It was very clean, they actually changed the bed sheets and towels every single day. The room and the bathroom were big enough. The breakfast was good, not very mixed, but still good.

We had a street view and unfortunately, it was really noisy. We were in Istanbul for medical problems, so we spent a lot of time in the hotel room. And also the rooms, inside, they are not well soundproofed. The staff is friendly but it is really hard to communicate with, because of their lack of knowledge of the English language.

The staff is kind, except the blond housekeeper. The location is good, close to Medical Park hospital. The sheets and beds are really good, coffee and tea in the room, nice breakfast for the price. Good internet.

I was in the same hotel and same room one year ago. Nothing is improved. The AC is still not working, many problems with it. The toilet paper holder is not working properly also, some lights don’t work.

The location and price were very convenient for my stay. The area was quiet and well-serviced with shops and restaurants. The lounge and outdoor terrace were cosy and well-kept.

The choices in the continental breakfast were slightly limited (pastry or biscuits would have been very much appreciated). Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and convenient, although one of them was a bit small.

It's a good place for a short stay. The receptionist speaks English, which is very rare in this city. The room is comfortable also. Will be coming back here when I need to be in Istanbul.

The hotel is good but didn't see anything more than what they have in a 3 stars hotel. Don't like the constant change of prices, but that might be coming from booking. The lights in the room were very subtle and I needed way more. Not a fan of the lack of soap/shower gel in the bathroom shower and the squeezing bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Plus the bathroom itself is weirdly organized and small. Didn't find any English speaking TV program. The area is not the best, unless u have business around it, i don't recommend staying in this neighborhood.

The hotel is very nice parking was only little bit difficult but the room and the hotel very nice

I really didn’t like the breakfast it was everyday the same and it didn’t look good the food and I try it one I really didn’t like it the chips was not even warm the breakfast was very bad

Checked in early hours (booked for the night before) and night staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was basic but adequate and the air con was well needed. The facilities in the room were also what was needed.

The noise outside could be a little uncomfortable (traffic etc), and I could never get the hotel wifi to work properly. Also I found the bed quite firm (and so difficult to sleep on) but realise that is more about personal preference,

Very quiet hotel. Rooms offered free coffee, water and tee (there was a kettle in the room). Facilities are not precisely new, but everything is well preserved and really clean, which makes up for it.

Breakfast was a bit limited (especially for western tastes) and repetitive, but it was good anyway, so it's not really a downside.

I like the location also the staff was very friendly and kindly also thank God they speak English they make every things easier for us .

Actually only the tightness of the rooms it's so small but fine at least save to keep our things also the bed need to change every time the AC was working for some time then stop suddenly

Not far from the buses shops around. My room in 5th floor was nice and comfortable.

The first room in 3rd floor wasnt clean and smell smoked so they changed me. The breakfast is very limited. Not all staff speaks english. No view. View on a wall was a bit sad.

- 10am check out was too early for us and bit stressful. - There were two hotels with the same/similar names Gumas Palace Hotel & Gumas Palace Suites near each other. - Woke up early one morning by - call to prayers. - Our room looked nice but closed up needed a bit of tlc. The wallpaper and bathroom grouting.
