istanbul is fast. This sometimes impacts when you cross roads while trying to go to the mall or to the metro station after exiting from hotel on foot (should you decide to walk), so just be cautious there.

We recently stayed at Mayar Residence, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The absolute highlight for me was the spotless cleanliness. It’s clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and Forum Istanbul Mall. They also have underground parking, and we never had any issues finding a spot. The apartment was well-equipped, also having washing machine iron, dishwasher, microwave etc. One thing to note is that we were asked to leave a 200-euro deposit in cash, but it was returned without any problem at the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

The check-in time was supposed to be 2 PM, but because of the flight, we arrived at 2:30 AM. Despite the early hour, the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in within just 30 minutes of our arrival. The staff at the establishment is incredibly friendly and cooperative. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant experience. Additionally, the building itself is well-maintained and equipped with the latest amenities, such as elevators, Siemens kitchen appliances, and a washing machine. Furthermore, there is ample parking space available within the building, and security staff is present 24 hours a day for added peace of mind. The location of the building is truly fantastic. There is a decent-sized shopping mall located directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient for any shopping needs. We do our grocery shopping at Carrefour, which is located in the mall. Moreover, an underground train station is adjacent to the building, allowing for easy transportation options. One of the highlights of the location is the beautiful park situated on the west side of the building. This provides guests with a splendid view and a great place to relax and take in the surroundings.
